SCOTUS CANDIDATE GORSUCH: 'RULE OF LAW' BEFORE ALL AND ANY SPECIAL INTEREST!

The Constitution does not mention political parties, yet they play an important role in U.S. government. They began to emerge with disputes over the ratification of the Constitution, becoming known as the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists. George Washington specifically warned against “the baneful effects of the spirit of party” in his farewell address in 1796. Yet no sooner did Washington retire from office than political parties became a permanent fixture of American elections, and has proven to evolve into the Pandora box that George Washington warned us about from the beginning!

President Trump started on his mission to make America great again because of what he witnessed, and what the ‘Paid to Report’ Media was refusing to expose. Through his extraordinary claims that eventually ended up to be fact, we were given the opportunity to pull back the curtain of what GW warned us about when it came to the truth behind the ‘never mentioned in the Constitution’ Political Party’s agenda.

During both political party’s primaries, we learned that the ‘Will’ of the American people had no say in the selection process of who runs for President. We learned that the Democratic primary allowed ‘Super Delegates’ to give the insider Party’s choice a leg up on any competition, a.k.a. Bernie Sanders. We learned that when a candidate of the Republican Party won a state during the primaries, and won the delegates that go along with that victory, then learned that these same delegates didn’t have to vote for the candidate that won that state at the Republican convention. We also learned that at the convention other rules could have been used to prevent the ‘Will’ of the American people mandated, but instead actually rejected all together.

We learned that the ‘Paid to Report’ Media is not a free and open press that ensures that the government represents its people, or a free press to tell the truth about the government, or the government that can be held accountable by its citizens. It promotes illegal actions of government propaganda like the NAZIs of WW2 or current day North Korea, and doesn't put the government in the eye of the normal man. They are an untouchable entity that we have no control over, and an entity that could give a shit about our Constitutional Republics will and need to survive, while they create 'Fake News' and 'Fake Sources' to hoodwink the 'Will' of the American people! 

We learned that the ‘Rule of Law’ and our Constitution meant nothing to the Ex-President Barack Obama, and that Nancy Pelosi provided false documents to the Election Commission to bypass our constitutional citizenship requirement to be President of the United States, and then used his unqualified to be President ‘nationalized’ and not 'Natural Born' bait and switch as his ‘race card’ racist accusations against the outsider non-politician candidate, Donald Trump! 

Now we are dealing with the extreme vetting of the most qualified credentialed candidate in modern times, and by the same Progressives who flooded the lower courts, via the nuclear option, with unvetted progressive justices that don’t believe in following the rule of Law or America’s Constitutional blueprint, as just recently proven by Obama appointed U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson ruling against President Trump’s 2^nd Executive Order because of Trump’s campaign rhetoric, and not the ‘letter of the law’! ~~

A NATION OF LAW, NOT POLITICS, WITH GORSUCH!

I came to Washington with several hundred black pastors from around the country to support Justice Thomas. The hearings were a national embarrassment. The main focus turned out to be about neither the Constitution nor about Thomas' jurisprudence.

It was about Democratic senators descending to the gutter and dredging up the most disgusting garbage they could conjure to destroy the man's character because his jurisprudence was not aligned with their left-wing agenda.

Fortunately, Thomas survived. But the wounds caused to him and the nation by that pathetic display remain.

Now another outstanding conservative judge, Neil Gorsuch, stands for confirmation and Democrats again grasp at straws to besmirch the character of this man and avoid, at all costs, serious discussion about the Constitution and the judicial philosophy and integrity of the nominee.

What we hear is that he is "anti-choice, anti-environment, pro-corporate," from Senator Leahy. And, from Senator Schumer, that he "harbors a right-wing, pro-corporate, special interest agenda," siding "with the powerful few over every day Americans just trying to get a fair shake."

Along the same lines is a 70-page harangue from the NAACP Legal Defense Fund rationalizing their opposition to Judge Gorsuch.

According to the NAACP, Gorsuch "has regularly favored the interests of the privileged and powerful ... at the expense of equality and inclusion."

What bothers those on the left so deeply is they do not perceive that Judge Gorsuch favors those whom they want him to favor. In their view, he favors the rich rather than the poor. Business rather than workers. The majority rather than minorities.

It does not seem to dawn on liberals that Judge Gorsuch favors no one except the American citizenry, and that his singular aspiration is that we live in a nation with fair and objective law carried out by fair and objective judges. Perhaps even more outrageous to liberals is the possibility that Judge Gorsuch may see the law ultimately rooted in eternal and unchanging truths, not made up by a politician or jurist.

We need not look any further than the judicial oath that every Supreme Court justice takes, pledging to "administer justice without respect to persons and do equal right to the poor and to the rich..."

In Judge Gorsuch's own words: "Judges should be in the business of declaring what the law is using traditional tools of interpretation, rather than pronouncing the law as they wish it might be in light of their own political views."

The source of the judicial oath taken by Supreme Court justices is the Judiciary Act of 1789, which established the federal judiciary. It was passed in the first session of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George Washington.

And where did the drafters of the Judiciary Act get these standards for behavior for judges -- that they should favor no one?

It is reasonable that the source is the Bible, which proclaims these same standards.

The Book of Exodus says, regarding judges, "Do not follow the majority for evil. ... Do not glorify a destitute person in his grievance." And, in Deuteronomy, "You shall not pervert judgment, you shall not respect persons, and not take a bribe."

What really bothers liberals is that the original text of our Constitution is rooted in an even higher source -- the Judge of our judges.

At the conclusion of the Declaration of Independence, the founders appealed "to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions."

NEW HARVARD-HARRIS POLL: FOR DEMOCRATS, 'NO' CLEAR LEADER!

The Democratic Party has a leadership vacuum at the top, with many registered voters eager to see someone who is not currently on the scene become the party’s standard-bearer in 2020, according to a new Harvard-Harris Poll survey provided exclusively to The Hill.

When registered voters were asked whom they view as the leader of the Democratic Party, 40 percent said it has no leader.

Democrats must make a 'conscious decision to separate themselves from the corporate villains who are to a large extent funding their campaigns.'

Trump's open warfare with Republican leaders over the past year and a half obscured the extent of the Democrats' crisis, and they are only now beginning to contend with it.

DEMOCRATS AND THEIR “PAID TO REPORT’ MEDIA: LOUD AND IRRELEVANT!

The Democrats have become unhinged, but it doesn’t matter.  They are irrelevant and rendering themselves more so every day.

We all see how insane they’ve become.  Whether it’s blocking traffic on interstate highways, trashing buildings and burning cars, wearing vagina costumes while spouting sanctimony about human dignity, or boycotting Senate committee meetings in an obviously futile effort to delay the confirmation of good cabinet appointees, the Democrats at every turn are showing that they have lost any semblance of rationality and have lost their minds.

Included in this assessment are the Democrats’ loyal lapdog “news” media.  CNN is pushing out fake news by the hour on everything from a “Muslim ban” that neither targets Muslims nor bans entry into the country to contrived “polls” showing President Trump with an approval rating 20 points below what other polls show.  The New York Times screams that the nomination of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court constitutes the theft of a seat that rightfully belongs to Barack Obama, who is no longer president and whose party was voted out of power in the last election.  And we all saw the wall-to-wall coverage of the so-called “Women’s March,” but what is this “March for Life” of which you speak?  It’s all enough to make decent people fear for our country.

Fear not.

Yes, the Democrats are making asses out of themselves by acting out as lunatics, and yes, their lapdog “news” media breathlessly report on those actions as if they represent the mainstream of America while those who are actually governing are somehow on the fringe.  But the fact remains that our side is, in fact, governing, while the Democrats are rendering themselves more and more irrelevant.

Republican Richard Nixon ran for president during the turbulent ’60s, when the left also was acting like a bunch of petulant juveniles with inner-city riots, violent anti-war demonstrations, free sex, and loose drugs.  Nixon nevertheless ran as a conservative, expressing confidence that he would win based on the “silent majority” of people who were sitting at home watching all of this clownery in disgust.  His election in 1968 by a majority of people, none of whom were personal acquaintances of the “news” media reporting on the election, proved him right.

Nixon’s silent majority still exists!  The vast majority of Americans get up every day and go to work, go to church, synagogue, or mosque on their holy days, raise their children to conduct themselves with civility, decency, and honor, pay their bills, give to charity, support their communities, and live their daily lives in a dignified and respectful manner.  These people have neither the time nor the inclination to riot, demonstrate, or otherwise act out in support of their political views.  They choose instead to promote their political views through the one most powerful means:  the ballot box.  And that’s precisely why Donald Trump was elected president – and why no one in the “news” media reporting on the election personally knows anyone who voted for him.

So, when you see Chuck Schumer crying over an immigration policy for which he publicly advocated two years ago, or when you see abortion advocate Nancy Pelosi claim that Republicans are defying God with our conservative policies, or when you see Hollywood actors and other leftist radicals compare our president with the Nazis who murdered six million of my people, or when you see the star of the family television show “Supergirl” brag about her “vagina made of steel,” or when you see our previous president defy two centuries of tradition and openly criticize the current president, or when you see leftist (unemployed) protesters recruited and paid by George Soros rioting in the streets, or when you see a Democrat acting attorney general traitorously attempt to turn the entire Justice Department against our president, just relax:  These people have no power.

To paraphrase some old writer known to be almost as eloquent as your humble author, these lunatics are full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

They.  Are.  Irrelevant!

We are the ones who have the power to govern, and we are using it to restore our country.  The Democrats can’t stop us, and they know it, which is why their collective heads are exploding.  And when they act out like maniacs, the silent majority of American people watch, thank God that the Democrats lost, and support us all the more.
