IT ONLY TAKES 60 SENATE MEMBERS WHO CARE ABOUT THE FUTURE OF AMERICA TO PUT THE PROGRESSIVE LEFT OUT OF THEIR MISSERY IN THE 2018 MIDTERMS!

 

It’s only been 69 days since President Trump took the oath of office, and to me, I believe loyal Constitution believing Americans have seen enough evidence to vote the Progressive left completely out of America’s Constitutional Republic’s political process when the 2018 midterm’s come around! We need to give ‘America First’ Party members, who  are made up of every pro American member of every political party, to get together and make sure that President Trump can make America great again, and give him the 60 votes in the Senate so that he can address Voter ID law, replace the Civil service act that prohibits the firing of entrenched political partisans who don’t have the best interest of the American people and the constitution in mind! What this act does is make it almost impossible to fire any civil servant no matter what, and if they are, the process could take years while the employee gets ‘on leave’ pay by the taxpayers of America!  I don’t know if anyone saw Obama’s last minute appointed positions that he didn’t fill when he took office, but now when they can spy on Trump’s, and anyone other President in the future because they’ll be protected and unable to get rid of because of the ‘Civil Service Act’ and the Unions that represent them!  

Obama’s shadow government apparently aren’t changing, and will never fight for the ‘Will’ of the American people again, but will, and want to continue on with the transformation of America through Alinsky’s road to Socialism, bypassing the Constitution, stacking our lower courts with Progressive justices that only use ‘interpretation and intent’ to bypass America’s rule of Law and Constitution, and not acting on Sanctuary cities that are populated and corrupted by MS-13 and Radical Islamic Terrorist sympathizers, and if Americans allow this to happen, and the Obamaites Progressives win, they will continue on with the elimination of Christianity, Americas Constitution, and the rights of women!

The American people have given congress a 17% approval rating, and after watching these crybabies from both sides of the aisle eating up our tax dollars on ‘Fake Committees’ to perpetuate a soap box bully pulpit to persuade the sheeple to swallow both sides of the aisle BS, you know that they can see the forest through the trees, and know it’s time to drain this feckless bipartisan swamp  done through the ballot box, and at all levels of the federal government, and in every election! 

When it comes to the Progressive left there is an obvious double standard, and when you completely ignore the severity of the crimes against America demonstrated by the Hillary Clinton Campaign staffers and their connection to Russia, you have to wonder why the target is not Podesta and Hillary who brokered a deal with the Russians to acquire 20% of America’s Uranium! Podesta owned stocks in  ‘Uranium 1,’ and when push came to shove, transferred those stocks into the name of his daughter, while the Clinton Foundation benefitted to the tune of some $145 Million dollars, and you want to believe its Sessions, who through his daily job description, was just doing his job by meeting with Russian diplomats briefly?

Does Comey think that the American People are stupid? He first comes out after Bill Clinton met on the Tarmac with AG Loretta Lynch before his ruling on the treasonous indictable crimes Hillary committed due to her unsecured server, and then intentionally hidden in a bathroom off government property, and in a far away state, and then Comey laying out the perfect case against Hillary for indictment, then used his interpretation of the law through 'intent,' and that Hillary didn’t ‘intend’ to give up top secrets of America to some 5 international hackers, and again, not following the rule of law, or the Constitution, but giving Hillary a free pass! 

Let’s not forget the 9^th circuit appeals court, and the judge who said there was nothing wrong with President Trumps 2^nd Executive order, but felt his campaign rhetoric was more telling to him than the rule of law or America’s Constitution!

How about a week ago, Monday, when Comey walked over to the Public hearing on the Russians influence on our election to announce the investigation into the Trump campaign, and their connection to Russia? How many times in History have we heard about the head of the FBI announce an investigation that was ongoing, and ongoing for 8 months at that, and before the Presidential election to the American people, and when asked additional questions went back in his shell and said he can’t comment on other investigations, or the investigation, but when it comes to President Trump, which is still ongoing, he can because he was given permission, but permission by whom, and I don't mean the 1 of 17 intelligence agencies, but the individual person that gave the OK?

After breaking protocol and showing his lack of objective reasoning, again, dismissed the comments about the Hillary Clinton investigation because it was finished, but did he forget that he opened it again when Anthony Wiener’s computer showed Hillary’s lost emails, and then preceded to take only 8 days to go over all of the missing emails! I would venture to say, that Comey used the same means and mechanisms that the one sided ‘Paid to Report’ Polls used, when coming out with the same 'wrong' Presidential Election winner! Comey said again; “Our ability to share details with Congress and the American people is limited when those investigations are still open, which I hope makes sense. We need to protect people’s privacy. We need to make sure we don’t give other people clues as to where we are going.” BUT.....!

■ The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, publicly confirmed an investigation into Russian interference in the presidential election and whether associates of the president were in contact with Moscow.

■ Mr. Comey also said the F.B.I. had “no information” to support President Trump’s allegation that Barack Obama wiretapped him.

■ The hearing’s featured witnesses: Mr. Comey and Adm. Michael S. Rogers, the director of the National Security Agency. THEN.....!  .......Hmmm?

Comey confirms the F.B.I. is investigating Russian election interference!  

Mr. Comey said that it was unusual for the F.B.I. to confirm or deny the existence of any investigations, but that in unusual circumstances when it is in the public interest, the bureau will sometimes discuss such matters.

“This is one of those circumstances,” he said.

“The F.B.I., as part of our counterintelligence effort, is investigating the Russian government’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 president election,” he continued, adding that the investigation included looking at whether associates of Mr. Trump were in contact with Russian officials, and whether they colluded with them.

But, when is Comey going to let the 70% of the America people that believe Hillary should be prosecuted and locked up for her role in divulging top secrets and lying to Congress information made public? When is Comey going to come out and announce that there is a major investigation into the Clinton Foundation’s ‘Pay to Play’ scheme in selling future access to America, and through her Socialist ideological beliefs, over throw the ‘Will’ of the America people, and undermine America’s rule of law, and Constitution? When is Comey going to come out and announce there's an investigation into the illegal and treasonous activities, that influence the safety and future of America on John Podesta, Hillary's top campaign advisor, and his ownership of stock in ‘Uranium 1’ which is the company that the Russians bought with the help of the Hillary Clinton State Department with the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s approval?

Now, this is more relevant to the American people, and that's because its already been proven to have happened, and proves that Hillary's campaign had way more ties to Russia then the Trump campaign ever did, and had a bigger influence on the 2016 Presidential election! The American  people got a chance to witness the true inner working of Congress, and still went with the outsider nonpolitician Donald J. Trump, and as a result strongly believes that Trump's campaign had anything to do with a Russian connection, and that Hillary, being Hillary, and representing the meaning of corruption, deception, and Socialist tendency's, was more then enough to influence enough Americans to see through the façade of the unreliability of our intelligence agencies, AG's Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch's interpretation and intent of their view of the cCnstitution, and the now exposed last clandestine agent of Obama's shadow government, James Comey, the head of the FBI!  ~~

Today’s #1 topic of the day is still about the Democrats, and them running around gathering fixes for Obamacare, when there is really no chance in hell that Trump would ever let them off the hook for the Obamacare failure that allowed 6.5 Million Taxpayers Pay $3 Billion in Obamacare Penalties again, like they did in 2016, and go back to the drawing board to come up with the winning repeal and replacement legislation that will help make America great again!

Today’s #2 topic of the day was how the GOP, according to Chuck Schumer, shouldn’t use the ‘nuclear option’ to elect the number #1 candidate, and most qualified Supreme Court justice in the country, and probably in the world because of the Republican’s unprecedented blocking of Obama’s nomination of Judge Garland’s to the Supreme Court.

But what’s important here is that the other side of the story is being ignored, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) reaffirmed the Senate Judiciary Committee's commitment to the "Biden rule" regarding President Obama's Supreme Court nomination of Merrick Garland, saying there would be no hearing for Obama's selection. I saw Biden today trying to pull back on his comments, when asked about the 'Biden Rule' that he says doesn't exist, but just like all Obama team members use, when defending their own words and 'Fake News!' I guess they don't agree with Hillary when she said 'Words Matter,' and the same reason that progressive federal judges that are appointed by Obama through the use of the 'Nuclear Option' reject the rule of law and America's Constitution by using intent and interpretation, right? Below you will find 2 out of the 3 proving Biden and Schumer's 'Words Matter,' and the logical explanation of what you're witnessing!  

"The American people deserve a voice for this "momentous decision," McConnell said. "The American people may well elect a president who decides to nominate Judge Garland for Senate consideration," McConnell said. "The next president may also nominate somebody very different. Either way, our view is this. Give the people a voice in filling this vacancy."

McConnell cited what he called the "Biden rule," repeating current Vice President Joe Biden's words as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee in 1992:

"It is my view that if a Supreme Court justice resigns tomorrow or within the next several weeks, or resigns at the end of the summer, President Bush should consider following the practice of a majority of his predecessors and not, and not, name a nominee until after the November election is completed," Biden said. "The Senate, too, Mr. President, must consider how it would respond to a Supreme Court vacancy that would occur in the full throes of an election year."

Biden said the Senate Judiciary Committee should "seriously consider not scheduling confirmation hearings" on the nominee if Bush went through with naming one.

"Instead, it would be our pragmatic conclusion that once the political season is underway, and it is, action on a Supreme Court nomination must be put off until after the election campaign is over," Biden said. "That is what is fair to the nominee and essential to the process. Otherwise, it seems to me we will be in deep trouble as an institution."

Obama officially announced Garland as his pick to replace the late Justice Antonin Scalia, imploring Senate Republicans to give Garland a hearing during remarks in the Rose Garden Wednesday.

"President Obama and his allies may now try to pretend this disagreement is about a person, but as I just noted, his own vice president made it clear it's not," McConnell said. "The Biden rule reminds us that the decision the Senate announced weeks ago, remains about a principle and not a person."

McConnell said Obama's pick was made to politicize the nomination process within the context of the 2016 election. ~~By David Rutz

Schumer in 2007: Don't confirm any Bush Supreme Court nominee!

Sen. Chuck Schumer said in July 2007 that no George W. Bush nominee to the Supreme Court should be approved, except in extraordinary circumstances, 19 months before a new president was set to be inaugurated.

"We should not confirm any Bush nominee to the Supreme Court, except in extraordinary circumstances," Schumer, a New York Democrat, said in prepared remarks to the American Constitution Society, a liberal legal organization.

Schumer cited ideological reasons for the delay.

"They must prove by actions, not words, that they are in the mainstream rather than we have to prove that they are not," Schumer said at the time.

Trusting Republicans on SCOTUS Nominees Has Resulted in Big ‘Progressive’ Wins

Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan are either plants, or just don’t have the balls to do to the Progressive Left, what they did to the conservative right, and if they don’t take control and use the ‘Nuclear Option,’ which Harry Reid did, and would have continued to do, and stacking our lower courts with Progressive intent and interpretation judges rather than the rule of law or our Constitutional beliefs and laws, then you would have to realize that  the America’s Constitutional Republic will lose it exceptionalism, and lose it  to the Socialist, Globalist, and road to communism special interests that have taken over America’s not so free press, our bribable politicians, and our sovereignty!

Judge Garland and the Left’s Disdain for Truth!

By their own accounts, the liberal media lied in describing Garland as a centrist, but when it happened in the past, the 'Soft' right GOP basically allowed the nominee through unscathed, and without a filibuster!  Did the Republican leadership realize they had been hoodwinked and made to look like fools, but what's more important is that is in the past, and Ryan and McConnell will now, hopefully, let the dogs out, and rule by the same Obama 'Pen and Phone' and 'Nuclear Option' that Alinskyite Barack Obama did, and use them until the pins are reset with the ideals of the Constitution, the Rule of Law, and the 'Will' of the American People!  

The more research about Judge Garland and his judicial history, it becomes crystal clear that Judge Garland is not the Centrist that comes to light. The bigger this Obama lie appears, the bigger this Obama con job, with the help of the 'Paid to Report' Media, becomes, the bigger the trust factor in the political judicial system shrinks!

The mainstream media — that is, the liberal media — share all the views and characteristics of the left. Among these is the left’s view of truth. There are honest individuals with left-wing views, and dishonest individuals on the right. But truth is not a leftist value. Everything the left believes in is more important than truth: social justice, economic equality, reducing carbon emissions, expanding the power of the state, battling sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, racism, and above these, destroying its conservative opposition.

The media’s coverage of President Barack Obama’s nomination of Judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court should serve as one of the most blatant examples of both the left-wing orientation of the news media and their willingness to play with truth.

On March 16, the day after Garland’s nomination, every major mainstream news outlet, both print and electronic, depicted the judge as a centrist.

The first sentence of The New York Times front page read: “WASHINGTON — President Obama on Wednesday nominated Merrick B. Garland to be the nation’s 113th Supreme Court justice, choosing a centrist appellate judge.”

Similarly, the Los Angeles Times front-page headline said: “Obama’s choice of popular centrist Merrick Garland for Supreme Court puts GOP to the test.”

Another headline, seen in the Washington Post, read: “Merrick Garland’s instinct for the middle could put him in the court’s most influential spot.” That same day, the Post published a second article mentioning how “Garland’s deep resume and centrist reputation appear to have positioned him well to earn the president’s nod.”

Two days later, the Los Angeles Times featured a news analysis on its front page, in which a reporter wrote that Garland may be “the most moderate Supreme Court nominee anyone could expect from a Democratic president.” The reporter also calls Garland “a superbly qualified judge with a cautious, centrist record.”

There is no truth to any of these reports — something easily proved by both Judge Garland’s decisions and, amazingly, by the newspapers’ reports themselves.

Take the Los Angeles Times’ front-page “news analysis,” for example. After describing the judge as a moderate and centrist, the LA Times reporter writes:

“If the late Justice Antonin Scalia, a staunch conservative, is replaced by a moderate-to-liberal Justice Garland, the court would tip to the left on several key issues, like abortion, affirmative action, the death penalty, gun control, campaign spending, immigration and environmental protection.”

In other words, the very same author who describes Garland as a centrist believes that Garland votes left on essentially every major issue confronting the nation and the Supreme Court.

Additionally, that very same day The New York Times headlined that Garland is a centrist, it published an article on the nomination noting that “If Judge Garland is confirmed, he could tip the ideological balance to create the most liberal Supreme Court in 50 years.”

In reviewing Garland’s decisions, this Times piece placed Judge Garland to the left of Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, way to the left of Justice Stephen Breyer and minimally to the right of Justices Sotomayor and Ginsburg.

By their own accounts, the liberal media lied in describing Garland as a centrist.

And the more research one does, the bigger this lie appears.

In a column in The Wall Street Journal, Juanita Duggan, President and CEO of the National Federation of Independent Business, wrote that Garland is so anti-small business and so pro-big labor, that “This is the first time in the NFIB’s 73-year-history that we will weigh in on a Supreme Court nominee.”

What worries the NFIB, she explains, is that “in 16 major labor decisions of Judge Garland’s that we examined, he ruled 16-0 in favor of the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board).”

Elsewhere in the Journal, the editorial board wrote that they can’t think of a single issue on which Garland would vote differently from the four liberal Justices that already sit on the bench.

Tom Goldstein wrote in the SCOTUSblog that Garland favors deferring to the decision-makers in agencies. “In a dozen close cases in which the court divided, he sided with the agency every time.”

Another source reads that “Judge Garland would be a reliable fifth vote on these legal issues.”

Those are all the fundamental issues that divide the left from the right.

So, the entire left is lying about Judge Garland, who, for the record, seems like a truly decent man who possesses a first-class mind. They do so because getting a fifth left-wing vote and weakening the Republicans is far more important than truth.

And believe it or not, there is an even worse lesson here, namely the media’s effectiveness in saturating society with its mendacious version of reality. Unless an American makes the effort to study the issue — and most do not — they take the news media’s version as truth. The terrible lesson, which has been affirmed time and time again since the 1960s, is that a free society can experience brainwashing as effectively as a totalitarian state.
