Time for all Americans who believe in our founding father’s vision, and their Constitution, that has not failed us for the past 240 years, to step up to the plate and defend America against these clandestine attacks on America's sovereignty! These are the times when you have to take a leap of faith with your heart and know that Socialism is a bad thing, and so is the ‘new’ Democratic Party, a.k.a. Socialist Party. I have no problem if this was the gradual outcome if the laws being followed to get to that Socialist stage, and I'm dead and gone, but for what’s going in America today, and abandoning the rule of law when it comes to immigration and a judicial system that is now writing law and rejecting the law of the land, then you got to know things are not good, and the news that's being written is all about a false narrative that is being used to sway the swayable who have decided not to know what the liberties and freedoms they are willing to sacrifice for the free entitlements that are being paid for by the taxpayer and business that have to fill the bill! I don't know if you saw this, but during working on the Trump budget and making cuts and additions that mirrors his campaign promises to the American people , which  Obama didn't do for 7 years for fear it would cut off and manage his discretionary spending while raising the debt ceiling unimpeded, that Trump's men found out that Obama was giving aid to overseas George Soros Groups......Hmmm, are you paying attention now?

Political Correctness has run amuck, and if we don’t take the America Senate back in the 2018 midterms, then President Trump won’t be able to make his promises to the American people move forward! We got rid of Obama and Hillary’s Alinsky blue print for America, and Democrats think that if they just sit back and obstruct for the next 2 years and force the American people to want to revisit and reconsider the option Socialism ruling America! With Pelosi and Schumer at the helm of the Democratic Party they are just as sadly misguided and wrong, and didn’t learn a single thing from the 2018 election cycle!

We have our appointed members of the judicial system, who also aren’t elected, writing law and over riding the Constitutional right granted solely to the President over the President of the United States, again! We have their interpretation of the first Amendment being used against the safety and security of the American people! Now on top of that you have the unelected judicial hacks using his or her own interpretation of what America's Constitutional writings are all about! Back in 1952 the Congress thought Islam was a religion that could never assimilate or respect the Christian culture, or the constitution of America! Last night we had a Judge in Hawaii stop Trump’s new executive order saying it was a Muslim ban, but not by using the constitutional guidelines, but based on his personal assessment of Trump’s comments during the 2016 Presidential campaign, and with there being no mention of religion or Muslims in the Executive Order anywhere? In 1952, Congress passed the Immigration and Nationality Act, which expressly authorized the president to suspend the immigration of any person, class of people or group of people into the United States for public health, public safety or national security reasons.
The courts have upheld this presidential power because under our system, immigration materially affects the nation's foreign policy and foreign policy is constitutionally the domain of the president — with Congress' role being limited to the senatorial confirmation of treaties and ambassadors and to authorization of money for the president to spend.

This is by far executive overreach, and by far a threat to the future and sovereignty of America! 

ISLAM BY LAW, IS PROHIBITED FROM US IMMIGRATION!

The Immigration and Nationality Act passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States.

That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in effect today. Among the many issues, it covers, one in particular, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the US if the Alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by "force, violence, or other unconstitutional means."

This, by its very definition, rules out Islamic immigration to the United States, but this law was being ignored by the Obama White House. Islamic immigration to the US would be prohibited under this law because the Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam, which is antithetical to the US government, the Constitution, and to the Republic.

All Muslims who attest that the Koran is their life's guiding principal subscribe to submission to Islam and its form of government.

Now the political correct crowd would say that Islamists cannot be prohibited from entering the US because Islam is a religion.

Whether it is a religion is immaterial because the law states that Aliens who are affiliated with any "organization" that advocates the overthrow of our government are prohibited. ~~By Sherrie Lynn Aldrich, a Friend of America.

SUMMARY

Otherwise known as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 was meant to exclude certain immigrants from immigrating to America, post-World War II and in the early Cold War. The McCarran-Walter Act moved away from excluding immigrants based simply upon country of origin. Instead it focused upon denying immigrants who were unlawful, immoral, diseased in any way, politically radical etc. and accepting those who were willing and able to assimilate into the US economic, social, and political structures, which restructured how immigration law was handled. Furthermore, the most notable exclusions were anyone even remotely associated with communism which in the early days of the Cold War was seen as a serious threat to US democracy. The main objective of this was to block any spread of communism from outside post WWII countries, as well as deny any enemies of the US during WWII such as Japan and favor “good Asian” countries such as China. The McCarran-Walter Act was a strong reinforcement in immigration selection, which was labeled the best way to preserve national security and national interests. President Truman originally vetoed the law, deeming it discriminatory; however, there was enough support in Congress for the law to pass.

REVISED?

Does anyone see anything change from the original Act that says Islamic immigration to the US would be prohibited under this law because the Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam, which is antithetical to the US government, the Constitution, and to the Republic?   Answer ‘NO!’ ………

The 1965 act marked a radical break from the immigration policies of the past. The law as it stood then excluded Asians and Africans and preferred northern and western Europeans over southern and eastern ones. At the height of the civil rights movement of the 1960s the law was seen as an embarrassment by, among others, President John F. Kennedy, who called the then-quota-system "nearly intolerable". After Kennedy's assassination, President Lyndon Johnson signed the bill at the foot of the Statue of Liberty as a symbolic foothold of signing the bill.

In order to convince the American people of the legislation's merits, its proponents assured that passage would not influence America's culture significantly. President Johnson called the bill "not a revolutionary bill. It does not affect the lives of millions", while Secretary of State Dean Rusk and other politicians, including Senator Ted Kennedy, hastened to reassure the populace that the demographic mix would not be affected; these assertions would later prove grossly inaccurate.

In line with earlier immigration law, the bill also prohibited the entry into the country of "sexual deviants", including homosexuals. By doing so it crystallized the policy of the INS that had previously been rejecting homosexual immigrants on the grounds that they were "mentally defective" or had a "constitutional psychopathic inferiority". The provision discriminating against gay people was rescinded by the Immigration Act of 1990. ~~   I still don’t see any change from the original 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act, a.k.a. the McCarran-Walter Act, when it comes Islam, do you? ~~

America woke up just in time to thwart Obama’s vision through Hillary continuation of Alinsky’s policies for America, and if you think that the ‘agenda journalists’ aren’t scrambling through the use of their polling, and these polling lap dog organizations, who like the ‘Paid to Report’ Media should now be acknowledged to be considered the ‘Paid to Poll’ Pollsters, then you’re not paying attention! Did you notice that right after Trump’s successful speech to the joint Congress that Sessions got attacked for talking to the Russian Ambassador, which is part of his job description and then forced to recuse himself in any cases involving the Russians and their influence on the past election? Did you notice after Trump’s trip to Detroit and Nashville rally last night that Trumps approval rating went down 5 points to 43%, and the first headline I saw when I opened up my AOL homepage, but at the same time saw another poll showing what American people really think and feel about the direction of the country under Trump’s Presidency being up to 53%? Well, there’s a simple answer, and when you saw every poll, except for 1 or 2 fair and Independent thinker polls who called the 2016 election for Trump, and by a electoral college landslide, and then witnessed all ‘Paid to Report’ Media Polls get it wrong, then you know the answer….’Agenda Journalism' and 'Agenda Poll' fraud! ~~

We have seen a rise in the reporting of polling data over the last few years. There is a reason for that. The liberal media has found a new way to push their agenda under the cover of public opinion.

There are a number of ways these poll results are manipulated and why the media continues to lose credibility by using them. You need to start paying close attention to get a really good feel for how this is done when you hear various poll results reported. There is a significant difference in how frequently certain results are reported depending on which party it benefits. Major liberal issues are given heavy coverage when it gives a positive light on their causes. Then, if the results are unfavorable they find a twist to make it sound better. If their candidate is down 20 points in the polls they will find a demographic that is in favor of their “guy” and use that as a sign that things can turn around. When their candidate gains, a couple points it is reported like a horse race where the liberal has built momentum and the Republican is staggering. When their “guy” is way ahead they report it like the outcome is a foregone conclusion.

When results are not to their liking, they use polls where the questions are worded in leading ways. Questions filled with hypothetical situations. The one I have heard a lot lately is “would you support a war that resulted in huge numbers of U.S. casualties. That one is used because of big support for the “War on terror”. You will hear that scenario a lot more than one resulting in huge U.S. civilian casualties from not defending our Country. Apparently, these people think it was wrong to stand up to Hitler. Some people have learned nothing from history.

The last presidential election was another example of the media trying to drive opinions via the polls. You will get polling results by Electoral College in every election. However, in the last election we were hammered with it. The media speculated often on the possibility of one candidate losing the popular vote and winning the Electoral College. The polls actually showed Hillary as the more likely to win in that scenario. Oops… So much for polls. Afterwards, the media was there, constantly reminding us that Hillary won the popular vote and questioning the Electoral College. Didn’t hear many complaints about that before the election. At least the media is consistently hypocritical.

There are other reasons to question the way polls are reported. First of all, should the polls even be considered news at all? When did they become so important? The unreliability of polls caused the media to blow their “projections” in an election for President of the United States of America. I can’t believe they still use polls at all after that.

Who decides which pollsters to use? I’ve seen various pollsters where the results are more in favor of Conservatives than the ones the media uses. Internet polls like vote.com tend to have results that lean further to the right than the media polls. I don’t see many references to those results. I guess those results are not fair to liberals. They have trouble clicking on a mouse. It must be too much like punching a ballot.

A major pollster has never contacted me. I am curious how many others have never been polled. I wonder how honest the pollsters are? I do know that the liberal mainstream media will continue to use polling to push their agenda and they have lost all credibility. ~~By Gene LaBarge, a Friend of America!

It's only been 7 weeks and the vultures are circling, but who are they circling? The first Candidate I would have to say would have to be Paul Ryan, and that's because of his continued ‘Main Stream Media’ air time that is given to his ‘repeal and replace’ game plan that has 3 phases that need to be completed before it can be effectively repealed and replaced! I also notice that most of the sound bites I see on the Mainstream Media is Paul Ryan, and not Rand Paul’s version who wants to do it all at the same time to repeal and replace using reconciliation! Hmmm, seems just a little suspicious to me! What I don’t understand is that the repeal phase only needs reconciliation, a.k.a. the nuclear option, which is a simple majority, when the other 2 phases need 60 votes from the Senate to pass, and that’s where the ‘meat’ of the replacement legislation is. So, I believe if Ryan repeals Obamacare, the replacement will never come to fruition! 

With the alt-Left obstructing by slow walking the confirmation hearings of Trump’s nominee for his cabinet we should all know that the Dems are never going to support Americans in their time of need,  and therefore will never vote for anything that has to do with replacing Obamacare! The obstructionist Democrat/Socialist side of the aisle won’t give Trump the satisfaction, or even caring about the ‘Will’ of the American people, and like we learned during the Primaries that the American people really have 'no' say in the selection process, and knowing what's best for the American people, and Ryan believing the same! Ryan keeps pushing the envelope and dragging  out the process because he really doesn’t want to address his mutual globalist and open border beliefs that he shares with the Progressive Left, and his lack of support for Trump's views on immigration, and ‘WALL!’

The vultures are also circling Mitch McConnell, and that’s because, like Paul Ryan, is dragging his feet and slowing up the process, and unlike Harry Reid, won’t use the ‘Nuclear Option’ on important legislation like the Dems did to pass Obamacare on issues like Voter ID, Immigration, Defense spending, and following the Constitution!  Obama and Holder, and then Lynch betrayed the trust of the American people, the oath of office by bypassing the congress and the rule of law, but had the guts to push their anti-American agenda no matter what the outcome and consequences! You have to know and feel that Mitch McConnell doesn’t have that same drive or desire to protect America’s sovereignty, and after he took over $9 million dollars to help fast track the TPP in the Senate, which Trump just pulled America out of! I have McConnell now on my radar, and you should also, and before I end there just one more thing on the McConnell topic. I see Paul Ryan on Conservative Television all the time, but never see McConnell and wonder if anyone sees McConnell on the Liberal side on Television? I listen and watch the news 8-10 hours a day, and to just randomly miss the Bitch Mitch is almost impossible!

I have a few sayings that I use, and when it comes to what’s going on today in America I want to trust my individual beliefs that I’ve lived through my entire life, and that’s "My perception, is my reality".......after all, when it gets right down to it, you are the only one that matters to yourself, and you better care about yourself and your beliefs, and not be a minion to anyone else's agenda. ......Being right or wrong in other people’s eyes is their problem, and not yours, but if you don’t believe that America’s Constitution deserves to bypassed and ignored, then this is not the country for you!
