TRUMP FOES ON GOP RULES COMMITTEE SEEK ‘CONSCIENCE CLAUSE’ AS WAY OUT!!
The Republican National Convention: After all is said and done, it’s not all said and done, but is the ‘Will’ of the American people said and done?
The party is choosing their candidate, which is very different from the public choosing a candidate, says Norman Ornstein, an expert on U.S. politics at the American Enterprise Institute think tank. ‘THE GOAL IS TO NARROW IT DOWN TO THE CANDIDATE WHO MOST REPRESENT THE PARTY, AND WHO HAS THE GREATEST CHANCE OF WINNING,’!!!......AND CARRYING ON THEIR GLOBALIST, ANTI AMERICAN ‘WILL,’ AND ANTI CONSTITUTIONAL AGENDA!
Where and when did our elected officials forget this pledge and responsibility to the American people?

The media has created the perception that the voters choose the nominee, and that’s the conflict here, Curly Haugland, an unbound GOP delegate from North Dakota, told CNBC’s “Squawk Box.” He even questioned why primaries and caucuses are held!!
CLEVELAND — Even as Donald Trump is preparing to announce his choice of a vice presidential running mate on Friday, the Rules Committee of the Republican National Convention has convened in the basement of the downtown convention center for what promises to be a last-ditch effort by Trump opponents to unbind delegates in hopes of denying Trump the party’s nomination.
The anti-Trump forces hope to garner enough support on the committee to bring a “conscience clause,” which would release delegates from any obligation to vote for the candidate to whom they are pledged, to the floor of the convention when it opens Monday.
It is a very long shot effort, but not so far-fetched as to rob the packed room of an air of drama and expectation. Will today’s debate reveal a badly outnumbered band of anti-Trump rebels, or a cadre of party players ready, willing and able to take the fight to the convention floor?
According to the Electoral College web site …
If no candidate receives a majority of electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most electoral votes. Each State delegation has one vote.
The Senate would elect the Vice President from the 2 Vice Presidential candidates with the most electoral votes, with each Senator casting one vote for Vice President.
Note that for President, each state gets one vote in the House … not each rep. So a majority of each state’s reps determine the state’s vote.
A GOP-majority in a House-elect would certainly pick the establishment GOP candidate …Hmmm.
Did you ever wondered why some Republicans have said that they would rather see Hillary win before they have Trump the nominee?? How about every candidate stating that Trump is the only one who ‘can’t’ beat Hillary, when none of them can beat Trump?? Anyone else other than Trump should be considered status quo, and everything that Obama has done won’t be repealed or reversed. Hillary is Obama!!! and if you don’t know that by now, then you either don’t care about the future of America, or you get so many entitlements, to buy your vote!
The Bipartisan establishment did not have the balls, or the knowhow, to willingly take America down, but with the power and greed calling, they went with a non- ‘Natural born citizen’ to overthrow the ‘Will of the American people, and the Constitution!!
We can only blame ourselves for our predicament, and that’s because we trusted our elected officials to follow our Founding Fathers lead and the guidelines set forth for us through the Constitution, and Bill of Rights!
Do you care that you have no voice as an American Citizen in the future of our country? Do you care that the decisions that need to be made have nothing to do with the negative polls taken by American’s Iran deal or the Cuba embargo that contradicts the ‘Will’ of the American People?Whatever you believe is wrong with this country, and think your parents, and grandparents brought you here because they didn’t want a better life for you, then pack up, and go back to where, in your mind, life is better off than here…..If you were anywhere else in the world, and rebellious against the status quo….your head would be gone….Obama’s ‘That’s not who we are’ comments are undermining our ‘Founding Father’s Vision’ of what our American’s future should be…..
This is equally true domestically and internationally.
Domestically, his policies have gravely impacted the American economy.
He has overseen the weakest recovery from a recession in modern American history.
He has mired the country in unprecedented levels of debt to the tune of close to $20 Trillion, I know it’s not all his, but after 7+ years its apparent to me, and intentional, that he never intended to follow through with his promise of cutting, the then deficit of about $11 Trillion, in half! Everything he did in his first term was explained away by playing the Bush blame game. What’s his excuse now??
He has fashioned a country in which more Americans now receive government aid — means-tested, let alone non-means tested — than work full-time.
He has no method of paying for this debt other than printing more money — thereby surreptitiously taxing everyone through inflation, including the poor he claims to be helping, and cheapening the dollar to the point that some countries are talking another reserve currency — and saddling the next generations with enormous debts.
With his 2,500-page Affordable Care Act, he has made it impossible for hundreds of thousands, soon millions, of Americans to keep their individual or employee-sponsored group health insurance; he has stymied American medical innovation with an utterly destructive tax on medical devices; and he has caused hundreds of thousands of workers to lose full-time jobs because of the health care costs imposed by Obamacare on employers.
His Internal Revenue Service used its unparalleled power to stymie political dissent. No one has been held accountable.
His ambassador to Libya and three other Americans were murdered by terrorists in Benghazi, Libya. No one has been blamed. The only blame the Obama administration has leveled was on a video maker in California who had nothing to do with the assault, which has not only been debunked, but not before the cowardly Mitt Romney, succumbed to the pressure, and not pointing out the coincidental timing before Obama’s reelection!
Among presidents in modern American history, he has also been a uniquely divisive force. It began with his forcing Obamacare through Congress — the only major legislation in American history to be passed with no votes from the opposition party.
Though he has had a unique opportunity to do so, he has not only not helped heal racial tensions, he has exacerbated them. His intrusions into the Trayvon Martin affair (“If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon”) and into the confrontation between a white police officer and a black Harvard professor (the police “acted stupidly”) and don't forget the more recent jumping the gun in Ferguson before the facts were out, and last but not least the most recent events in Dallas where 5 policemen were killed were unwarranted, irresponsible, demagogic and, most of all, divisive.
He should have been reassuring black Americans that America is in fact the least racist country in the world — something he should know as well as anybody, having been raised only by whites and being the first black elected the leader of a white-majority nation. Instead, he echoed the inflammatory speech of professional race-baiters such as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
He has also divided the country by economic class, using classic Marxist language against “the rich” and “corporate profits.”
Regarding America in the world, he has been, if possible, even more damaging. The United States is at its weakest, has fewer allies, and has less military and diplomatic influence than at any time since before World War I.
One wonders if there is a remaining ally nation that trusts him. And worse, no American enemy fears him. If you are a free movement (the democratic Iranian and Syrian oppositions) or a free country (Israel), you have little or no reason to believe that you have a steadfast ally in the United States.
Even non-democratic allies no longer trust America. Barack Obama has alienated our most important and longest standing Arab allies, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Both the anti-Muslim Brotherhood and the anti-Iran Arab states have lost respect for him.
And his complete withdrawal of American troops from Iraq has left that country with weekly bloodbaths.
He did, however, promise before the 2008 election that “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” That is the one promise he has kept.
When citizens satisfy themselves with high-minded but empty rhetoric, and elected officials echo these vaunted ideals to silence dissenting voices, nations will find themselves locked in a death spiral. If the rest of us don't more aggressively point this problem out, we may very well go down with them.

Cruz and Rubio ran for the nomination and lost, but they should have never BEEN in the race to start with. They are not "natural born citizens" and not constitutionally eligible. One MUST be born on U.S. soil to two citizen parents. Each of them had only one of the three. Rubio was born on U.S. soil, but his father and mother were both NON citizens, until Marco was 4 years old. Cruz had a U.S. citizen mother, but had a Cuban citizen, non-U.S. citizen father and he was born in Canada. NOT natural born citizens and should have no say about Trump's being the official nominee.
