Hillary Clinton supports many different types of gun control -- a 25 percent tax on handguns, an assault weapons ban, repeal of laws allowing permitted concealed handguns, and background checks on the private transfer of guns. Clinton also has supported increased fees and a variety of regulations that her husband imposed. Thanks to Bill Clinton’s regulations, the number of licensed firearms dealers from 248,155 in 1992 to 67,479 in 2000 -- a 73 percent reduction.
A recent Fox News Sunday appearance where Hillary Clinton claimed: "I'm not looking to repeal the Second Amendment. I'm not looking to take people's guns away." The Washington Post noted a statement from her campaign website about how “gun ownership is part of the fabric of many law-abiding communities.”
In June, ABC’s George Stephanopoulos pushed Clinton twice on whether people have a right to own guns. “But that's not what I asked. I said do you believe that their conclusion that an individual's right to bear arms is a constitutional right?” Clinton could only say: “If it is a constitutional right..”
Similarly, in New York City in the fall, she told donors: “The Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment, and I am going to make that case every chance that I get.” In Maryland in April, Chelsea Clinton promised that her mom would appoint to the Supreme Court justices who would overturn past decisions that struck down gun-control measures. But the only laws that the Supreme Court evaluated were complete gun bans and a law that made it a crime to use a gun!
Washington, D.C., had a complete handgun ban in place until 2008. It was also a felony, punishable by five years in prison, to put a bullet in the chamber of a gun. This amounted to a complete gun ban on using guns for self-defense. The U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in District of Columbia v. Heller struck down that ban.
Clinton told Stephanopoulos her opinion of this ruling: “I think that for most of our history, there was a nuanced reading of the Second Amendment until the decision by the late Justice Scalia.” She continued, “There was no argument until then that localities and states and the federal government had a right, as we do with every amendment, to impose reasonable regulation.”
Clinton went on to talk about her push for expanded background checks, an issue that was irrelevant to Scalia’s decision in Heller. Instead, the question is why was D.C.’s local gun bans a “reasonable regulation.” Why should people be imprisoned for five years for defending their families?
The media might not like to admit it, but The War on Guns is real. If Hillary wins in November, she will appoint Scalia’s successor and the Supreme Court will overturn the Heller and McDonald decisions. Make no mistake about it, the government will again be able to ban guns. People who are eager to weaken protection of private property in order to enable government to redistribute wealth will also want to weaken constitutional protections of free speech in order to empower government to redistribute ideas.
Americans do not forfeit their First Amendment rights when they come together in incorporated entities to magnify their voices by speaking collectively .
“In the Bernie Sanders drinking game, every time he mentions a free government program, you drink someone else’s beer.” But neither Sanders’s nor Hillary Clinton’s hostility to the First Amendment is amusing.
Both have voted to do something never done before — make the Bill of Rights less protective. They favor amending the First Amendment to permit government regulation of political campaign speech. Hence they embrace progressivism’s logic, as it has been explained separately, and disapprovingly, by two eminent economists, Ronald Coase and Aaron Director:
There is no reason the regulatory, redistributive state should distinguish between various markets. So, government that is competent and duty-bound to regulate markets for goods and services to promote social justice is competent and duty-bound to regulate the marketplace of ideas for the same purpose. Sanders and Clinton detest the Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United decision, which they say their court nominees will promise to reverse. It held that unions and corporations — especially incorporated advocacy groups, from the National Rifle Association to the Sierra Club — can engage in unregulated spending on political advocacy that is not coordinated with candidates or campaigns.The decision simply recognized that Americans do not forfeit their First Amendment rights when they come together in incorporated entities to magnify their voices by speaking collectively.

She has to say I will clean up the mess in Washington and I will make America more fair than its current inequitable position. I hope you heard her that one of her four fundamental goals are to change the First Amendment to empower the political class to write legislation restricting the quantity, content and timing of political speech about the political class. I don't think anyone has ever announced running for president that they wanted to change the Bill of Rights.
Her ideas are so unbelievably past their sell-by date. She wants the 23rd increase in the minimum wage since 1938; free community college which means get someone else to pay for it besides the people getting the education. And at the end of it all its inequality is what she is going to stress. Inequality has rocketed during the Obama years because of zero interest rate policy which has the purpose of chasing all the liquidity in the country and equities. So the stock market goes up for the enormous benefit of the 10% of Americans who own 80% of the stocks.
Progressives, with their collectivist itch, are ever eager to break private institutions to the saddle of the state, and to fill private spaces with regulations. Do they consider government uniquely altruistic and disinterested? Please. ~~by George Will

Islam has no fundamental concept of Inalienable Rights as mentioned in the Declaration of Independence. Islam does not permit the individual to enjoy the freedoms of action and association characteristic of the Democracy that so many Western cultures currently enjoy today. Islam is a religion in name only because of a reference to "Allah" as their Deity. A well-known fact is that Islam is a totalitarian ideology that rejects Democracy, personal freedom, and every other religion. The ideals of anti-Semitism and anti-Western Culture run rampant throughout Islam. The Laws of Man are meaningless and have absolutely no relevance in Muslim culture because they are without any direct reference to the Koran or Shariah Law and therefore they have no place in Muslim life. Islamic law/Shariah Law is completely incompatible with Freedom, Democracy, and Liberty, or any other government where the people have an actual voice in government or the will of the people matters.
We need to pass a law in our country that states that Islam is not a religion. It is a total way of life which comes complete with its own laws, and a view of the world that is hostile and completely incompatible with the Constitution and our representative democracy. The people who practice Islam are not entitled to the protections guaranteed by the First Amendment.
We now have the ability, because of our technical prowess and Social Media, to expose the half-truths and lies that the ‘Paid to Report’ Media keeps shoving down our throats! We can now expose the deception for what it really is…. deceiving! When it comes to repeating history, which is what the left always throws in the face of the ‘Will’ of the American People, we are the history and the future of America, and because of our technical abilities of communication are so advanced that our past history is just that, basically irrelevant, and in our past!
The truth is that traitor Ryan, McConnell, Graham, and ‘Cry Baby’ Boehner who have already been flushed out of the conservative guise of believing in and following the constitution and smaller government are all liars who are pocketing millions by betraying the trust of the American people as illustrated in the way TPA was passed!
