Girding for four years of potential battles with
President-elect Donald J. Trump, Democratic leaders of the California
Legislature announced Wednesday that they had hired Eric H. Holder Jr., who was
attorney general under President Obama, to represent them in any legal fights
against the new Republican White House.
The decision by the Legislature to retain Mr. Holder, who is
now a prominent Washington lawyer, is the latest sign of the ideological battle
that may play out over the next four years between this
predominantly
Democratic state and Washington. Hillary Clinton, the Democratic candidate for
president, defeated Mr. Trump by more than four million votes here.
“Having the former attorney general of the United States
brings us a lot of firepower in order to prepare to safeguard the values of the
people of California,” Kevin de León, the Democratic leader of the Senate, said
in an interview. “This means we are very, very serious.” ~~
One of Donald J. Trumps first actions should be letting Jeff
Sessions appoint Special Prosecutors to ‘do’ the job that Obama refused to do,
and that’s holding Obama’s Czars and his personal ‘Gestapo’ like,
anti-Constitutional storm troopers, legally accountable for their
unconstitutional actions against America and its citizens!
The list’s top candidates should be Barack Obama, Lois
Lerner, Hillary Clinton, Jeh Johnson, the ‘Hillary Five,’ Loretta Lynch,
James
Comey, The Clinton Foundation, and in my mind the founder, and Obama’s
coconspirator, Eric Holder!
AFFILIATION WITH VIOLENT BLACK PANTHERS WHILE IN COLLEGE MAY
EXPLAIN FORMER AG HOLDER’S ANTI-WHITE BIAS!
Attorney General Eric Holder’s reluctance to prosecute
criminal behavior on the part of the Black Panthers in Philadelphia during the
2008 presidential election apparently has its roots in his own affiliation with
the group as far back as 1970. While a freshman at Columbia University that
year, Holder participated in a five-day, armed protest and occupation of the
university’s Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) building organized by
the “Black Students’ Organization” (BSO).
It has not been ascertained whether the AG was ever a
card-carrying member of the Black Panthers. However, he was an active member on
campus of the Student Afro-American Society (SAAS) that released a statement
supporting the efforts of 21 Black Panthers charged with plotting to blow up a
police station, department stores, railroad tracks and the New York Botanical
Gardens.
News stories from BSO’s defunct website show that it wasn’t
the first time. Gloating over a 1968 confrontation with police, the paper
reported:
“Armed with guns, the students took over Hamilton Hall, and
locked the building from the inside. After some time, the black students told
the white sympathizers, many of whom were members of Students for a Democratic
Society, to leave and contribute by taking over other buildings on campus. They
did, effectively shutting down the university. The president of the university
ordered the NYPD to smother the protest by force, aided by white athletes and
members of the ROTC. Ironically it was the white students in other buildings
who bore the brunt of the police storming. Had the police broken into Hamilton,
they may have suffered casualties at the hands of the sisters and brothers
inside.”
Two years later, Holder was among the leaders of the SAAS
that
were demanding the former ROTC office be renamed the “Malcolm X Lounge” in
honor of the early Black Muslim leader who was assassinated in 1965.
Speaking to the 2009 graduating class at Columbia, America’s
top lawman mistakenly remembered it as his “senior year,” and boasted of his
participation in the movement during his college days. However, he deceitfully
tempered his remarks by calling it a protest to “peacefully occupy one of the
campus offices.”
The Justice Department has not responded to a query of what
kind of weapon Holder himself was carrying at the time, but his friend, Steve
Sims, told a mainstream newspaper it all did happen.
This may explain why Holder refused to prosecute Black
Panther thugs, who were accused of intimidating voters with truncheons at the

Project Gunrunner was the spawn of Beltway bipartisanship.
It was established in 2005 as a pilot project under the Bush administration and
run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The intended
goal of the program's sting operations: stop illicit firearms trafficking
along
the Southwest border through close surveillance of undercover gun purchases and
coordinated intervention with Mexico. The deadly result: federally sanctioned
gunwalking of high-powered weapons from U.S. officials right into the hands of
drug cartel killers.
By 2008, Project Gunrunner's bureaucratic fiefdom had
expanded rapidly along the U.S.-Mexico border and into the nine U.S. consulates
in Mexico. The office raked in $2 million more through the little-scrutinized
Merida Initiative, which Hispanic vote-pandering Republicans rammed through in
a war supplemental bill. Despite warnings from the DOJ ‘inspector general’
(OH!! Just like the Inspector General’s position that couldn’t be filled at the
State Department when Hillary was Secretary of State and lost or misplaced $6
Billion Dollars?) that tracking and assessment measures needed improvement, the
payroll exploded from a few dozen to more than 200 by 2009. Under the Obama
administration, ATF reaped another $21.9 million to expand Project Gunrunner
(nearly half from the stimulus boondoggle), and the White House has requested
almost $12 million more in fiscal year 2011 appropriations for the program.
Coming from a man who appointed crime-coddling,
accountability-evading, open-borders corruptocrat Eric Holder to uphold the

DID ERIC HOLDER HAVE HIS PRINTS ALL OVER BENGHAZI AND THE
CAUSE OF THE DEATHS OF 4 AMERICANS?
The producer of the anti-Muhammad video the Obama
administration blamed for the Benghazi attacks is actually a confirmed agent of
Eric Holder's Justice Department.
Benghazi, Libya> Ahmed Abu Khatallah has been an enigma
since his name first surfaced as the probable leader of the terrorist attack
that killed four Americans in Benghazi.
U.S. Special Forces have reportedly been searching for
Khatallah for some time in Libya, but suspicions are rising that it was nothing
but a ruse.
Reports say Khatallah was imprisoned for creating an Islamic
militia, but later released after Gaddafi’s death.
This is far from the first terrorist activity associated
with Eric Holder. Fast & Furious, or the ATF Gun-Running Scandal, involved
giving guns to Mexican drug cartels, which were later used to kill Border
Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
However, as we now know, the suspected terrorist had been
hiding in the United States for years and working as Attorney
General. The
Libyan government confirmed suspicions on Friday that Eric Holder, is in fact
Ahmed Abu Khatallah, from the Ansar al-Sharia terrorist organization.
His reasons for attacking the consulate in Libya unknown but
experts on North Africa suggest it’s so the United States can justify leaving
troops in the country and exerting influence in the region.
HOLDERS OWN’S FERGUSON!
Attorney General Eric Holder has at least one redeeming
quality: he fights for what he believes in, and he doesn’t hesitate to express
sentiments he knows many people will disagree with vociferously.
As long as it’s done within the bounds of the law, that sort
of thing should be considered a virtue no matter what one’s political
orientation is.
It must also be added that those who think Holder is pushing
socialist views on race only because he now has the power to do so are wrong;
he’s been doing so since his university days at Columbia.
And there’s the rub: it’s by no means clear that Holder has
always articulated his views in ways that are lawful, but his personal
unconstitutional interpretation and intent over the ‘Letter of the Law”
So, there is evidence that Holder participated in an armed
occupation while at Columbia, and neither he nor anyone else has ever denied
that he himself was armed.
Very arguably, this amounted to an act of domestic terrorism
by someone who should have known better, and who was the nation’s chief law
enforcement official.
Holder went to Ferguson, Missouri assuring its residents
that “change is coming”, and that, apparently, black/white arrest rates must be
equalized even if differences are not the intentional result of any
policy. This would seem to contemplate
the unprecedented, quasi-legislative, and tyrannical application of affirmative
action to the application of criminal law, which in many respects is the realm
of law closest to liberty.
Does Holder have in mind ordering and/or cajoling police
departments into gratuitously arresting more whites and fewer blacks?
Quite possibly, he does.!
Regardless, a few things about Holder’s Ferguson promises,
and other statements Holder has made about race, are very ironic in view of his
past at Columbia -- and not just because we have someone who may well have
perpetrated a racially-motivated terrorist act talking about what the
requirements of justice in connection with race are.
Holder told the New York Times that “as a college student,
I was pulled over twice on the New Jersey Turnpike and my car was searched,
even though I was sure I hadn’t been speeding.” He thinks that the stop was
attributable to racial profiling. It’s
conceivable that it was, but notice that Holder does not say exactly what
agency or agencies stopped him, and notice also that the stops occurred when he
was a freshman -- the same year he engaged in the armed protest!
Were the events only coincidentally related? Maybe.
But if Holder is going to brandish the experiences for political reasons
in connection with an event as incendiary as Ferguson, he owes us greater
detail and context.
Holder likes to talk about how America is a “nation of
cowards” on racial matters; in fact, after having first made that statement in
2009, he’s very recently doubled down on it.
If Holder is supposed to be the courageous one and is going
to generate policy on the basis of the Ferguson situations when the facts, so
far, appear to indicate that initial media reports of Michael Brown’s utter
innocence were at best misleading, perhaps he is morally obligated to explain a
few things to Americans.
What exactly were his actions during the 1970 Columbia
related armed occupation, and was he himself armed? If so, why does he think he is justified in
seeking to curtail the rights of law abiding gun-owners, even to the extent of
being willing, literally, to brainwash them if necessary?
Until Holder explains his racially motivated Columbia
actions, it is difficult to see why Americans should view what he has to say on
racial matters with any degree of seriousness—other than that he is
intimidating us into doing so.
Might Holder now simply be substituting the power of the
office of the United States Attorney General for that of a firearm he may well
have unlawfully wielded at Columbia?
In any event, if Holder, even though he is the Attorney
General of
the United States, is too cowardly to forthrightly own up to his own
past, he should stop imputing cowardice to others.
OBAMA GOING OUT IN A BLAZE OF SELF-INTEREST!
Of all Barack Obama's costumes, the most ill-fitting is that
of the
hawk. The guise doesn't work for all sorts of ideological and historical
reasons. Plus, there's the fact that he's rushing to put on the outfit as he's
heading out the door.
The new sanctions against Russia are fine with me on the
merits, even if they are remarkably tardy and being sold in no small part for
domestic, political reasons.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has been undermining
American interests for a long time now. From the annexation of Crimea and a
shadow war in Ukraine to his unabashed support for the butcher Bashar Assad in
Syria, Putin has given the Obama administration every excuse to punch back. But
until last week, Obama's response had been to offer various and sundry
diplomatic "off-ramps" and a little bit of tongue-lashing. General
dovishness combined with the single-minded pursuit of a deal with Iran led
Obama to insist that we should avoid "provoking" Russia.

Obama's volte-face should be seen in the larger context of
his last-minute legacy-padding and his widely-alleged desire to "box
in" his successor. The president is preparing to spend the next few
decades as a celebrity in liberal circles.
Creating national monuments in Utah and Nevada, banning
offshore oil drilling in the Arctic and the Northeast, deleting the
database of
Muslim men at the Department of Homeland Security: These things will earn him
toasts at all the right parties.
Despite a remarkable lack of evidence that the Russians
"hacked" the election (as opposed to their more obvious complicity in
the WikiLeaks shenanigans), the conviction that Hillary Clinton lost because of
Putin's skullduggery is rapidly gelling into liberal conventional wisdom. These
sanctions give Obama yet another useful talking point in retirement.
They're also having the desired effect on the Trump team,
which for obvious reasons hates any suggestion that the Donald's election was
less than legitimate.
But will they actually "box in" a President Trump?
It seems unlikely.
Putin is cleverly not taking the bait, preferring to run out
the clock on the Obama presidency. When Trump is sworn in three weeks from now,
he will have more leverage over Putin thanks to Obama's bad-cop act. While it
would be politically tricky to lift the sanctions immediately upon
taking
office, Trump has long vowed to improve relations with Russia. Having more
bargaining chips for some grand "deal" -- whatever that might look
like -- only improves his position. (Why he is so enamored with a U.S.-Russian
romance is a deeper mystery to me.)
A similar dynamic is at play with Obama's execrable maneuver
at the U.N. Security Council. The decision to clear the path for a resolution
holding that the Western Wall is actually a Palestinian possession is a serious
blow to our ally (and our honor) and proof that Obama's rhetorical support of
Israel was always more about political necessity than personal conviction. Even
as the move will please some -- though by no means all -- leftists on the party
circuit, it is nevertheless a political gift to the two politicians Obama
(probably) detests most: Bibi Netanyahu and Donald Trump.
For almost eight years, Netanyahu has argued domestically
that Israel's deteriorating relationship with the United States isn't his
fault, but Obama's. The president just settled that argument for him.
Meanwhile, the resolution helps Trump enormously. Simply by
taking office while holding what once were conventionally pro-Israel positions,
Trump can play the role of Israel's defender, both domestically and abroad. It
is lamentable that support for Israel is now a partisan issue in America, but
Obama ceded the winning side of the question to his Republican successor.
Much has been written about how Obama has left the Democratic
Party and ideological allies in shambles by putting his perceived interests and
ego ahead of everything else. As he leaves office, he has turned that domestic

Trump did not raise your taxes. Donald Trump did not quadruple the price of
food. Trump is not stirring a race war. Trump did not leave any US soldiers in
Benghazi to be slaughtered and desecrated by Muslims. Trump did not send the US
Navy to fight for Syrian Al-Qaeda. Trump did not arm ISIS and systematically
exterminate Christians throughout the Middle East. Trump did not betray
Israel.
Trump did not provide financing and technology to Iran's nuclear weapons
program. Trump did not give our military secrets to China. Trump did not remove
our nuclear missile shield in Poland at the behest of Russia. Trump did not
shrivel our military, and betray our veterans. Trump did not cripple our
economy. Trump did not increase our debt to 20 trillion dollars. Trump did not
ruin our credit, twice. Trump did not double African American unemployment.
Trump did not increase welfare to a record level for eight years. Trump did not
sign a law making it legal to execute, and imprison Americans. Trump did not
set free all of terrorists in Guantanamo bay.
Trump did not steal your rights,
violate US Constitutional law, or commit treason, hundreds of times. Yet Trump
is being ripped apart in the news, non-stop. Barrack Hussein Obama, Hillary
Clinton and the criminals occupying our government, are not.
The ‘Paid to Report’
media is creating a false reality for the 'Never Trump'ers' in America, and I can’t believe, with the use of just a little common sense, that America and Trump followers can be as bad as the ‘Paid to Report’ Media’s ‘fake news’
portrays them to be!
