THE 'HUTZPAH' TO USE THE 'NUCLEAR OPTION' WILL MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

The ‘left’ is still taking a victory lap and high fiving over the budget, while the ‘Paid to Report’ Media spent ‘0’ time reporting on the anarchist and Progressive left’s masked and paid for destruction of public property, college campuses, and undermining America’s Constitutional Republic!

Enough is enough, and I think it’s time to direct our attention to the 2018 midterms, focusing on my ‘Thrifty 60,’ the bipartisan 'Swamp,' and the need to deny this anti-American ‘Swamp’ a voice when it comes to not keeping America safe. This 'Swamp' needs to be drained, and drained by the legal voters that care enough about America, to vote these elected official 'swamp' dwellers out! 

The Silent majority saved us from a fate worse than death in the 2016 Presidential election, and we should come together now to weed out the disgruntled statesman that have overstayed their welcome, and led America down the path of Obama’s Socialist platform and blueprint for the future of America! The Democratic leadership of Pelosi and Reid pushed Obama through the vetting process, and by the Constitution’s ‘Natural Born’ citizenship requirement, while the Republican leadership of Boehner, McConnell and company looked the other way, and let it happen.

Now you’re probably thinking to yourself that I’m asking you to vote Republican, but in actuality, I’m a Registered Independent, always have been, and only asking you to consciously abide by your own self-imposed term limits, and replace those entrenched Republican, Democrat, or Independent with a 'new' potential candidate that will work across the aisle, have an open mind, and wants to help make America great again.

Other than a few ‘up and coming’ Patriotic Freshman and Sophomore statesman that have just hit the ground, and trying to run, the bulk of the Bipartisan Congressional ‘Swamp’ are just there for the benefits, taking the money from the lobbyists attempting to change America’s direction, who then withhold the desperately needed cash from the politician’s reelection run if they don't cooperate. 

You're probably wondering what I was referring to when I mentioned the ‘Thrifty 60,’ it’s about taking a flyer and giving the current outsider, non-politician President of the United States the ‘60 votes’ needed in the Senate to prevent the now Socialist obstructionists from stopping the mandated agenda of the 'Will' of the American people through the election, and who want to make America great again. We were hoodwinked by Obama and his forced socialist transformation of America for the last 8 years, and think that a 2-year window of time, and the America voter mandated Trump platform, needs to be given a chance to succeed and followed for the sake of our Constitutional Republic, and the future of America.

Being thrifty means being careful with our ‘Constitutional’ rights, and not being so quick as to give them up under the guise of the government doing a better job controlling your life then OURSELVES, and then thinking twice before surrendering the rule of law, our Constitutional Republic, and the American dream!

Very rarely do you get a second chance to control your own destiny, your children’s future, and save the freedoms and liberties that have made this country the most exceptional shining light on a hill, but come the 2018 midterms, we all do, and doing it from not both sides of the aisle, but from one America, so let’s get’er done. Please pay attention to who is running for office, what they are running on and for, and the depth of their loyalty to the bipartisan process instead of the Partisan dividing of our country opposition.

 

You can sit there and bitch about the budget and who won what, but for the first time in a very long time, and under the flag of bipartisanship, passed legislation together, and not by chicanery, foul play, or the 'Nuclear Option.' President Trump is a 'RINO' and actually Independent who knew that the only way to get to the top of the untouchable non-compete two party system that has turned its attention to changing the ideological direction of America, and bypassing the rule of law and constitution!

The 'Swamp' needs to be changed along with the focus to what's best for America, and the future of the American people. This change must be based on the same roots that have long served this country, and served this country for the last 240+ years. America is politically stuck and not anchored to our founding fathers blueprint for America, or the oath of office our elected officials took to defend the Constitution when elected to office. Until we get rid of this Socialist, Globalist cancer that prevails and drives sponsored anarchists to pillage and disrespect the rights of others, we will remain stuck as a country, and a country of open borders, unvetted illegal immigrants and refugees who don't necessarily believe in what America has always believed in, the rule of law, or our Constitutional Republic's ability to protect our own sovereignty! 

WHEN IT COMES TO WINNING, AND WINNING FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, IT'S TRUMP, AND THE FIRST BIPARTISAN LEGISLATION TO COME OUT OF THE 'SWAMP' IN THE LAST TWO PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CYCLES!

Who Won in November?

There are many variations of this Latin proverb, but this specific one appears on the gates of Honor Hill at Ft. Benning Georgia, where US Army Infantrymen receive the venerable cross rifles insignia. The U.S. infantry has two simple words as its motto, “Follow Me”. Those words have true meaning and having been forged in the crucible of combat they are indicative of determined, resolute leadership in adverse situations.

Perhaps the entire House and Senate GOP should attend Boot Camp at Ft. Benning Georgia and be infused with such rigor, resilience. It was the Republican Party whom stated, “Follow Me” by giving us the House, the US Senate, and the White House…and we will achieve our objectives. It appears once again, these were empty, hollow words as reflected in another eschewing of fundamental constitutional conservative principles and values. Yes, another Omnibus spending measure, nearly 1700 pages, who will be reading that? I equate an Omnibus spending measure to a great big pot of gumbo, except it doesn’t taste good at all, but there are a cacophony of ingredients in the mixture.

We were promised that regular order would return. Yet we get more of the same, just as when the GOP won the Senate in 2014 and they presented an Omnibus spending measure to President Obama. Now, let me make myself very clear, in no way do I want the progressive socialists of the Democrat party EVER again to have power in our country. And I am certainly glad we do not have a President Hillary Clinton. But one lesson that I learned from my Airborne Instructors back in 1984 at Ft. Benning Georgia, “if you set the bar low, you will jump low”. Therefore, I refuse to lower my standards, and certainly not my expectations.

When reading the various summaries of the current GOP proposed Omnibus spending measure I must ask, who won in November? There is immense cause for concern.

Here we have a GOP majority in the House and Senate, and a Republican president yet we are still funding the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, a truly unconstitutional organization still headed by Obama appointee, Richard Cordray. This organization created by Barack Obama has over 1500 employees and a budget of $605M. We are still fully funding an Internal Revenue Service, y’all remember that tax pain from just a couple weeks ago, led by John Koskinen, an Obama appointee, who should be under federal indictment…along with Lois Lerner who is still drawing a six figure taxpayer funded pension.

It is not just those blatant items, our federal government will continue to fund municipalities that are not in keeping with our rule of law, the Constitution. I really do not respect what some Obama appointed judge rules. We are either a sovereign nation with defined laws on immigration, or we are not. The President has the enumerated power to keep this Nation safe, and not appropriating funds to lower governments, states and cities who are violating our laws is certainly an executive prerogative. Funny, I do not recall any Judges ruling against Barack Obama amending the Affordable Care Act, by executive order…not through the legislature.

This Omnibus spending measure will provide a taxpayer-funded bailout to Puerto Rico for mismanagement of their Medicaid program. It provides more funding for an increase of refugees into America, now a broken presidential campaign promise. And most disconcerting, it provides taxpayer funds to a private, not for profit organization that runs a profit – Planned Parenthood.

I sincerely have a problem with an organization such as Planned Parenthood, who has the vision of a known racist, Margaret Sanger, receiving taxpayer dollars for its operations. Just read the writings of Sanger. I have yet to hear Black Lives Matter or any other group declare Planned Parenthood a racist or white supremacist organization. We have federal government clinics for women’s healthcare, why are we providing funding for an organization that sells the body parts of babies they have killed?

Fortune does favor the bold, but what we are experiencing from this GOP majority can only be defined as cowardice. Why such reticence and timidity to stand for something? As my mother taught me growing up, “A man must stand for something, or else he will fall for anything.” Sadly, the lack of intestinal fortitude from the House and Senate GOP leads us to having a nation that is falling.

And yes, President Trump does have a part in this, he is the leader of the Republican Party, and if he signs this Omnibus spending measure into law there will be consequences. We are witnessing a lack of strategic vision from a political party that controls Washington D.C., and its purse strings. Eight years ago, Obama, Reid, and Pelosi rammed a trillion-dollar stimulus spending package down the throats of this Nation. They were wrong, but they were bold.

We have no definitive way ahead on healthcare and tax reform, two critical issues that should have been introduced early this year. Yes, I read the laundry list of the first 100 days, but ask yourself, if you have 14 hits in a baseball game but no runs, do you still win? In hockey, if you have more shots on goal than the other team but they got the puck across the line once, do you win?

This is about governing a Nation, leading a people, restoring a Republic and it appears that no one has that focus.

The ramifications are evident. The 2018 midterm elections loom and if the GOP is seen as nothing more than a lighter version of progressive socialists, they will lose. And if President Trump appears more apt at hanging out at Mar-a-Lago, delivering campaign rally speeches, and tweeting, he will be relegated to being a one term President. President Trump must realize that unpredictability is a tactic, not a strategy.

There will be a new political movement in America. One based upon fundamental principles and values that reestablishes the right relationship between the government and the governed. It will be a bold and audacious movement, one that will not cower to the whims of self or special interests.

Some may say that I should not take such a critical stand. Sorry, when I was the Executive Officer of the 1st Battalion (Air Assault), 377th Field Artillery Regiment at Ft. Bragg our motto was “Be Bold”.  ~~By Allen West, a Friend of America!

You would think that with only 100 days into Trump’s first of two terms, that this President has done more as an outsider nonpolitician Independent ‘RINO,’ then any other political party affiliated President since Ronald Reagan! The future looks better than good, but unfortunately the bipartisan turncoats who chose not to back our Constitution or rule of law and hide in the shadows of Trump’s White House, have to be outed, campaigned against, and exposed for what they truly represent as an elected official.

You would think that after the first 100 days Hillary would be staying out of the public eye, but ‘NO,’ she wants to keep inviting the scrutiny, and possible prosecution for her crimes and treasonous actions against America and America’s Constitution, and on top of that, still believes she’s free and clear. Hillary should be grateful that James Comey used the same interpretation and intent that Obama used to bypass Congress and the Constitution, and saved her ass when the ‘rule of law,’ if followed, would have locked her up for life!

NO, HILLARY CLINTON WAS NOT SCREWED OVER BY FBI DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY, OR THE RUSSIANS!

Do we feel sorry for her or do we just roll our eyes? Hillary Clinton seems to be taking baby steps towards accepting responsibility for blowing one of the most winnable elections in recent memory. Still, she’s hung up on James Comey and the Russians. Cortney wrote about Clinton admitted to CNN's Christiane Amanpour about the “shortfalls” during her failed presidential bid, but then said,” I was on the way to winning, until a combination of Jim Comey’s letter on October 28 and Russian Wikileaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me but got scared off.” Amanpour interviewed Clinton during the Women for Women International luncheon in New York City.

"If the election had been on October 27, I would be your president,” she added, citing FiveThirtyEight’s Nate Silver. Yeah, and to quote Republican strategist Mike Murphy when people say these sorts of things: If Napoleon had nuclear submarines; we’d all be speaking French. The fact is Election Day was on November 8—and you lost.

Second, Comey’s letter and the Wikileaks aspects of the race totally glosses over what Priorities USA found out in focus groups from drop off and Obama-Trump voters in Michigan and Wisconsin. The liberal super PAC, which was created in 2011 to help with Obama’s re-election campaign, found that a large swath of these voters that voted for Obama, but flipped for Trump thought Democratic policies would favor the wealthy. Also, a significant chunk voted for Trump because they couldn't stand Hillary Clinton. These Obama voters that broke for Trump numbered in the millions. The FBI and the Russians have little bearing on these findings by Priorities USA. As for the latter part regarding Comey's letter and the Russians scaring people away, voters already disliked her—with the Wikileaks information maybe pouring fuel on that fire, but it didn’t shift these folks from leaning Clinton to outright rejection. The good news for Democrats is that they can win these voters back, as they also feel that Republican policies, like cutting social programs, would adversely impact them. Trump’s brand of populism, where he bashes both parties, seems to have isolated him somewhat; Obama-Trump voters feel that the president will work to better the middle class, but they don’t feel that way towards Congressional Republicans. For a party that was solid on messaging during the Obama years, the Democrats’ cruise towards the left eventually hit the iceberg. Now, they have to deal with possible blowback over political correctness, safe spaces, trigger warnings, and the nauseating hot takes about privilege from her progressive cohorts. That doesn’t mean this couldn’t happen and the GOP should remain cognizant of that. These aren’t solid Republicans. If Trump screws up, they’ll find someone else.

Yet, back to Clinton, it’s as if she doesn’t realize that Comey wouldn’t have been an issue if she had just followed the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration rule to preserve all electronic communications. The FBI wouldn’t have been a key part of the 2016 cycle if she didn’t have an unauthorized and unsecure email server from which she conducted all official business as secretary of state and possibly put our national security at risk. Her campaign’s needless trip ups over her explanations for why such a private email system was necessary also didn’t help, rehashing all the 1990s criticism of the power couple—specifically the one where they were accused of playing by their own rules. The email server encapsulated that. Her presser to explain it was also an unmitigated disaster, with her flippant response to a question about whether she wiped the server. Remember the “like with a cloth” answer? Clinton has no one else to blame but herself for blowing it. Also, Comey wanted to detail the levels of Russian interference in an op-ed during the summer of 2016, but the Obama White House stopped him. The FBI element did an incredible amount of harm to Clinton’s character with voters, though she was already unpopular, but it was entirely avoidable. ~~By Matt Vespa, a Friend of America!
