WHEN IT COMES TO THE FIRST STEP TO REPEALING AND REPLACING OBAMACARE, LET THE 'SPIN' BEGIN! 

 

THE CLOCK IS TICKING, AND IF OBAMCARE COLLAPSES BEFORE IT CAN BE REPEALED AND REPLACED, THE DEMS WON'T SURVIVE THE 2018 MIDTERMS, AND THE REPUBLICAN SENATE WILL HAVE THE 60 VOTES NEEDED TO DEEM THE DEMS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT!

 

DEMS ARE PRAYING, AFTER VOTING FOR A BUDGET THAT WON'T BAIL OUT OBAMACARE INSURERS, THAT REPUBLICANS SUCCEED IN REPEALING AND REPLACING OBAMA'S SIGNATURE LEGISLATION!  ...... Shhhhh!

 

I am so tired of the ‘crybaby’ left bitching about everything and anything that comes close to helping President Trump in ‘making America great again!’ When it comes to what’s best for America, it’s dammed if you do, and dammed if you don’t, and with the last Healthcare Insurance Co. in Iowa pulling out of Obamacare, are still choosing to sit on their hands and not assist in the repeal and replace of the biggest unconstitutional passing of legislation through Reid’s use of the ‘Nuclear Option,’ in America's history, and you have to ask yourself why their constituency supports this version of today’s Democratic Party!

 

President Trump rose from the ashes of the spineless Republican Party, and the party that couldn’t stand up to the pressures of defending our founding father’s constitution, rule of law, or ‘will’ of the American people. Republicans should be grateful for the ideological bail out, and be thankful for the expansion of the Republican constituency through the brash and non-politically correct recruiter, Donald Trump! The Transition and acceptance by the Republican Party to Trump’s platform might of taken a little time to get used to, but after the first 100 days you can see that the attitude of the country, and the Party, is positive to the point to where a light can be seen at the end of that very dark, and 8 year long, Obama tunnel. 

In order for the ‘old’ Democratic Party to rise from the ashes from the destruction done by Obama and his Socialist transformation of America agenda, is going to take some young gun Democrat from the old school who believes in bipartisanship debate and resolve, loyal to our founding fathers Constitutional Republic’s Constitution, and the rule of law, then, and only then, will the ‘Will’ of the American people will be satisfied with the 'swamp', and the Democratic Party that can now stand proud for what they represent, and stand for within the political landscape of  tolerance, inclusion, appreciating the rule of law, constitution, and the Bill of Rights! 

What the 'new' members of the Loyal to America and patriotic ‘left’ need to do is come home to the politics that brings bipartisanship back, and puts the countries exceptionalism back on that pedestal of the world where it belongs, and where it can be seen again as that ‘shinning city on that hill’ that President Reagan talked about.

It looks like today may be the day that America’s biggest nightmare will be coming to an end, and if you recall how this nightmare came about, you would know why Obamacare might be taking its last breath, and by coincidence, at the same time the last Obamacare Insurance Co. in Iowa has announced its plans to not participate in the government rum healthcare failure known as Obamacare!

The Treatment of our Senior Citizens, our Vets, the poor, the unemployed, and millennials, by the Obama administration is not only unconstitutional, but in my mind, criminal!  When it came to forcing this unconstitutional Healthcare law down the throats of all Americans, and then fining those who couldn’t afford to buy insurance, is no less than blackmail, and also criminal.

The only way President Trump and Republican leadership will bring America back to the years of honesty, transparency, and away from the left’s lunacy, is to use the ‘Nuclear Option,’ and use it for tax reform, healthcare reform, expanding our militaries capabilities, and making America great again. If Ryan and McConnell don’t embrace the use of the ‘Nuclear Option’ to put this Socialist, globalist, open border, and anarchist’s destruction of the first Amendment and public property down, then we know that the ‘Swamp’s’ processes and procedures, and it’s bipartisan anti-American platform is more important than the ‘Will’ of the American people, our Constitutional Republic, or its Constitution, and if that happens, we know that the old Republican Party permitted, and gave their blessing to Obama to transform America to Socialism, and bypassing America's congress, and the Constitution!

Now let’s talk about the hypocrisy of the ‘left’ and the passing of Obamacare. Today the 'left' bitched about the fixes that Republicans changed in the original bill that was abandoned because it wouldn’t pass, and get the mandated 216 votes needed to pass, but chooses to ignore 2009 when their own party, when passing Obamacare, followed the words of Nancy Pelosi, blindly I might add, and believed and trusted her"You need to pass it before you know what’s in it" proclamation,  and then had Obama unconstitutionally make some 47+ unconstitutional adjustments and changes to the bill after it was already law, through Executive Order and Presidential Memoranda!

Day after day the Progressive left ignores the cries of their becoming nonexistent constituencies of the homeless, poor, unemployed, and our veterans, and still don’t lift a hand to participate in the most important legislation moving America forward into history! They are so wrapped up in obstruction and division that they have lost their moral compass and belief in the rule of law, and America’s Constitution. Now when it comes to the claims that Hillary didn't have a platform or nothing new to offer America, the know that this behavior of obstruction and division is the true platform that they’re party has been running on in the last few elections, and unless the needed changes are made, the same platform they will be standing for in the future elections to come.

I knew after watching candidate Obama back in 2007 high fiving and hanging out with my generation’s ‘Weather Underground’ radical leader and bomber, Bill Ayres, and Obama attending the church of Rev “God Dam America’ Wright, I knew something was definitely wrong, and now that Obama’s last 8 years of trying to transform America through Alinsky’s blueprint to Socialism is over, and can look back and 100% know that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama shared an Alinskyite background that tells American’s two things. First, they are leftists, dedicated to overthrowing our Constitutional system. Second, they will go to any length to conceal their radicalism from the public, and with the Media in on the plot, Americans had no clue. The reason why am I bringing this up again is that the number #1 domino in Alinsky’s 8 steps to Socialism, and the most important, is hopefully going away, and being repealed and replaced!

These are the eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a Liberal Socialist state, and appears to be the same list, except for gun control, that will be used to reverse Obama’s Alinskyite legacy, and his attempt to discourage America’s strength and respected status on the world stage!

THE FIRST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT!

 1) HEALTHCARE: Control healthcare and you control the people.

 2) POVERTY: Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

 3) DEBT: Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

 4) GUN CONTROL: Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you can create a police state.

 5) WELFARE: Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income).

 6) EDUCATION:  Take control of what people read and listen to. Take control of what children learn in school.

 7) RELIGION: Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.

 8) CLASS WARFARE: Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

THE REASON WHY RYAN AND MCCONNELL SHOULD USE THE ‘NUCLEAR OPTION’ TO REMOVE THE CANCER THAT HAS TAKEN OVER THE ONCE BIPARTISAN, TOLERANT, AND CONSTITUTION FOLLOWING DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF OLD, IS TO REBUILD THE EXCEPTIONALISM IN AMERICAN'S MINDS, AND THE MINDS OF OUR ALLY'S IN THE WORLD

I know I have run this little ditty up the flag pole more than once, but with the end of Obamacare near at hand, I thought we Americans should reminded how Obamacare came to be the law of the land, and how with the Majority in the House and Senate, and owning the White House, that what goes around, comes around, and the justified payback is just in time to help President Trump make America great again! 

If you recall, the Democrats in the House weren’t able to pass their version of a Healthcare law. Because all revenue bills have to originate in the House of Representatives, the Senate found a bill that met those qualifications: HR3590, a military housing bill. They took out essentially all of the wording of it, and turned it into the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Obamacare. It gets better. The Senate at that time had 60 Democrats, just enough to pass Obamacare.

 

After the bill passed the Senate, the Democrat Senator Ted Kennedy died. In his place, Massachusetts elected Republican Scott Brown. That meant that, if the House made any changes to the bill, the Senate wouldn’t have the necessary number of votes to pass the corrected bill, since they knew no Republicans would vote for Obamacare. So, they made a deal with the Democrat‐controlled House of Representatives: the House would pass the Senate bill without any changes, IF the Senate agreed to pass a separate bill by the House that made changes to the Senate version of Obamacare. This second bill was called the Reconciliation Act of 2010.

 It made a bunch of detail changes, and added some things. So, the House passed PPACA, the Senate bill, as well as their Reconciliation Act. So now PPACA was ready for the President to sign, but the Senate still needed to pass the Reconciliation Act from the House. Confused yet?

 Now, remember that the Senate only had 59 votes to pass the Reconciliation Act since Republican Scott Brown replaced Democrat Ted Kennedy. In order to pass the Reconciliation Act, therefore, the Democrats in the Senate DECIDED TO CHANGE THE RULES!

 They declared that they could use the “Reconciliation Rule”—this is a different “reconciliation” than the House bill now. This rule was only used for budget item approval, so that budget items could be passed with only 51 votes in the Senate, not the usual 60. This rule was never intended to be used for legislation of the magnitude of Obamacare.

Too bad… they used it anyway. So, then both of the “Acts” passed both houses of Congress and were then signed by President Obama.

ALL DONE BY DEMOCRATS WITHOUT A SINGLE REPUBLICAN VOTE IN FAVOR OF IT. TO QUOTE DEMOCRAT REP. ALCEE HASTINGS OF THE HOUSE RULES COMMITTEE DURING THE BILL PROCESS: “WE’RE MAKING UP THE RULES AS WE GO ALONG” THEY CERTAINLY COULDN’T HAVE MADE THIS LAW WITHOUT IT.

I think we can remember after the 2011 election and that video of Obama whispering to the Russian leader about how his hands are untied now, and can do whatever he wants because there won’t be another chance, due to the 2-term limit, to run for office again, but now, after checking out the following regulations that almost broke the financial backs of America business, and labor force, we can understand why. To have the American people dependent on the government is the goal of Socialism, and if you create an economy that intentionally fails, and drives people on to the desperately needed entitlement rolls, is what the ultimate end game victory in transforming America to a Socialist existence would be, and with the American people depending on the Government for everything, including the direction and parameters in which you run your own life, would truly be an Alinskyite dream come true!

$1.8 TRILLION SHOCK: OBAMA REGS COST 20-TIMES ESITMATE!

Current federal regulations plus those coming under Obamacare will cost American taxpayers and businesses $1.8 trillion annually, more than twenty times the $88 billion the administration estimates, according to a new roundup provided to Secrets from the libertarian Competitive Enterprise Institute.

And it could grow, warned the author of the report, Clyde Wayne Crews, a CEI vice president.

Complying with Health and Human Services Department requirements alone, he revealed, costs $184 billion a year, yet regulators are still drafting the rules for the 2,400-page Obamacare law that kicks into gear in 2014.

Crews has made a working project of his "Tip of the Costberg" report which he regularly updates. In it, he compares the cost of regulations estimated by federal agencies to a much broader list of estimates from multiple federal and independent sources. And even then, he said, it doesn't include hard-to-calculate costs associated with antitrust intervention, regulation of electricity networks, or the cost of constrained access to natural resources.

"While OMB officially reports amounts of only up to $88.6 billion in 2010 dollars," said Crews, "the non-tax cost of government intervention in the economy, without performing a sweeping survey, appears to total up to $1.806 trillion annually."

But, he added, "according to back of the envelope surveys and roundups, with gaps big enough to fit the beltway through, that up to $1.806 trillion annually and in many categories perhaps even considerably more, is a defensible assessment of the annual impact on the economy."

His estimate is close to the $1.7 trillion estimate from the Small Business Administration which the White House distanced itself from. For comparison, the total U.S. GDP is $15 trillion.

The wave of Obama regulations has become a huge sore point in the business world with groups as large as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce down to the International Franchise Association crying for fewer rules. The administration, however, argues that the rules and regulations pushed out under the president have made products and workplaces safer.

- A Baseline for Aggregate Annual Social Regulation Costs: $406 Billion.

- Other Independent Agency Paperwork Costs: $21.56 Billion.
