JAMES COMEY'S FIRING HAS SHOWN AMERICA HOW OUT OF TOUCH, AND LACK OF COMMON SENSE THE LEFT REALLY EXUDES!

By Jonathan E.P. Moore, and Friends of America!
JAMES COMEY'S FIRING HAS SHOWN AMERICA HOW OUT OF TOUCH, AND LACK OF COMMON SENSE THE LEFT REALLY EXUDES!
If you ever heard the term ‘thick as a brick,’ or ‘dumb as a stump,’ the you have to know that the obvious is apparently not that obvious to the representatives of the alt-left wing resistance to having anything to do with President Trump, or his platform. They lost the election and still doubling down on their obstructionist promises in spite of what the election mandated.
If the timing is what the ‘left’ is questioning, then know that the ‘slow walking’ of the confirmation of the already appointed by Obama/Trump Independent Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who gave the recommendation to President Trump, and took over 100 days to be confirmed, is the true problem, and that’s why this 30-year veteran of the justice department, who was only sworn in just over a week ago, and by the way, by a vote of 94 for, and only 6 against vote by the Senate! Schumer is asking for a specials prosecutor to investigate the firing of James Comey and the Russian connection being the driving force behind Comey's dismissal, but this is not a criminal case and a crime hasn't been committed, and therefore not able to have one called. How crazy is it that the opposite of Watergate holds true here, and where a crime was committed and a special prosecutor appointed, that this 'Fake' case of the collusion between Trump and the Russians still, after 11 have no inkling of any proof that any crime had been committed, and don't forget even James Comey told Trump 3 times that he wasn't being investigated, and that there was no proof of any collusion with the Russians at all, which is another reason, because he disclosed to the President his status of an ongoing investigation, that he should have been fired!
The one thing that I'm very happy about is that now maybe we'll have someone that will appoint special prosecutors to the Lois Lerner and the IRS scandal, the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation laundering, the $6 Billion dollars that went missing or lost during Hillary's tenure as Secretary of State, Bill meeting with Loretta Lynch on the tarmac before Comey's use of intent instead of the letter of the law, the unrecorded interview of Hillary by the FBI in the email case, Hillary's emails that ended up on Anthony Wiener's lap top, the 'Clinton 5' who were given immunity, then still took the 5th, and  on top of that, had their lap tops destroyed. I could go on, but after 8 years of the Obama justice department bypassing the Congress, and the rule of law, it might take a while.
I Think it’s time, with the firing of FBI Director James Comey, that the actions and reactions of the left's leadership be brought to the forefront so that the American people can observe ‘idiots in action’ and the obvious non-stop harassment of the only honest President in modern times, and on top of that doing it with the help of our ‘Paid to Report’ and their agenda journalists.
President Trump’s actions to fire James Comey, if you use a little common sense, has everything to do with the right time, and not anything to do with stalling the investigation into the Russia collusion with the Trump campaign/administration to influence the outcome of the 2016 elections. There are a couple of facts that are indisputable, and if you check them out with an open mind, you might see it in a much different light.
1.      The FBI lives on, all hearings and testimony will continue, Comey who is scheduled to testify will still testify, and no President Trump action will change that.

2.       AGAIN!! If the timing is what the ‘left’ is questioning, then know that the ‘slow walking’ of the confirmation of the already appointed by Obama/Trump Independent Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who gave the recommendation to President Trump, and took over 100 days to be confirmed, is the true problem, and that’s why this 30-year veteran of the justice department, was only sworn in just over a week ago, and by the way, with a vote of 94 for, and only 6 against vote by the Senate!

3.       If Trump was guilty of anything more than just doing his job and making America great again, do you really think that he would avoid or delay this decision to fire James Comey with the timing of Comey’s scheduled testimony in two days? Now, with the James Comey firing, is the master of the 'Art of the Deal' drawing more negative attention to himself by the already unhinged alt-left leadership of Chuck-e Schumer and Nancy Pelosi to show their constituency how truly inept and feckless they truly are, and have always been?

4.       Some of these career Senators from the left, who make the case for term limits, have mentioned how “Nixonian’ President Trump’s actions were firing James Comey, but the truth of the matter is that it’s nothing like Watergate, the break-in, or the bugging of the phones, which are all crimes, separately and on their own, is a huge point. There was a crime committed prior to the investigation of Watergate, but where is the crime here? For the last 11 months, there has been an investigation into the unsubstantiated charge of the Trump campaign being involved with colluding with the Russians to influence the Presidential election, and  the end result is that they haven't come up with one fact that their accusations are true, or even close to being even real!
THE APPARENT PLATFORM OF THE ‘NEW’ ALT-LEFT PARTY.
Ignoring the truth, supporting lawlessness, hindering President Trump’s appointed cabinet confirmations, hiding behind intent and interpretation instead the rule of law, defending Sanctuary cities, and now states, support harboring illegal MS-13 gang members, illegal immigrants and refugees, and using taxpayers’ dollars that they took from America’s defense spending to support illegal immigrants and refugees when our citizens and vets are bypassed for the greater good.
If you look back on the Presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton and her debates between candidate Trump,  you would know that the Obama ‘left’ was banking on the fact that the American people, like the architect of Obamacare Jonathan Gruber said, are stupid, and also believed that American’s wouldn’t know that they were being spoon fed a line of bull, and would take the freebees bait to lure them into a dependent handout existence, and a life controlled by Big Government, and accept the transformation to an future existence under the guise of Globalist Socialism.
The fact that Hillary campaigned on that her budget would result in a ‘0%’ rise in the national debt, and that’s because she would spend exactly what she taxed or fined through regulation the Companies and Corporations that were leaving America in droves for a more competitive, less regulatory overreach and the 35% corporate tax, one of, if not the highest in the world. Did anybody notice that there was no mention of building up our military or protecting our borders in Hillary’s campaign promises? Did anybody hear Hillary have a plan to lower taxes on our companies and corporations to keep jobs here on American soil?  did anyone here Hillary retreat from the trade deals of NAFTA and TPP that have hurt the American worker? Do you remember how Hillary thought that there was room for regulation of both the 1st and 2nd Amendment?
My point here is that we, as Americans, were asleep at the wheel and came very close to losing our sovereignty, our Constitutionally granted rights and liberties, and allowing different ideologies and religious beliefs that conflict with America’s Christian base, and our Constitutional Republic’s separation of powers.
I don’t know how the left got so lost, but if the old Democratic Party that believe in the Constitution don’t take back the control of their own party, and drain their own party ‘swamp,’ then bipartisanship mutual respect, and inclusion is not only dead, but irrelevant to the world, and the problems that exist in today’s shaky environment!

DEMOCRATS CALL FOR FBI DIRECTOR TO STEP DOWN!
They say James Comey stonewalled them when asked if the agency is probing a Russian link to Trump.
WASHINGTON — More Democrats are calling for FBI Director James Comey’s resignation after a closed-door briefing on the intelligence community’s Russian hacking report Friday, during which members say Comey stonewalled them about whether the FBI is investigating alleged links between President-elect Donald Trump and the Russian government.
Democrats accused Comey of being “inconsistent” for refusing to confirm or deny whether the FBI was investigating alleged links between Trump and the Kremlin, despite his willingness to frequently update Congress on the status of the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
They described the exchange with Comey as “contentious” and even “combative,” while leaders accused him of using a double standard.
“One standard was applied to the Russians and another standard applied to Hillary Clinton,” said House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who one member described as “just outraged” at Comey’s resistance to questions. Pelosi “really let Comey have it” during the meeting, the member said.
Pelosi and other Democratic leaders excoriated Comey for his stubbornness, but stopped short of calling for his head – pressing the FBI director to take up an investigation into what “leverage” Russia might have over Trump, even as they questioned Comey’s integrity.
“I think the American people are owed the truth,” Pelosi said. “And for that reason, the FBI should let us know whether they’re doing that investigation or not.”
Some Democrats previously willing to give Comey the benefit of the doubt said that his performance during Friday’s briefing eviscerated their faith in his ability to lead the agency going forward.
Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., said the “frustration” he and others felt “boiled down to Jim Comey.”
Late Friday, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Richard Burr, R-N.C., and ranking member Mark Warner, D-Va., said that their review of the intelligence community’s Russian hacking report would investigate “any intelligence regarding links between Russia and individuals associated with political campaigns.” By Karoun Demirjian, The Washington Post. JAMES COMEY DESERVED TO BE FIRED!
It should have happened a long time ago.  Specifically, July 5, 2016 when he held a very public news conference to announce Hillary Clinton should not be criminally prosecuted for mishandling classified America information and jeopardizing national security.
He should have been fired again when he sent a letter to congressional leaders reopening the Clinton case, knowing full well it would be made public just days before the presidential election.
In both instances Comey acted without authorization and in dereliction of his duty to follow the policies and regulations established by both the FBI and the Department of Justice.  In so doing, he demeaned the work of the agency he led, damaged the integrity of the nation’s premiere law enforcement organization, and breached the public’s trust.
Comey offered a variety of excuses for why he thought extraordinary circumstances demanded him to engage in extralegal actions.  But none of them can justify violating the fundamental rule of law as Comey did not once, but twice.
Comey deserved to be fired not because he arrived at the wrong conclusion in the Clinton investigation last July.  After laying out a compelling case of how Clinton repeatedly violated the law, he speculated that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.
It was tortured logic that made little legal sense.  But this was not Comey’s firing offense.
The Director of the FBI had no business making such public pronouncements.  He usurped the authority of the Attorney General by announcing the case should be closed.  He had no such power.
It matters not that Loretta Lynch all but recused herself because of her conspicuous conflict of interest in meeting privately with Bill Clinton.  There are clear procedures for other DOJ leaders to make the ultimate decision on whether to prosecute Clinton, not Comey.
Again, months later, Comey compounded his mistake by issuing a statement to Congress which he knew might impact the outcome of the presidential election. No amount of exculpatory explanations by him can overcome his decision to ignore established federal regulations governing his conduct.
President Obama had the power to fire Comey for his transgressions but chose not to.  He has never said why.
Would it have been better for his successor to take the appropriate, albeit belated, action to terminate the FBI Director soon after he was inaugurated?  Politically, perhaps.  But it took time for the Justice Department to put its new staff in place.
The U.S. Senate a scant two weeks ago confirmed Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, who authored the analysis that recommended Comey’s firing.  The FBI Director reports directly to the Deputy A-G.  So in that context, President Trump acted expeditiously in accepting Rosenstein’s counsel.
Democrats, of course, were quick to condemn the President for terminating Comey.  Many of them are the same politicians who denounced the Director last October for abusing his authority and unduly influencing the election.  But in Washington, hypocrisy is endemic.  And memories are fleeting.
Yet the greatest hysteria has emanated from the media.  Comparisons to Richard Nixon’s infamous “Saturday Night Massacre” abound, demonstrating only that most talking heads know little about presidential history.  The analogy is ludicrous.
One particular reporter/analyst became apoplectic on air as he described how President Trump is perpetrating a lie, using the Clinton investigation as a “pretext” for firing Comey in order to quash any investigation into collusion between Russia and Trump associates.  “The FBI was closing in on Trump,” he screamed.
That is not how the process works.  The Director’s departure will likely have little real effect on how the FBI moves forward on the Russian probe.  Comey was fired, not the career professionals at the Bureau.
Moreover, congressional investigations will proceed full steam ahead.  The bipartisan work of the Senate Intelligence Committee stands the best chance of reaching a conclusion that will be seen as fair and impartial.
But the frenzy will continue unabated because so many in Washington and beyond harbor an unabashed scorn for President Trump and his unconventional approach to governing.
This is why he should consider the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate any Russian ties.  If he truly believes there was no collusion, he has nothing to worry about.
At the same time, President Trump should fulfill his campaign promise to have his Attorney General appoint a special prosecutor to reexamine the evidence in the Hillary Clinton email case and decide anew whether she should be criminally charged.
There are plenty of “reasonable prosecutors” who would bring that case.  Clinton’s violation of the Espionage Act was flagrant.
A jury should decide whether she belongs behind bars. By Gregg Jarrett, a Friend of America!
