Obama continues to undermine everything that’s right with America, and probably will need to be dragged out of the White House with a death grip on his two favorite things in this world, and I’m not talking about his kids either, but that famous ‘Pen and Phone’ which he has spent using most of the last 8 years to bypass both Congress, our beloved Constitution, and the ‘Will’ of the American people!

Just in the last week Obama intentionally has put into place what he believes can’t be overturned, a banning of off shore drilling, and then added, under the guise of that’s not who we are, which is a land of laws by the way, destroying the list of possible threats to America because they're

Muslims and what he believes are discriminatory policies and actions, but hey, what do we know about trying to keep America safe, right? The point that everybody is missing here is that we ‘are’ a land of immigrants, ‘legal’ immigrants, and have always been. Unfortunately, Obama’s

interpretation of the laws, and his intent to drive a wedge between all walks of life and individual liberties, which has never been an issue before Obama, has intentionally polarized Americans against Americans!

I have been trying to write this article since Friday, but with it being Christmas weekend, and 'YES,' you heard that right, 'CHRISTMAS,' has made it just about impossible to set a side the time to get'er done.....But you know how it goes, right.. "It was the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, except 'me' having to take a pee, and grabbing a few minutes in the middle of the night to finish what I started......Oh, I ate the cookie and drank the Pepto because of the Christmas Eve, dinner of smoked prime rib....! But we all know what happened on Friday, and with Obama and Kerry abandoning the only loyal democratic independent ally we have in the Middle East, ....Israel, you got to know that Obama's remaining days, with the help of Loretta Lynch and John Kerry, intend to do as much damage as possible to undermine everything America stands for at home and around the world!

The signs are numerous. Obama is laying the groundwork to rationalize, and make palatable and understandable that he may take unprecedented unilateral actions against Israel.

OBAMA ENRAGES ISRAEL ON WAY OUT THE DOOR!!

Refuses to veto U.N. vote forcing unprecedented major concession on Jewish state!

WASHINGTON – Israeli officials are furious with President Obama for allowing the U.N. to pass a resolution Friday demanding the Jewish state “immediately and completely cease all settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem.”

With the U.S. taking the extraordinary move of abstaining, the Security Council unanimously passed the resolution, which also calls for the limiting of the Jewish state to the borders it had before the 1967 war.

The resolution declares the Israeli settlement policy has “no legal validity and constitutes a flagrant violation under international law.”

Critics say the move effectively strips Israel of any bargaining power in any future peace negotiations by forcing the state to forfeit its biggest bargaining chip.

The resolution was approved 14 to 0, with the United States abstaining. To pass, a U.N. resolution requires approval by 9 out of 15 members of the Security Council, and no vetoes by any of the 5 permanent members, including the U.S.

By not using the United States’ veto to prevent it from coming up for a vote, Obama effectively endorsed the resolution. As Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz put it, “an abstention is a vote for the resolution.” ~~

I believe what people fail to see has nothing to do with the where and who the threat to America comes from, but how Obama’s disdain for America keeps rearing its ugly head without being bashed down with that common-sense Constitutional mallet! I guess what America has stood for the last 240 years here at home and around the world is no longer important enough to care about!

This argument is being perpetrated by the ‘Paid to Report’ Media and being fueled by Obama and his intentional policies to transform America from within, which is what his promise was from the beginning of his first term, continued through his second term, and hopefully into a third term through a Hillary Clinton victory, which didn't happen, thank god!

The change that Americans were voting for back in 2008 wasn’t the same change that America thought they were voting for, and if you were to tell me eight years ago, and what the ‘Paid to Report’ Media didn’t bother telling you, is that America’s exceptionalism and Constitutional Republic’s liberties and

freedoms were being substituted for Socialism and a third world existence, I would say you were out of your mind! This transformation has been the game plan all along, and backed by outside interests and high ranking political bosses that have overstayed their welcome and now need to be voted out and/or stepdown!

What Obama and Hillary want you to believe, while attempting a little ideologically sleight of hand, is that the same ‘basket of deplorables' that Hillary mentioned decided to come out of those 'laying in wait' politically correct caves to save our 240-year old founding father’s vision for America, think for ourselves, and voice our outrage over our immigration system and open borders, and then tries to tell us that’s not who we are! 

We are a country of laws first, and at the same time, the land founded by immigrants! Times have changed, but to think these two Alinskyites still care about what this country stands for, but not through and defending who and what we have been for the last 240 years, but their vision of change, or in other words, Socialism! They think they know what’s best not only for America, but the world, and at the cost to America having to surrender its sovereignty, liberties, and self-determination!

Here are some of the ways Obama told the United Nations America is falling short:

1. In America, there’s too much money in politics.

2. There’s also too much “entrenched partisanship.”

3. Too few Americans are civically engaged.

4. A “patchwork of laws” in America set out to make it hard for Americans to vote.

5. Considering our founding ideals, America has made “our share of mistakes over these last 25 years.”

6. The only way the world will become more secure is for powerful nations like America to “accept constraints.”

7. For believing that all countries must adhere to certain “international norms,” many Americans criticize Obama.

8. Too many in Washington believe all the problems in the world can be solved by Washington.

9. As president, he’s helped “curb” America’s “excesses of capitalism.”

10. America has “undermined unions,” which has destroyed manufacturing jobs.

11. In calling for greater respect and tolerance, Obama also likened racial discrimination in the U.S. to ethnic discrimination in Burundi and religious discrimination in Burma.

Why are the perceived problems with Obama's interpretation of certain issues now coming to light, and only coming to light within the last 8 years? Have you noticed that Americans, for the first time that I can remember, are fighting with friends, family, and co-workers, and can’t communicate with each other on a mutual  tolerant understanding level? In my opinion the answer is simple, the ‘Paid to Report’ Media, and the decision they made a long time ago about how ratings and profits were more important than the truth in reporting accurately on the facts about a potential political candidate who's agenda is not in line, ideologically, with our Constitution Republic's status quo?

So, with that being said you have to know that what follows is the perception, and not necessarily the reality of the half truths being set forth by our friends at the 'Paid to Report' Media's using twists and innuendos that don't really have anything to do with the facts! This is America, nothing has changed except for a rogue President who thinks that his use of racism to drive honest critics of his policies and actions to run and hide, or be fast tracked to Obama's list of racists, just like the 187+ high officers and generals who didn't agree with his foreign policy in the Middle East and were either fired or forced to retire!

Obama's last eight years have been spent undermining the subconscious trust we all have in America's roots, but then used against those same beliefs to question America's exceptional historical foundation! These ideologue Universities and professors, while

trying to compete with other universities for student enrolment numbers are trying to undermine America's foundation through their own radical curriculum and interpretation of American history, and if that's the future of America, and the debt that comes along with that higher education, then the future of America is in grave danger! Example: George Washington University is no longer making American History a required course! What? That's right, and that's what you get from one of the most expensive schools in America at $67,000 a year!

PERCEPTION IS REALITY FOLKS, AND HERE'S THE PROOF WHEN THE FACTS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REALITY, AND TRUMP'S IMMIGRATION POLICIES ARE PORTRAYED AND USED TO DIVIDE AND  DECIEVE!

"The community cannot be at ease; the next administration has indicated that they will consider implementing similar programs," said Abed Ayoub, ADC legal and policy director. "We will work twice as hard to protect our community and ensure such programs do not come to fruition."

The program affected males 16 or older from 25 countries. Except for North Korea, all the countries on the list were Arab or had majority Muslim populations.

Critics said it disproportionately targeted Arabs and Muslims, caused widespread fear within those communities and needlessly punished immigrants.

The Obama administration took all 25 countries off its list, but left its primary structure intact.

The panic attack that is instilling fear over Trump’s supposed immigration agenda is not aimed at communities because of ethnicity, race, religion, or gender distinctions, but the laws that were already in place before Obama and Hillary’s forced globalist/open border policies that allowed

some 13+ million unvetted immigrants and refugees flocking to America due to Obama’s green light invitation to do so, while at the same time bypassing our existing laws and  threatening to keep America safe from the negative forces who won’t assimilate, and won’t follow our laws or our Christian based beliefs!

In a letter addressed to Obama, Schneiderman wrote that NSEERS, created after the September 11, 2001, terror attacks, did not reduce terrorist activity and instead "undermined trust" in law enforcement and instilled fear in some communities.

"We can't risk giving President-elect Trump the tools to create an unconstitutional religious registry," Schneiderman said in a separate statement.

Schneiderman praised Obama's decision Thursday.

"This is a win for civil rights and for smart, effective law enforcement, as well as for the strong coalition of advocacy organizations and others who fought to dismantle this discriminatory tool," he said. "My office will continue do everything it can to protect the rights of all New Yorkers, and ensure equal justice under the law for all, regardless of religion or national origin."

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio also hailed the program's end.

"The program was a failed counterterrorism tool, was highly discriminatory, and led to widespread fear and needless dislocation of families across the United States," he said in a statement.

ISIS TARGETS AMERICAN CHURCHES JUST AS OBAMA DELETES LIST OF MUSLIMS USED AFTER 9/11!

The Islamic State published the names and addresses of thousands of churches in the United States and called on its adherents to attack them during the holiday season, according to a message posted late-night Wednesday in the group’s “Secrets of Jihadis” social media group.

A user going by the name of “Abu Marya al-Iraqi” posted an Arabic-language message calling “for bloody celebrations in the Christian New Year” and announced the group’s plans to utilize its network of lone wolf attackers to “turn the Christian New Year into a bloody horror movie.”

LOOK OUT FOR THE EXECUTIVE ORDERS, THE “MIDNIGHT” REGULATION, AND PERHAPS MOST CONTROVERSILLY, THE PARDONS!

As President Obama runs out the clock on his eight-year tenure, analysts say, he still has plenty of business left undone, and they expect him to follow the lead of other presidents and issue a series of rules, to add to his list of executive orders, to continue his record-setting pace of commutations and perhaps add a controversial pardon or two into the mix.

Truly lame-duck presidents are freed from political concerns, don’t have to worry about other elections and can even help take political heat off their successor — or try to lock in their own policies that their successor might not fully support.

For Mr. Obama, who already has set records for the most expansive regulatory agenda in U.S. history, his final months offer a chance to pad his lead and plow new ground, particularly on energy and environmental issues. Sam Batkins, director of

regulatory policy at the American Action Forum, said five major rules — including renewable fuels and methane — are awaiting action.

“It’s easily in the billions of dollars,” he said.

Mr. Batkins said he is also watching for rules on vehicle-to-vehicle communications, which would govern the nascent field of smart cars, and for the administration to try to build on its extensive legacy on fuel efficiency, where Mr. Obama has done more than Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush combined.

One major factor in the pace of lame-duck action is how certain a president is that someone who shares his values is succeeding him.

“What we’ve seen in the past is when the outgoing president is replaced by somebody from the opposition party, then in the waning months of their presidency there’s a burst of regulatory and rule-making activity,” said William G. Howell, a political scientist at the University of Chicago.

The White House Office of Management and Budget, which is the nerve center for executive actions, didn’t respond to a request for comment on the president’s plans.

But another fertile area for Mr. Obama could be executive orders, where he has been relatively restrained compared with his predecessors.

“Executive orders suit the needs of an outgoing president who wants to establish or change policy, or is striving to secure his legacy,” the Congressional Research Service said in a study of presidential transitions.

Mr. Bush issued 11 lame-duck executive orders, Mr. Clinton issued 22, President George H.W. Bush had 14 and President Reagan issued 12. President Carter set the modern marker with 36 in his final days in office — nearly a third of those relating to the hostage crisis in Iran that dominated his last year.

Mr. Obama’s tenure has had its ups and downs. When his party had total control of Congress, I

ncluding a massive majority in the Senate, he won a series of victories such as the Affordable Care Act, which commonly became known as Obamacare, and the Dodd-Frank legislation, which rewrote rules for Wall Street.

But after Republicans took control of the House in early 2011, the president’s legislative dreams were thwarted and he turned his attention to flexing his executive powers. He picked a fight over recess appointments, which he eventually lost in a major Supreme Court case, and began a string of record-setting years of regulations as he tried to shape Obamacare and Dodd-Frank.

In 2015, after Republicans won control of the Senate, Mr. Obama gave up on working with Congress and vowed to double down on use of his unilateral powers, which he dubbed his “pen.”

Clyde Wayne Crews, vice president for policy at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, said this president may not even use the traditional methods of executive orders or regulations. During his time in office, Mr. Obama has expanded the use of other avenues of executive power, including memos and guidance from underlings.

“There are a lot more rules that get issued now by the federal government that don’t go through the standard notice and comment procedure,” Mr. Crews said. “They don’t need to write rules anymore. They’ve got things pretty much under control.”

Forgoing the official process doesn’t always work out, however.

One of Mr. Obama’s biggest moves, his 2014 attempt to grant a deportation amnesty to more than 4 million illegal immigrants, came not from an executive order or regulation but in a policy memo he directed be issued by Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson. A federal district court put the amnesty on hold, ruling that Mr. Johnson should have gone through the regulatory process instead.

Later, a federal appeals court issued an even broader ruling finding that the amnesty violated immigration law. The Supreme Court upheld that decision on a tie 4-4 vote.
OBAMA CONTINUES TO HIDE BEHIND HIS MUSLIM ROOTS AND FULFILL HIS OATH TO UNERMINE AND DESTROY AMERICA FROM WITHIN, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME ELIMINATING OUR

I don’t know if you remember back in 2009 when Obama first came into office that the DHS was ordered to delete portions of the intelligence community’s database, including Hamas and ISIS data, to scrub any Muslim connections to Islamic terrorist groups. The only reason for taking this action was political correctness, but is it, using a little common sense that deleting these records allowed U.S. terrorist attacks like the Boston Marathon bombing to happen?

Phillip Haney, a former DHS employee and whistleblower, wrote earlier this year that he was ordered to scrub database records of Muslims with terrorist ties in late 2009 by his superiors in the Obama administration. And he knew that the implications of scrubbing those records that would echo into the present:

After leaving my 15-year career at DHS, I can no longer be silent about the dangerous state of America’s counter-terror strategy, our leaders’ willingness to compromise the security of citizens for the ideological rigidity of political correctness—and, consequently, our vulnerability to devastating, mass-casualty attack.

Just before that Christmas Day attack, in early November 2009, I was ordered by my superiors at the Department of Homeland Security to delete or modify several hundred records of individuals tied to designated Islamist terror groups like Hamas from the important federal database, the Treasury Enforcement

Communications System (TECS). These types of records are the basis for any ability to “connect dots.” Every day, DHS Customs and Border Protection officers watch entering and exiting many individuals associated with known terrorist affiliations, then look for patterns. Enforcing a political scrubbing of records of Muslims greatly affected our ability to do that. Even worse, going forward, my colleagues and I were prohibited from entering pertinent information into the database.

A few weeks later, in my office at the Port of Atlanta, the television hummed with the inevitable Congressional hearings that follow any terrorist attack. While members of Congress grilled Obama administration officials, demanding why their subordinates were still failing to understand the intelligence they had gathered, I was being forced to delete and scrub the records. And I understood, as a result, it was going to be vastly more difficult to “connect the dots” in the future—especially before an attack occurs.

As the number of successful and attempted Islamic terrorist attacks on America increased, the type of information that the Obama administration ordered removed from travel and national security databases was the kind of information that, if properly assessed, could have prevented

subsequent domestic Islamist attacks like the ones committed by Faisal Shahzad (May 2010), Detroit “honor killing” perpetrator Rahim A. Alfetlawi (2011); Amine El Khalifi, who plotted to blow up the U.S. Capitol (2012); Dzhokhar or Tamerlan Tsarnaev who conducted the Boston Marathon bombing (2013); Oklahoma beheading suspect Alton Nolen (2014); or Muhammed Yusuf Abdulazeez, who opened fire on two military installations in Chattanooga, Tennessee (2015).

The media doesn’t even consider this stuff. All they care about is bashing Trump, when Obama is the one with blood on his hands. Obama is the one who pulled out of Iraq. Obama is the one who supported the overthrow of Egypt, Libya, and Syria. Obama is the one who supported the very groups that became ISIS and has done nothing to stop them from growing and terrorizing the world. And the list goes on and on.

President Obama is leaving the White House in 25 days, but not before he takes a few more swings at the "conservative media."

Obama claims that some of his critics over the last eight years only started lashing out at him thanks to how Fox News and personalities like Rush Limbaugh portrayed him.

And so, when people criticize or respond negatively to me, usually they’re responding to this character that they’re seeing on TV called Barack Obama, or to the office of the presidency and

the White House and what that represents. And so, you don’t take it personally. You understand that if people are angry that somehow the government is failing, then they are going to look to the guy who represents government. And that applies, by the way, even to some of the folks who are now Trump supporters. They’re responding to a fictional character named Barack Obama who they see on Fox News or who they hear about through Rush Limbaugh.

In addition to destroying his image, Obama said Fox News is to blame for destroying the Democrats' chances in the 2016 election. He made little mention of his unpopular policies that voters voted against (higher premiums with Obamacare, weakened international image, a PC culture), but lamented to Rolling Stone that Fox was simply on too many TV screens.

And as for the argument these networks turned him into a fictional character, I'd have to disagree. Some of this stuff you just can't make up.
