Nancy Pelosi has moments of clarity, but I think her bout with dementia, Which is being supported and backed by the 23
members of the Senate who are up for reelection in the 2018 midterms, are apparently willing to go out on "A fiery horse with the speed of light, a cloud of dust and a hearty 'Hi-yo Pelosi!' The last progressive Democrat!"

How many times have the loyal followers of Obama been disappointed in his chief mouthpieces of the House and Senate, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid? Who can forget her Obamacare debacle and continued lies about knowing the architect of Obamacare Jonathan Gruber when he called Americans stupid?

What is Nancy Pelosi selling, and why are the members of the left, Progressive left, buying the same shit that she, along with the Obama’s policies, have intentionally used to make American citizens, by suppressing the economy, need and depend on the government to control their lives and their daily needs?

Obama managed to force people on to the entitlement and welfare rolls through relaxed requirements, driving companies and corporations out of America to other countries by imposing the highest corporate tax rate in the world, and increasing the list of the most EPA and regulatory strangulation mandates that the rest of the world have never seen, or required to follow!  Because of these regulations and taxes that must be paid by these corporations and companies, and by the way, used to fund and support the unvetted illegal immigrants and refugees, can no longer hire, but now must fire employees, which plays right into the hand of Obama’s immigration policies that supply cheaper labor to the market place, and thus cause the inability for these American companies to expand or compete in America's market place!

Trump is right, and while these countries who flood our market with cheaper goods and services aren’t forced to compensate the American taxpayer with any financial restitution for causing the highest out of work rate in history, lowest GDP per year for the longest period of time in history, and the highest number of work visas granted in history, are subjecting the “Will’ of the American people, who have not been represented by our elected pro-globalist official traitors to the constitution for the last 8 years, to take back America, and make it great again! 

In embracing Nancy Pelosi, Democrats still aren’t getting the message in case anyone missed it, Election Day should have been a huge wake-up call for Democrats.

The surprising victory of President-elect Donald Trump was only the half of it. Any solace Democrats try to take in Hillary Clinton’s small popular-vote win ought to be considered against some hard facts on the ground. In Washington, Republicans control the House and the Senate,

and soon the presidency. Across the country, the GOP maintained and built upon its advantage in state legislatures and gubernatorial offices. Next year, the party will control 32 legislatures and find itself happily represented by 33 governors.

It’s the kind of dominance the Grand Old Party hasn’t seen in nearly 100 years!

So, it seems odd indeed that congressional Democrats decided to stand by Nancy Pelosi as they try to regroup. The former House speaker, and minority leader since the Republican surge of 2010, strikes us as a tarnished standard bearer.

The San Franciscan — at 76 years old — presents an image of past Democratic dominance and the kind of progressive focus on social and civil rights, that although worthy and laudable goals, sent many working-class Democrats and unaffiliated voters in the Rust Belt to Donald Trump’s populist camp. Even some union members defected as Democrats became more known for fighting for transgender bathrooms, for example, than the working men and women the party traditionally claimed.

We take heart that at least one of Colorado’s three House members — Ed Perlmutter of Golden — broke ranks and voted for Tim Ryan, a young congressman from a blue-collar district in Ohio. (Denver’s Diana DeGette and Boulder’s Jared Polis have remained silent about their vote.)

“I just felt we needed a change,” Perlmutter tells us. “I wanted to see someone from the Midwest,

who was younger, and who was really talking to the hardworking people in the middle of the country.”

Perlmutter cast his vote hoping to remind his party that many Americans are more concerned about feeding their families. They’ve seen automation and technology replace them. They fear the continued march of globalization. They see the challenges and feel the anxiety.

In a letter to colleagues, Perlmutter noted that the party had more than 60 seats in the House since 2010.

“If you start getting off on marginal issues, they aren’t the general things that most people are thinking about,” Perlmutter tells us. “We missed that boat, thinking, ‘Well, everyone knows we’re working for the hardworking people in the middle,’ but we lost that message and that vote.”

Colorado’s Democrats fared better this election cycle than their national counterparts. Hillary Clinton bested Trump by 5 percentage points, and Democrats increased their lead in the state House, though they lost big battles they pitched against incumbent Republican U.S. Reps. Mike Coffman and Scott Tipton.

We like checks and balances, and prefer a more equitable balance of power than the one the new year will usher in. To that end, we hope Democrats can re-gather their strength. But their choice of Nancy Pelosi doesn’t suggest they’re getting the message. They ought to start listening to Ed Perlmutter. ~~ By the Denver Post Editorial Board, Friends of America!

NANCY PEOLOSI CALLS BEN CARSON ‘DISTURBING UNQUALIFIED!’

House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi is calling the decision to tap Ben Carson as head of Housing and Urban Development a “disconcerting and disturbingly unqualified choice.”

Pelosi says the country deserves someone with “relevant experience” to protect the rights of homeowners and renters.

In her statement released Monday, she says “there is no evidence that Dr. Carson brings the necessary credentials to hold
a position with such immense responsibilities and impact on families and communities across America.”

No one down the line in the department nor in the Real Estate business would dare losing their license, career, and face federal prison time and horrendous fines to discriminate against anyone.

The federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 and the federal Fair Housing Act Amendments Act of 1988 prohibit discrimination based on the following criteria (called “protected categories”): race or color; religion; national origin; familial status or age—includes families with children under the

age of 18 and pregnant women; disability or handicap, or sex.

The federal Fair Housing Acts apply to all aspects of the landlord-tenant relationship.

 A landlord may not:
 advertise or make any statement that indicates a limitation or preference
based on race, religion, or any other protected category

-falsely deny that a rental unit is available

-set more restrictive standards for selecting tenants or refuse to rent to members of certain groups

-before or during the tenancy, set different terms, conditions, or privileges for rental of a dwelling unit, such as requiring larger deposits of some tenants or adopting an inconsistent policy of responding to late rent payments
 terminate a tenancy for a discriminatory reason.

That is just one law or Act and there is much more Federally and State. I can testify that if you do anything wrong like implied in the OP you will be finished. Also, there is not only law enforcement, but other organizations in the states that go around under cover testing Realtors, landlords, etc. for any violations.

The left like Pelosi are losing their collective minds. And they say

all the ignorant voted for Trump while all the educated superior people voted for Hillary. Unbelievable insanity!

FEDS: OBAMA’S HUD SECRETARY JULIAN CASTRO VIOLATED HATCH ACT IN INTERVIEW REGARDING HILLARY CLINTON!   ‘NO WAY!’    …LOL

A U.S. Office of Special Counsel report released Monday found that Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro violated the Hatch Act, which restricts the political activity of some federal employees, during an April interview with Yahoo News.

The Hatch Act, passed in 1939, prohibits employees from using their official authority or influence to affect the outcome of an election, per the report. The OSC submitted the report and Castro's response to President Barack Obama for "appropriate action."……Yeah right, like anything will happen, you do remember Hillary’s numerous violations, and what the DOJ did about that……laughable!!  

In the April interview, the former San Antonio mayor, who is reportedly being vetted to be Hillary Clinton's vice president,

tells Katie Couric, "Now, taking off my HUD hat for a second and speaking individually, it is very clear that Hillary Clinton is the most experienced, thoughtful and prepared candidate for president that we have this year."

He went on to discuss Clinton's accomplishments before criticizing the Republican party and its candidates for president.

"In the end, the American people understand that she has a positive vision for the country that includes opportunity for everybody and she can get it done," Castro said near the end of

the 17-minute interview.He also went on to say that Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, was not prepared to hold the position. Couric also referred to Castro as "Mr. Secretary" during the interview, where the official HUD seal appeared behind him.

According to the OSC report, Castro said at the time of the interview he believed "he was acting in accordance with the Hatch Act." Since July 2014, the beginning of his appointment, Castro was briefed on the Hatch Act four separate times, including one time two months before the interview in February 2016, according to the report.
