WHAT EXECUTIVE ORDERS WILL OBAMA DUMP ON AMERICA THIS LABOR DAY??
Timing and Transparency in the Obama State of deception!
If Friday is a prime day to dump potentially unfavorable news in Washington, 5 p.m. is the witching hour, and with this Labor Day Weekend, and more than likely the last dump of Obama’s Huuuge illegal and unconstitutional Executive Orders and Presidential Memorandums, you got to know their will be some real whoppers!
Every Monday morning for the last 7+ years we wake up to find out, or not, what Obama’s past Friday’s Executive Orders that were dumped on the American people! The ‘Paid to Report’ Media probably buried it so deep on a back page you would never see it, or they didn’t think it was fit to print at all! This has caused major economic, foreign and domestic policy atrocities, which is exactly what this Obama administration wants, and what Hillary will continue!
At first glance, these political anecdotes seem to mimic stories from the corporate world, where companies sometimes report unexpected poor earnings results on Fridays or aftermarket trading has closed for the weekend. Comparing Friday-night disclosures across public and private spheres is, on one hand, quite natural, and, on the other hand, quite challenging. One can track the timing of announcements in both contexts by drawing up lists of regulatory decisions and earnings disclosures with relative ease. The content and consequences of these announcements, however, are far easier to measure in the business context—primarily by looking to forecasted versus actual earnings and subsequent market prices in the short and long term—than policy announcements in the political environment.
President Obama entered the White House promising a new era of openness in government, but when it comes to bad news, his administration often uses one of the oldest tricks in the public relations playbook: putting it out when the fewest people are likely to notice.
How many of you remember, during Obama’s first term, and now having legs in the upcoming November election about ‘that’ executive order that the White House was hoping that you would never learn about. Now, the President signed the national defense resources preparedness executive order late on a Friday afternoon. And since that time, now the measure has been virtually ignored by the mainstream media. Now, to order essentially gives the president of the United States absolute power over any and all American resources during both times of peace and national crisis. Now, this includes, but it's not limited to food and livestock, water, plants, energy, health resources, transportation and construction materials and gives the government the ability to, quote, "control the general distribution of any material, including applicable services in this civilian market."
This would give the President of the United States the authority to declare basically Martial Law during times of peace. And to be sure this is simply the latest string of actions taken by the administration that ignore the basic principles of our constitution.
This was actually signed in a similar national defense resources preparedness by Bill Clinton. You have similar executive orders signed by device Dwight Eisenhower, George W. Bush, but there's a difference. There are some things that changed in this that I think has brought, I think legitimate criticism and concern, but what is different about this one, the difference than any of the other ones is the definition of national defense. It is incorporated what is called the Stafford (ph) act I don't not want to get overly technical. But this gives the President much more authority than any of the previous acts.
The previous acts didn't give incorporation of the Stafford act, which is a civil situation where the President would have unlimited authority, subject, of course, to checks and balances. We can't ignore checks and balances here. But the definition of national defense is broader than it has ever been under any of these previous executive orders.
President is getting flak from the left and the right. The left said, this is preparation for the war with Iran, that's why the President is doing this. A potential war in Iran but the concern about the energy resources of our country, and of course conservatives ever saying, this is unchecked power. There's a balance here but the one thing that's very different, is the fact that the national defense definition is different than it has ever been in much broader than it has ever been.
One thing we Americans have a problem with is that Obama’s administration believes in this concept that the constitution is a living, breathing document, and so you can ignore issues like checks and balances and separation of powers like in the case of recess appointments. So I think we are looking at this differently. And that is in this particular case, does it give a president pretty much impunity to do whatever they want? Why change the definition considering the president has thumbed his nose at the constitution in the past?
The Obama administration’s move to update an executive order to allow the government to seize control of virtually every aspect of society in both emergency and non-emergency situations lays the groundwork for the future nationalization of the U.S. economy.
Entitled “National Defense Resources Preparedness,” Obama signed the executive order late on a Friday afternoon. Such timing is normally a deliberate ploy to prevent a controversial issue from being picked up by the news cycle. Recall that Obama signed the highly contentious National Defense Authorization Act on New Year’s Eve.
America is already under a state of martial law, but many have been conditioned to accept it because the degree to which it has been implemented has not yet reached its maximum.
– We already have the executive branch claiming the power to have Americans abducted and imprisoned without trial under the NDAA.
– We already have the executive branch claiming the power to assassinate American citizens with no legal process whatsoever.
– We already have checkpoints manned by TSA goons as well as other militarized forces spreading across America.
– We already have the Pentagon claiming it doesn’t have to even recognize Congress to launch wars and that the only superior body it has to answer to is the United Nations.
– We already have the Department of Defense characterizing protest as “low level terrorism” while the federal government is busy labeling banal activities and behavior as indicative of terrorism.
Those five things alone illustrate beyond any conceivable doubt that America is already under a degree of martial law.
Martial law is primarily used as a tool of the elite to rob the people blind. Once the next big crisis hits, the degree to which America is under martial law will increase once again.
The fact that this new executive order greases the skids for the government to nationalize the entire economy, placing the means of production of virtually everything under the control of the state, is yet another sign that the feds are preparing for America’s descent into Greece-style austerity hell.
Just as Greece and many countries in Europe have been overthrown by unelected technocrats who have seized control of their economies, America is being primed for the same final act of complete usurpation.
Obama’s Latest Decree: Releasing Convicts Early!
To a great number of Americans who already view Obama as an imperial president, watching him release countless criminals back into society will only create more cause for concern.
Barack Obama made it abundantly clear that he intends to continue ruling as a dictator, ignoring the legislative process when Congress does not support his leftist agenda.
In addition to several executive orders to which he alluded to as a subsequent report indicates he is prepared to issue a fiat order releasing convicted criminals into the general population before completing their sentences.
Obama, who continues to commute the sentences of life sentenced convicts, will soon demand cell doors be opened for even more offenders currently serving time. Cole called certain sentencing guidelines “out of date,” noting Obama “has the ability to take executive action” in remedying the situation as he sees fit.
Ignoring the decisions of courts across the nation, he said the Justice Department will be on the lookout for convicts it feels should be released and will “recommend them to the President for clemency consideration.”
These criminals are facing extended sentences, he said, noting he wants to see them receive a “fresh start.”
Part of that process, he explained, includes spending taxpayer money to reintegrate these convicted lawbreakers into society.
The federal prison population, he said, is too large, indicating it currently houses about one-third more inmates than its cumulative capacity. The answer, he concludes, is to give Obama the ability to release prisoners as he sees fit.
A president has the power to commute sentences; however, even Cole admitted that has historically been an “extraordinary remedy” with relatively few examples. There are undoubtedly convicted criminals serving unreasonably long sentences, too, though legal channels exist through which they can seek clemency.

How about this ‘late one Friday’ Executive Order:
President Barack Obama signed executive orders on immigration, which could protect as many as five million people from deportation. The president said he had no choice because of inaction by congress!
Supporters of the move hailed the decision as long-awaited relief for millions of undocumented immigrants living in the shadows, but do you remember that Harry Reid tabled over 360 House passed bills addressing these issues which were tabled and not introduce to the Senate to vote on! This intentional preplanned inaction allowed Obama to label Congress ‘The Do Nothing Congress,’ and gave him the go ahead use of his famous ‘Pen and Phone’ to bypass Congress!!
I could go on, and so can you, so check the endless list of prime examples of Obama’s disdain for America and our Constitutional process of laws and rights!
Former White House environmental adviser Van Jones' resignation over controversial comments hit the trifecta of below-the-radar timing: The White House announced the departure overnight on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, when few journalists were on duty and few Americans awake, much less paying attention to the news.
Among recent examples: On Friday, Nov. 13, the Obama administration announced it would put the professed mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on trial in civilian court in New York. It also disclosed the resignation of the top White House lawyer, who had taken blame for some of the problems surrounding the administration's planned closing of the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
If you want to release something that you don't want people to find when you are in a White House, when do you release it?
Late on a Friday afternoon hoping nobody pays attention to it."It's a time-honored practice where the president's trying to talk about what he wants to talk about and push the subjects that maybe he doesn't want to talk as much about into a time when people aren't paying as much attention."
