If you care to believe in America, you have to know that America exceptionalism is under attack! I stayed away from the political spin this weekend, but at 2AM this morning I woke up to continued craziness with sound bites and previews of tonight’s first debate:
Hillary claims she’s been treated unfairly, but doesn’t mention her record and lies about her emails, Benghazi, the Clinton Foundation, defending her husband’s indiscretions, the missing $6 billion dollars from the State Dept. when she was Secretary of State, and the start of ISIS! Hillary definitely doesn’t mention the ‘Paid to Report’ Media’s free pass for the last 270+ days of open Press Conference exposure!! Why doesn’t anybody ask Hillary about the jail time that Martha Stewart, who also lied to investigators, but not to congress, and unlike Hillary, only lied 1 time, was sentenced to five months in prison and fined $30,000 about her sale of ImClone Systems stock in late 2001.
U.S. District Court Judge Miriam Cedarbaum also ordered Stewart to two years of supervised probation, including five months of home confinement, after she is released.
It was the minimum sentence the judge could impose under federal sentencing guidelines. I wonder what Hillary’s minimum sentence would be under federal sentencing guidelines? Hmmm?
TRUMP USED $258,000 FROM HIS CHARITY TO SETTLE LEGAL PROBLEMS?
In one case, from 2007, Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club faced $120,000 in unpaid fines from the town of Palm Beach, Fla., resulting from a dispute over the height of a flagpole? This patriot Trump, while Obama’s Political Correctness has created an anti-American flag burning frenzy and disrespect for America’s exceptionalism, was being flagged for his 80 foot flag pole when it could only be 40 feet tall? Hmmm!
In a settlement, Palm Beach agreed to waive those fines — if Trump’s club made a $100,000 donation to a specific charity for veterans. Instead, Trump sent a check from the Donald J. Trump Foundation, a charity funded almost entirely by other people’s money, according to tax records?
OK, I might be wrong, but don’t foundations, charitable foundations, donate to worthy charities like Veterans? When a foundation starts doesn’t the person who starts it usually uses his or her own money to jump start the foundation until donors contribute to its mission and worthiness is proven and develops a record which enables it to receive tax exempt status?
In another case, court papers say one of Trump’s golf courses in New York agreed to settle a lawsuit by making a donation to the plaintiff’s chosen charity. A $158,000 donation was made by the Trump Foundation, according to tax records…. Again, the Trump Foundation gave money to a charitable cause requested in lieu of the findings and settlement of a lawsuit, to a charitable cause?
Doesn’t sound like the Clinton’s Foundation ‘Pay to Play,’
or justify why only 10% of the Clinton Foundation only goes to the charity
while the other 90% goes too overhead and perks that the Clintons use
frequently for personal use under the guise of the Clinton Foundation!!

“An internal Obama administration email shows immigration officials may be literally working overtime to swear in as many new ‘citizen voters’ as possible before the Nov. 8 presidential election,” the cable news outlet reported, citing statements from Sen. Ron Johnson. “The email, from a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services field office chief and part of a chain of correspondence within the agency, urges the unnamed recipient to swear in as many citizens as possible ‘due to the election year.'”
Johnson and Sen. Charles Grassley broached the matter with the Department of Homeland Security’s secretary, Jeh Johnson, and said in a letter the appearance of the email is that the White House is using immigration policy for its own political means, to bring to power one political candidate over another.
“Your department,” the letter read, Fox News reported, “seems intent on approving as many naturalization cases as quickly as possible at a time when it should instead be putting on the brakes and reviewing past adjudications.”
And at least one retired U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement special agent said he believed the charges.
“I am not at all surprised by this revelation,” said Claude Arnold, who used to serve as ICE’s special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations, in recalling how the Bill Clinton White House tried to use immigration to further the Democratic goals, as well.
He went on, Fox News reported: “This is a repeat of the
Clinton election playbook. The it was to help reelect Bill Clinton. This time
it is to help elect Hillary Clinton.”

Democrats love to talk about rights. They say people have the "right to affordable health care," the "right to a debt free college education," the "right to choose," and so on.
But there's one right they apparently want to erase: The right to work!!
Here's how Hillary Clinton put it in a videoconference this week at the Laborers' International Union of North America: "I will fight back against so-called right to work. Right to work is wrong for workers and wrong for America."
Come again? The right to work is wrong for America?
Clinton is referring to state right-to-work laws that give employees the right to work without being forced to join a union. In states without these laws, unions can force new and existing employees to join a union or pay union dues as a condition of employment at unionized companies.
Right to work has become increasingly popular. In fact, 26 states now have right-to-work laws on their books. And among the most recent to join this movement were Michigan and Wisconsin — two Midwest industrial states Hillary needs to win election.
As it stands, almost half of the nation's population now lives in right-to-work states, and the majority of manufacturing jobs are located in these states.
There are good reasons for this trend!
When Wisconsin was on the cusp of passing its right-to-work law last year, Gov. Scott Walker said that "This isn't anti-union. It restores worker rights and brings jobs back to Wisconsin."
He's right about that last part. Between 2004 and 2014, overall job growth in the U.S. was 6.1%. In states without right-to-work laws, it was a paltry 3.9%. But in right-to-work states, job growth over those years was 9.1%.
What's more, people are voting with their feet by moving into right-to-work states, which saw their populations climb at twice the rate as forced-union states from 2004 to 2014. And while Clinton would argue that right-to-work laws depress wages, family incomes climbed faster in right-to-work states over these years.
Not only that, but a study published in the Cato Journal found that productivity in non-right-to-work states was just 57% — to 64% of right-to-work states!
These facts raise a question: If Hillary Clinton is so interested in creating good jobs, why in the world would she be attacking an idea that is growing in popularity and has clearly resulted in the creation of more good jobs?
The answer, of course, is that she and her fellow Democrats are beholden to unions for massive amounts of political donations, and so have no other choice but to toe the union line. Plus, the more people Democrats can force to pay union dues, the more money will end up in their campaign coffers. In other words, what Clinton and her union backers want is the right to rip off workers to get more Democrats elected!
In that same video, Clinton asks her union friends "why aren't I 50 points ahead (of Donald Trump)?" Maybe it's because workers have figured out this union shell game.

The presidential candidate attacked the Second Amendment during an Oct. 16 town hall meeting in which she was asked if it were feasible for the U.S. to confiscate millions of firearms in a year.

“You know, Australia’s a good example, Canada’s a good example, the UK’s a good example. Why? Because each of them had mass killings, Australia had a huge mass killing about 20 or 25 years ago. Canada did as well, so did the UK. In reaction, they passed much stricter gun laws.
In the Australian example, as I recall, that was a buyback program. The Australian government as part of trying to clamp down on the availability of … weapons offered a good price for buying hundreds of thousands of guns and basically clamped down going forward, in terms of having more of a background check approach, more of a permitting approach.
But they believed, and I think the evidence supports them, that by offering to buy back those guns, they were able to, you know, curtail the supply and set a different standard for gun purchases in the future.
Clinton also mentioned that several U.S. cities have done gun buyback programs and it would be “worth considering on a national level.”
But she failed to mention that she supported shipping guns
to Syrian rebels, the majority of whom are either ISIS militants or affiliated
with the Islamic State!
“In fact she was the biggest cheerleader for redistributing these arms to Syrian rebels,” presidential candidate Rand Paul told Fox News in July. “The reason this is an important issue is many of these people who received the arms are not friends of America.”
“Many of them are linked to al Qaeda and al-Nusra and some of these weapons may well have ended up in the hands of people who became ISIS.”
Virtually all of the rebels in Syria have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State!
“The Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council, the vaunted bulwarks of the moderate opposition, only really exist in hotel lobbies and the minds of Western diplomats,” journalist Ben Reynolds wrote in November. “There is simply no real separation between ‘moderate’ rebel groups and hardline Salafists allied with al-Qaeda.”

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has suggested that a key litmus test in evaluating prospective Supreme Court appointees would be their willingness to challenge “the right of billionaires to buy elections.”
Presumably, a suitable judge would indicate a desire to overturn the Citizens United decision that struck down a ban on political expenditures by corporations and unions ruled to violate the First Amendment protection of free speech – a case coincidentally centered on Citizen United’s attempt to advertise for and air a film critical of none other than Clinton!
In light of recent allegations swirling around the presidential favorite, Clinton’s support of such a position is highly ironic.
For while the former secretary of State may oppose the rights of the wealthy to spend money on politics, she seems to have no such concern with the wealthy spending money on the Clinton Foundation and her husband Bill – all while Hillary served in the Obama administration.
If so, this apparent hypocrisy can be read in one of two ways:
1.Clinton believes that money does not have a corrupting influence so long as it is funneled through “indirect” channels!
2.Clinton believes that the wealthy and powerful ought to bypass funding elections and simply pay politicians outright!
Appearances of impropriety aside, there are a few substantive questions around political speech that Clinton should be required to address.
Why does Clinton believe that the government has a
compelling interest in stifling the political speech of any American, rich or
poor?
How does Clinton square her supposed advocacy of human rights with her belief in inhibiting the right to free speech — which facilitates the robust and vigorous debate essential to a liberal society? More generally, given a system in which millions of dollars are spent on losing causes each election cycle on both the left and right, what have Americans to fear about spending so long as laws are enforced equally and impartially regarding “pay-to-play” schemes and other politically corrupt activity?

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump thinks the best way to stop crime in black communities is to broaden the use of stop and frisk, a policing tactic that has been proved to be discriminatory against blacks and Latinos.
Trump’s claim that “in New York City, it was so incredible the way it worked” isn’t quite accurate. The tactics used there have been broadly condemned for disproportionately targeting blacks and Latinos while being played by the Progressive left as the race card to get the Hillary vote out for this election cycle!

And it's true. The violent crime rate dropped by 56 percent during the eight years he served as mayor. Murder, down nearly two-thirds. Robbery, down 67 percent. Aggravated assault, down 28 percent. Democrats really are trying to steal the election right out from under Donald Trump’s feet. How? Allen B. West sent out the warning:
“We’ve seen Democrats ramp up efforts to repeal voter ID laws, paving the way for easy voter fraud, while furiously working to extend voting rights to felons – even against court order,” the blog wrote. “Hillary Clinton’s campaign is even employing undocumented ‘Dreamers’ to help register people to vote – even though they themselves can’t legally vote.”
But now this, from Fox News: President Obama’s own administration is getting in the game to make sure Trump loses, by hook or by crook it would seem.
“An internal Obama administration email shows immigration officials may be literally working overtime to swear in as many new ‘citizen voters’ as possible before the Nov. 8 presidential election,” the cable news outlet reported, citing statements from Sen. Ron Johnson. “The email, from a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services field office chief and part of a chain of correspondence within the agency, urges the unnamed recipient to swear in as many citizens as possible ‘due to the election year.'”
Johnson and Sen. Charles Grassley broached the matter with the Department of Homeland Security’s secretary, Jeh Johnson, and said in a letter the appearance of the email is that the White House is using immigration policy for its own political means, to bring to power one political candidate over another.
“Your department,” the letter read, Fox News reported, “seems intent on approving as many naturalization cases as quickly as possible at a time when it should instead be putting on the brakes and reviewing past adjudications.”
And at least one retired U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement special agent said he believed the charges.
“I am not at all surprised by this revelation,” said Claude Arnold, who used to serve as ICE’s special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations, in recalling how the Bill Clinton White House tried to use immigration to further the Democratic goals, as well.

Democrats love to talk about rights. They say people have the "right to affordable health care," the "right to a debt free college education," the "right to choose," and so on.
But there's one right they apparently want to erase: The right to work!!
Here's how Hillary Clinton put it in a videoconference this week at the Laborers' International Union of North America: "I will fight back against so-called right to work. Right to work is wrong for workers and wrong for America."
Come again? The right to work is wrong for America?
Clinton is referring to state right-to-work laws that give employees the right to work without being forced to join a union. In states without these laws, unions can force new and existing employees to join a union or pay union dues as a condition of employment at unionized companies.
Right to work has become increasingly popular. In fact, 26 states now have right-to-work laws on their books. And among the most recent to join this movement were Michigan and Wisconsin — two Midwest industrial states Hillary needs to win election.
As it stands, almost half of the nation's population now lives in right-to-work states, and the majority of manufacturing jobs are located in these states.
There are good reasons for this trend!
When Wisconsin was on the cusp of passing its right-to-work law last year, Gov. Scott Walker said that "This isn't anti-union. It restores worker rights and brings jobs back to Wisconsin."
He's right about that last part. Between 2004 and 2014, overall job growth in the U.S. was 6.1%. In states without right-to-work laws, it was a paltry 3.9%. But in right-to-work states, job growth over those years was 9.1%.
What's more, people are voting with their feet by moving into right-to-work states, which saw their populations climb at twice the rate as forced-union states from 2004 to 2014. And while Clinton would argue that right-to-work laws depress wages, family incomes climbed faster in right-to-work states over these years.
Not only that, but a study published in the Cato Journal found that productivity in non-right-to-work states was just 57% — to 64% of right-to-work states!
These facts raise a question: If Hillary Clinton is so interested in creating good jobs, why in the world would she be attacking an idea that is growing in popularity and has clearly resulted in the creation of more good jobs?
The answer, of course, is that she and her fellow Democrats are beholden to unions for massive amounts of political donations, and so have no other choice but to toe the union line. Plus, the more people Democrats can force to pay union dues, the more money will end up in their campaign coffers. In other words, what Clinton and her union backers want is the right to rip off workers to get more Democrats elected!
In that same video, Clinton asks her union friends "why aren't I 50 points ahead (of Donald Trump)?" Maybe it's because workers have figured out this union shell game.
HILLARY CLINTON: NATIONWIDE GUN BAN, REPEAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT “WORTH CONSIDERING?”
But Hillary also demanded we ship guns to ISIS-linked rebels!
Hillary Clinton said it’s “worth considering” a nationwide gun ban and a “buyback” program to eradicate private gun ownership!
The presidential candidate attacked the Second Amendment during an Oct. 16 town hall meeting in which she was asked if it were feasible for the U.S. to confiscate millions of firearms in a year.
Hillary said:
“You know, Australia’s a good example, Canada’s a good example, the UK’s a good example. Why? Because each of them had mass killings, Australia had a huge mass killing about 20 or 25 years ago. Canada did as well, so did the UK. In reaction, they passed much stricter gun laws.
In the Australian example, as I recall, that was a buyback program. The Australian government as part of trying to clamp down on the availability of … weapons offered a good price for buying hundreds of thousands of guns and basically clamped down going forward, in terms of having more of a background check approach, more of a permitting approach.
But they believed, and I think the evidence supports them, that by offering to buy back those guns, they were able to, you know, curtail the supply and set a different standard for gun purchases in the future.
Clinton also mentioned that several U.S. cities have done gun buyback programs and it would be “worth considering on a national level.”
But she failed to mention that she supported shipping guns
“In fact she was the biggest cheerleader for redistributing these arms to Syrian rebels,” presidential candidate Rand Paul told Fox News in July. “The reason this is an important issue is many of these people who received the arms are not friends of America.”
“Many of them are linked to al Qaeda and al-Nusra and some of these weapons may well have ended up in the hands of people who became ISIS.”
Virtually all of the rebels in Syria have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State!
“The Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council, the vaunted bulwarks of the moderate opposition, only really exist in hotel lobbies and the minds of Western diplomats,” journalist Ben Reynolds wrote in November. “There is simply no real separation between ‘moderate’ rebel groups and hardline Salafists allied with al-Qaeda.”
The New York Times made a similar statement!
“Nowhere in rebel-controlled Syria is there a secular fighting force to speak of,” the newspaper reported in 2013.
EVIDENCE: HILLARY CLINTON AT ‘WAR WITH FIRST AMENDMENT’ AND NOT TERRORISM!!
Hillary Clinton’s Hypocritical and Totalitarian War on Free Speech!
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has suggested that a key litmus test in evaluating prospective Supreme Court appointees would be their willingness to challenge “the right of billionaires to buy elections.”
Presumably, a suitable judge would indicate a desire to overturn the Citizens United decision that struck down a ban on political expenditures by corporations and unions ruled to violate the First Amendment protection of free speech – a case coincidentally centered on Citizen United’s attempt to advertise for and air a film critical of none other than Clinton!
In light of recent allegations swirling around the presidential favorite, Clinton’s support of such a position is highly ironic.
For while the former secretary of State may oppose the rights of the wealthy to spend money on politics, she seems to have no such concern with the wealthy spending money on the Clinton Foundation and her husband Bill – all while Hillary served in the Obama administration.
If so, this apparent hypocrisy can be read in one of two ways:
1.Clinton believes that money does not have a corrupting influence so long as it is funneled through “indirect” channels!
2.Clinton believes that the wealthy and powerful ought to bypass funding elections and simply pay politicians outright!
Appearances of impropriety aside, there are a few substantive questions around political speech that Clinton should be required to address.
Why does Clinton believe that the government has a
compelling interest in stifling the political speech of any American, rich or
poor?How does Clinton square her supposed advocacy of human rights with her belief in inhibiting the right to free speech — which facilitates the robust and vigorous debate essential to a liberal society? More generally, given a system in which millions of dollars are spent on losing causes each election cycle on both the left and right, what have Americans to fear about spending so long as laws are enforced equally and impartially regarding “pay-to-play” schemes and other politically corrupt activity?
