The base of the action is the Defense Production Act of 1950 which was created due to the Korean war, however this latest power grab by the president greatly expands on the authority that was granted in that act and basically allows the government to take over and control every resource that’s available at the time of the declaration.
A frightening aspect of the latest version is that acts of aggression towards the United States homeland by outside forces is no longer required in order for implementation. Obama’s version states specifically that it can apply during peace time as well, and that all actions specified within the order are under Obama’s direction.
The “integrated policy making forum” for all Order policies consists of Janet Napolitano and the National Security Council.
The entire economy will come under the president’s direction once the order is implemented and he will issue regulations establishing nationwide procedures and standards of production. This will include the control of “general distribution of any material (including applicable services) to the civilian market.”
Additionally, all manufacturing will cease unless approved by the president and anything that is produced the government will be given first rights to. It will also give the administration the authority to seize private companies and facilities and modify or change the way they operate as it sees fit, which pretty much means that private business will be told what they can make, how they’re supposed to make it, and when they have to make it.
Civilian transportation of all types will also fall under its control along with food supplies, all forms of energy production, farms and farm equipment, water resources, and all healthcare resources.
Within it FEMA camps are also mentioned and given the authority to carry out emergency preparedness mandates as specified in the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief Act. The act is what created the ‘temporary housing’ facilities for people who have been displaced which we all know as FEMA camps.
Such changes to something should be enough to send chills down the backs of Americans nationwide. “I was given $3,500 to protest Donald Trump’s rally in Fountain Hills,” said 37-year-old Paul Horner. “I answered a Craigslist ad a little over a week ago about a group needing actors for a political event. I interviewed with them and got the part.”
Trump supporters have been claiming for weeks that the protesters are being paid for by Bernie Sanders’ campaign, but Horner disagrees.
“As for who these people were affiliated with that interviewed me, my guess would be Hillary Clinton’s campaign,” Horner said. “The actual check I received after I was done with the job was from a group called ‘Women Are The Future’. After I was hired, they told me if anyone asked any questions about who I was with or communicated with me in any way, I should start talking about how great Bernie Sanders is.” Horner continued, “It was mostly women in their 60’s at the interview that I went to. Plus, all the people that I communicated with had an AOL email address. No one still has an AOL email address except people that would vote for Hillary Clinton.”
“I knew those weren’t real protesters, they were too organized and smart,” said 59-year-old Tom Downey, a Trump supporter who attended the rally in Fountain Hills. “I knew there was something up when they started shouting all these facts and nonsense like that. The best we could do was just yell and punch em’ and stuff.” Downey continued, “I think we did a good job though. I was shouting at them the whole time, calling them losers, telling them to get a job or go back home to mommy’s house; I got a bunch of high-fives from my fellow Trump supporters. It was a great time.”
When asked about the other protesters at the rally, Horner said he saw most of them during the interview and training for the rally.
“Almost all of the people I was protesting with I had seen at my interview and training class. At the rally, talking with some of them, I learned they only paid Latinos $500, Muslims $600 and African Americans $750. I don’t think they were looking for any Asians. Women and children were paid half of what the men got and illegals received $300 across the board. I think I was paid more than the other protesters because I was white and had taken classes in street fighting and boxing a few years back”
Horner said the group had a mandatory six-hour training class that had to be completed before protesting at Trump’s rally.
“During training we were taught chants to shout like ‘Dump Trump’ and ‘Trump Is A Racist’, things like that. We were told how to respond to anti-Trump comments too. If a Trump supporter said something about how great his wall will be, the Latinos in our group would say, ‘We’re just going to tunnel underneath it.’ They even gave me a shirt to wear at the rally which said ‘F*ck Donald Trump’ along with a sign to hold that said ‘Make America White Again’.”
Hillary understands that
Trump would lose the votes of certain establishment Republicans if he were the
nominee. On the other hand, it doesn’t matter, because of his crossover
outreach. In Michigan, Democrats and independents who have lost their jobs
because of disastrous globalist trade deals like NAFTA are lining up to vote

His groups are subversive, undermining fundamental freedoms, listed as undesirable foreign organizations in Russia for good reason. They’re prohibited from supporting political parties, free to engage in other activities.
Soros menaces democratic freedoms worldwide. He supports war goddess, Wall Street favorite Hillary Clinton for president, pouring millions of dollars into her campaign.
At the same time, he’s militantly anti-Trump. His ruffians disrupted his March 11 Chicago rally, stoking violence, causing it to be cancelled for security reasons.
They’ve been disruptive at other Trump events, using dirty tactics to turn voters against him - not for his racist and other extremist views, for concern about power brokers not being able to control him.
Soros plans days of anti-Trump protests in April. His anti-democratic “Democracy Spring” campaign is scheduled from April 2 -18.
He claims it’s about saving US democracy he deplores, actively working against its values worldwide. They conflict with his predatory interests.
He aims for “the largest civil disobedience actions in a generation (on the phony pretext of) saving our democracy.” It’s in “crisis,” he says - “dominated by billionaires and big money interests who can spend unlimited sums of money on political campaigns to protect their special interests at the general expense.”
As of mid-March 2016, Forbes estimates his net worth at $24.9 billion, Trump at $4.5 billion, largely self-funding his campaign, spending relatively little compared to Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz and the failed campaigns of other high-profile Republican aspirants.
Soros spends billions of dollars for disruptive activities serving his interests worldwide. His April scheme intends mobilizing thousands of anti-Trump hooligans, training them to be disruptive, intending mob actions.
Beginning at Philadelphia’s Liberty Bell, he plans marches storming Washington’s Capitol Hill - supported by Soros financed MoveOn.org, corrupt labor bosses and other dubious elements.
He wants democracy subverted, not saved - Hillary Clinton and other candidates he controls elected to high office.
His agenda is pure evil. He once said “we need a global sheriff.” Perhaps he has himself in mind
