SUNDAY SAMPLER: TRUMP'S TAXES…..LAUGHABLE!!

I WOKE UP TO THIS INFORMATION STARING ME IN THE FACE WHEN I LOGGED ON THIS MORNING AND THOUGHT I SHOULD TRY TO 'NIP IT IN THE BUD' BEFORE THE ‘PAID TO REPORT’ MEDIA BLEW IT OUT OF PROPORTION!!!

The right and the left have attacked Trump for not releasing his tax data, but he still hasn't budged.

So why won't Trump release his returns? When anchor George Stephanopoulos asked Trump what his tax rate was, Trump replied, "It's none of your business."

He's been increasingly reluctant to reveal his current tax returns, first claiming an Internal Revenue Service audit prevented him from disclosing them. According to several outlets, an audit doesn't legally prevent him from disclosing his past returns, but I say with everybody under the sun trying to topple Donald Trump, can you imagine if there was an overlooked item that the ‘Paid to Report’ Media could use their repertoire of famous half-truths to exaggerate their headlines?

Go figure…. Trump says he will release the tax returns when they are done being audited! So now if you remember Lois Lerner and the IRS’s role in not granting tax exempt status to conservative causes is doing the audit, you have to wonder why the IRS is dragging their feet? I am sure this could be resolved quickly, but does it serve the (Paid to Report) Media to have another shot at the Donald?

Trump as a business man, has to play both sides of the aisle or he wouldn't be running a successful business! By not working both sides of the aisle and ignoring 50% of potential clients/customers, he wouldn’t be as successful as he is! He has contributed to both Political Parties, the way he should. To a businessman Green, the color of money, doesn't discriminate from where it comes from. Black/White, Rich/Poor, Democrat/Republican, Muslim/Christian, and Male/female, and to be successful you can't have barriers up, and taking sides.....if you know anything about business, you have to know that, if not, you would go under and broke very quickly!!! and not on the voter's record of being an elected official or taking Super Pac money, or should I say 'Obligated' to anyone but himself when setting up his cabinet, committees', or most of all the DOJ and Homeland Security!!

You have to believe that if Trump had done anything wrong that he would be, like Madoff, in jail, and to have to go back to the 1970’s to dig up some legal tax maneuvering to make him look bad is proving that the Bipartisan establishment is running out of options.

The last time Donald Trump's returns became public, he paid $0 in taxes. The Washington Post reports that was for two years in the 1970s.

For 25 years I worked in Manhattan, and lived in New Jersey. I paid the bulk of my taxes in New Jersey and much less in NY. So you would have to assume that when it came to Trumps taxes, that the opposite would be also be true. He lives in New York, and has some business’s in New Jersey!  You don’t get taxed twice, and the offsetting different state taxes allow for the deduction.

I myself wish that we had a President with the insight and accountants to use the law to maximize their potential tax saving and would an asset to the  America People by helping make these over staffed government agencies accountable for their reckless spending. We are being used by Obama and his regulations through the EPA and other Obama steered funds to finance his unconstitutional immigration amnesty and un-vetted refugee programs, and also allowing illegal immigrants to get tax refunds for the past years when they weren’t even in the country or pay any tax at all!

WOW: IRS CONFIRMS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ENTITLED TO BACK TAX REFUNDS UNDER EXECUTIVE AMNESTY!!

Sure enough, here is everyone's favorite IRS Commissioner testifying on Capitol Hill (discussing subjects other than this scandal or this one) that under President Obama's unlawful executive amnesty, millions of illegal immigrants will be eligible to receive the generous Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). This won't just be the case moving forward; the newly quasi-legalized-by-fiat immigrants also be able to claim retroactive refunds for up to three years -- even if they didn't file or pay taxes at the time. Astonishing: even illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to claim back-refunds once they get Social Security numbers under President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty

I DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT TO GO AFTER TRUMP AFTER THIS ADMINISTRATION DISRESPECTING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE BY USING OUR TAX DOLLARS TO ADVANCE THEIR ANTI-AMERICAN AGENDA OF SOCIALISM AND OPEN BORDERS IS JUST PLAIN LAUGHABLE AND PATHETIC!!

EPA RAISES FINES FOR AIR, WATER POLLUTION VIOLATIONS!

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 2:17 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is raising maximum penalties for several air and water pollution statutes effective next month, saying Tuesday that the hikes are necessary to keep up with the rate of inflation…. WHAT INFLATION!!Twenty of the 88 EPA statutory civil penalty provisions are being bumped up under the final rule, with maximum fines going up by as much as $50,000 for sections of the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act and other laws.

According to a 1981 report from New Jersey regulators, Trump used a popular tax code provision to report a negative income.

Trump has boasted about taking advantage of the tax code to pay as little as possible, but he's also made targeting those loopholes and the people and companies who use them a big part of his presidential campaign, and why you might ask? Is it because he feels that it’s time to pay his dues for all the success through the American Dream that he has realized, or just that he has observed through his interests around the world what is going on behind the closed doors on Capitol Hill? I think it's just the desire to keep the last free country in the world free, and exceptional? 

Trump's message is very simple and without any strings attached, and at 69 cares about the future of America!! Trump is the only candidate who has common sense, and why do I say that? Because the Nazi's Soros money, and the constant 'Hit' parade against Trump, reinforces the Medias attempt to make a lot of money, and undermining the purpose of what makes America 'Great again'.... How does the Media take back their lies and open their books to the obvious bribes and collusion against the process!!!

Trump is an ‘American first’ patriot, and not an open border Globalist. He knows, being an international insider businessman, what’s going on around the world. We should be grateful that a 69-year-old Billionaire, who doesn’t need to stick his neck out to defend this once exceptional country, and has decided to fund the forgotten ‘Will’ of the American People, and take a stand!!!
