MANDATORY VOTER ID LAWS WILL NEVER BE PASSED WITHOUT THE ‘NUCLEAR OPTION!!

While Senate Republicans mull nuking the filibuster rules for Supreme Court nomination, Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said that the 60-vote threshold would be maintained for legislation. The Senate Majority Leader forcefully said that there is not a single member of the Republican caucus who supports ending the filibuster for legislation!

McConnell stressed that “there’s no sentiment” among Senate Republicans for overhauling the filibuster on legislation, which typically forces the Senate to compromise and get buy-in from the minority.

“Who would be the biggest beneficiary of that right now? It would be the majority, right?” McConnell told reporters: “There’s not a single senator in the majority who thinks we ought to change the legislative filibuster. Not one.”

McConnell's comments is what’s got me worried, and that's because the current tag team leadership of old guard Republican Party of Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell appears to be going to be more loyal to the process then maintaining the pressure of the Trump effect on the ‘New’ struggling Progressive left! If Hillary had won the election, the alt left would have buried the Republican Party, and buried them at the drop of a hat with no regrets about the process and sportsmanship like they displayed during Obama's 8 year reign of terror, if they had the same opportunity to do so! When it comes to Ryan and McConnell, and sitting on the sidelines for the last 8 years, it seems they've lost their focus, killer instinct to get the job done for the American people, and that initial burst of energy that is now turning into what looks like surrendering  and reverting back to the old ways of the  'do nothing' bipartisan ‘Swamp!’ Ryan and McConnell are both on record with not agreeing with the ‘Will’ of the American people that elected Trump to be President, and the Trump policies that deal with immigration and trade! When it comes to trade, both took money to fast track TPP legislation, and when it came to immigration, Ryan was up for raising the number of unvetted illegal immigrants and refugees that America allows in per year, and If you ask me, the two of these elite Republican leaders deserve a very big ‘red flag’ when it comes to their loyalty toward President Trump!

To go back to the filibuster for legislation without the possibility of using the ‘Nuclear Option’ seems like a typical back room deal that these typical 'chicken shit' feckless Republican leaders made with the alt-left because of the use of the ‘Option’ for the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. I think that after the last 8 years of not protecting the parties conservative ideals, or the American people, that President Trump should sit them down and let them know whose the boss, and that it’s not going to be business as usual when it comes to the political process that has slowly but surely undermined, not only the ‘Will’ of the American people, but the rule of law and Constitution!

The Democrats owned the same Congressional Mirepoix of the House, Senate, and White House after Alinskyite Obama’s victory, and from day one of the first day, the Obama administration put into play the 8-step blueprint of Alinsky, and his disciple’s, Cloward and Piven. Their goal was to effectively steer America away from our founding fathers Constitutional Republic to Socialism by way of intentionally not vetting Barack Obama and his agenda, with the help of our elected corrupted political elite, and the ‘Paid to Report’ Media!

There are a few items that only the ‘Nuclear Option’ with the Republican controlled House, Senate, and White House can pull off, and to me the first would be a mandated ‘Voter ID’ Law!

In these times of open borders, unvetted illegal immigrants, refugees, and the lack of identification ‘requirements in many states to vote, America's Sovereignty and Constitutional Republic continued existence are being threatened! You would think that the 2018 midterms, and the Senators up for reelection in the Senate, would have to be a huge target for Progressive voter fraud, which they’ve used in the past to secure victories in the 2012 Presidential election's process in Ohio, and in the 2016 primaries for Hillary over Bernie Sanders that took away his possible nomination to run, and then be the next President!

Out of everything that President Trump promised, 'Voter ID' is not one of the first top 5, but it should be, and the Democrats are glad it's not, and to make sure it doesn't get reevaluated and becomes a top 5 issue, doesn't want it to show up before the 2018 Midterms, and are slow walking cabinet nominees procedural time frames, and challenging everything that comes up on President Trump's to do list.  

Literally every time I write about voter fraud, or a judge upends a popular and democratically-enacted voter ID law, lefties come out of the woodwork to insist that such measures amount to racist "voter suppression," cynically masquerading as a policy solution to a problem that doesn't exist in reality. While some on the Right do overplay the threat and extent of fraud -- an impulse that can feed counter-productive, conspiratorial thinking -- the notion that it's a totally fake problem is just patently false.

Voter ID laws aren't a silver bullet to stop all fraud, obviously, and elements of some legislation sometimes push too far in ways that deserve scrutiny.  But in general, they represent a reasonable and sensible safeguard against illegal voting, and claims of discriminatory and disparate racial impact are overblown. The Left's effective pro-fraud stance is both wildly unpopular and wrong.  This is a worthwhile and winnable political fight to wage -- and if the courts overreach on this front by flouting clear Supreme Court precedent, they should be criticized harshly.  Pointing to robed lawyers overturning overwhelmingly-supported voter integrity laws is a fairly straightforward method of illustrating and attacking judicial activism.

Backers of the voter-ID laws appeal to qualitative arguments, such as saying they help restore faith in the voting system. “Elections are the cornerstone of our democracy and ensuring the integrity of the ballot box must be taken seriously”

It is a federal crime for an illegal alien to register to vote or to vote in U.S. elections. Yet, rather than enforcing federal law, the bi-partisan Department of Justice was, and still is intent upon punishing states that purge their rolls or enact laws requiring voter ID.

The question is whether we are a nation operating under the rule of law, or one operating under the rule of power. I regret to say that today we are not governed by the rule of law.

There is a saying, “He with the gold rules.” Well, whoever wins elections has the gold. The winner has the power to change everything - so they rule. It doesn’t matter if the win was by a small margin, or if the win was by committing fraud. Winning is everything!

When citizens satisfy themselves with high-minded but empty rhetoric, and elected officials echo these vaunted ideals to silence dissenting voices, nations will find themselves locked in a death spiral. If the rest of us don't more aggressively point this problem out, we may very well go down with them.

Is the deck stacked?? If America, and the GOP don’t wake up, and correct this situation before the 2018 midterm elections, you can stick a nail in the future of this country!!!

Democrats have been fighting against methods to stop voter fraud such as voter IDs.  Some states have passed laws requiring all legally registered voters to have a photo ID card to vote, but Democrats challenge the laws and get liberal judges to overturn them.   Even the ‘EX’ US Attorney General Eric Holder claims that voter photo ID’s discriminate against black people.

“Corrupted voter rolls provide the perfect environment for voter fraud,” said J. Christian Adams, president and general counsel of PILF. “Close elections tainted by voter fraud turned control of the United States Senate in 2009. Too much is at stake in 2018 to allow that to happen again.”

“Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch have deliberately refused to enforce this law because they have no problem with corrupted voter rolls,” Christian Adams told the Washington Free Beacon in an email statement. “They don’t like the law, so they don’t enforce it. It’s a pattern that has come to characterize this Justice Department.”

You need a valid ID to see an R-rated movie, buy a pack of cigarettes, work a job, adopt a pet, rent a hotel room, drive a car, obtain a prescription, and to vote in most union elections. But thanks to a coordinated effort by the Democratic Party and foreign organizations ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS CAN VOTE IN AMERICAN ELECTIONS IN MOST STATES, ESPECIALLY BLUE STATES WHERE DEMOCRATS MAKE AND ENFORCE THE LAWS!!!

Curiously, Obama lost in every state that requires a photo ID to be produced before voting. A list of closely contested state elections with no voter ID, which narrowly went to Obama include: Minnesota (10), Iowa (6), Wisconsin (10), Nevada (6), Colorado (9), New Mexico (5) and Pennsylvania (20). This amounts to a total of 66 electoral votes. When added to Romney’s total of 205 electoral votes, that would give Romney 271 electoral votes, enough votes to win even without Ohio or Florida.

Romney also likely had the swing states of Florida and Ohio stolen from him, which don’t require photo IDs. Ohio requires a non-photo ID. Would a library card do? Florida “requests” a photo ID, but doesn’t require it. So, what happens if they request a photo ID and the illegal alien Haitian doesn’t have one? Do they just count the vote anyway?

"In the states of Texas, California, and Florida, this gives them the ability to control national electoral politics.  The Democrats were registering and voting illegal immigrants en masse -- especially west of the Mississippi, where we believe they saved [Nevada Senator] Harry Reid's campaign… If you're a conservative voter and you ever want to win elections again, you have to stop this.  ... No conservative is going
to get elected to anything in this country in another five to ten years if we don't stop the massive theft of U.S. elections happening right now in America with illegal alien voters."

No incumbent president in the last 60 years has won reelection with the unemployment rate as high as it currently is. The only way left for the Democrats to keep Obama in office was to steal the election. Obama failed to win ANY states with photo ID laws for voters, but he did win all the swing states which require no voter ID. Add to this electronic “glitches” that gave Obama votes meant for Romney, and it’s pretty obvious what happened on November 6th, 2012. We just became a Third World country.

I believe this is the very reason why Democrats, all the way up to the Attorney General and White House, are opposed to voter photo ID and other measures to fight voter fraud.  They know that they may not be able to win the election outright, so having huge numbers of non-citizens, and especially illegals, voting as Democrats, may be their only hope of winning.  As I’ve said before, this is typical Chicago politics and Obama is from Chicago politically. ~~By ---?, a Friend of America!

REPORT: Millions of Illegal Aliens VOTED in 2016 Election–Trump May Have Won Popular Vote

If these claims are true, that still means Donald won the election despite the massive voter fraud that swept the nation. It even means he won the popular vote. There should be a full investigation into these claims.

Although some states require some form of ID before voting, California, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C. all require no identification before voting.

Report: 1.8M dead registered to vote

The United States’ voter registration system is in chaos — about 24 million registrations are no longer valid and nearly 2 million dead people are still on voter rolls, according to a new report Tuesday.

Along with the one of every eight voter registrations that is not valid or has significant inaccuracies, there are 2.75 million people currently registered to vote in more than one state, the Pew Center on the States study found. And the millions of problematic registrations aren’t the only issue — researchers estimate at least 51 million eligible U.S. citizens aren’t registered to vote. That’s nearly one in four, or 24 percent of the eligible population.

Additionally, about 12 million records have incorrect addresses, meaning it’s unlikely any mailings can reach these voters, the research in the report shows.

Still, David Becker, director of Pew’s Election Initiatives, said that the center’s findings did not suggest any kind of voter fraud or voter suppression from these problems, but noted they do “underscore the need for an improved system.”

There also are more than 1.8 million deceased people who still have active registration on voter rolls, Pew found. And, Becker said, the outdated, inefficient systems currently in place are “not designed to keep up with deaths as they occur.”

The slow and ineffective paper-based systems are also expensive, Pew found. It costs the U.S. 12 times more to maintain a voter list than it does for Canada, which spends just 35 cents to keep up its list in an election year. And in Canada — which has innovative technology and data-matching methods in place — 93 percent of the eligible population is registered; the survey points out.

Part of the problem in the U.S., researchers say, stems from many states still using paper-based systems. Millions of paper applications have to be printed and election offices must do the data-entry by hand — which means most states face an expensive, inefficient process of updating voter rolls each election year. ~~By Mackenzie Weinger, a Friend of America!
