OBAMA'S INTERPRETATION OF THE CONSTITUTION AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, IS DESTROYING AMERICA FROM WITHIN!
Americans are being fed lies, and without the time to ‘fact check’ the BS on their own, settling for what they’re being told by ‘Agenda Journalist,’ and their bosses, the ‘Paid to Report’ Media. I find it hard to believe that even 10% of all Americans have swallowed these lies when it comes to the true ‘State of the Union,’ but who can really know because of the ‘Paid to Report’ Media’s long reaching influence? When I'm researching for an article on the internet I have to adjust my search parameters multiple times when looking for a specific story line, but in the meantime I'm fed page after page of nothing but headlines that bash Trump and his administration!
We have, over the last eight years, gone from the most respected
and looked ‘up to’ county in the world generation, to the Obama inspired ‘Entitlement
Generation,’ and that became a reality accomplished in just 8 years! Obama ignored the Constitutional checks and balances that have protected America from Obama’s attempted transformation to Socialism, and specifically aimed at the base of our Constitutional Republic’s Electoral College system of selecting the President of the United
States! Hillary's coronation was to the side, and because of that our country was saved from foreign entity's who were trying to interfere with our election process.

We have outside politically funded
anarchists on campuses and universities 'not' being challenged by local
authorities because they've been instructed to stand down and not to
interfere because these ‘hoodlums’ are expressing their first amendment rights!
This perception of division is being used by Hollywood, mainstream media, and
the progressive alt. left to keep driving home the point, through generated
politics and political theater, that these lies, if told enough, becomes reality and
affecting all patriotic American’s no matter what their political leanings, and forcing honest Americans into
becoming new members of silent majority.
The true values of America came with tolerance, acceptance,
and open hearts, and who we were prior to 2008, and then Obama and his Socialist
ideology decided to use those traits through Political Correctness and Implicit
Bias to drive a wedge between every individual person’s rights and religious beliefs.
America lost a lot of men and women fighting for the rights of nations who were
being threatened to free them from the atrocities forced upon them by countries
wanting to expand their power base, newly found wealth, and religiously
motivated need to transform countries to follow in their footsteps, so we already know that where we were prior to 2008, is where we should be striving to get back to over the next 4 years before realizing the benefits in Trump's last 4 years!
So, where do we as Americans go from here? How about weeding
out the threats and criminal intentions by the ones who really think America is
truly the land of the ‘Free,’ and have used ‘Fake’ identification to use, abuse and end up settle and
live in America on the taxpayer's dime……
First of all, there is no “right to immigrate” to the United
States of America!
There is no “right to import immigrants” to the United States
of America enjoyed by US citizens or businesses.
However, the US Citizenry does have a right to have
immigration, legal and otherwise, controlled for the protection of their
rights, safety and furtherance of only the best interests of the US of America!

A Federal lawsuit in the United States District Court
Eastern District of Virginia was filed against Trump on Monday and the lead
plaintiff, Linda Sarsour has ties to terrorist organization, Hamas.
She supports Sharia Law!
And she was pictured flashing the ISIS hand sign!
The Gateway Pundit reported last week that Linda Sarsour who
was one of the leaders of the ‘Women’s March’ is pro-Sharia law with ties to
Hamas. We also documented Sarsour’s vicious attacks against Ayaan Hirsi Ali and
Brigitte Gabriel for being anti-Islam activists. Both women have suffered
greatly because of Islam’s barbarism. Ayaan Hirsi Ali is a victim of female
genital mutilation which makes Sarsour’s attacks on her even more egregious.
We also reported that the Council on American Islamic
Relations CAIR would be filing a lawsuit against Trump’s so-called ‘Muslim ban’.
We have obtained the legal complaint in full which shows the lead plaintiff is

he went to Columbia! We have American colleges and university’s banning Freedom
of Speech, and no longer making history majors having to take American History as
a requirement to graduate!
American’s have lived a couch potato existence ever since
‘Puff’ President Obama decided to sit out the last 8 years and work on his golf
game. Obama’s legacy consists on destroying or eliminating anything that was
working before he came to office. Obama bypassed the Iran sanctions that have
been basically working until he decided, during one of his ‘Muslim Moments,’
that he could do better! Now some 1.6 Billion in cash later to Iran, missile
testing, Uranium stock piles being increase through Russia’s added control of
20% of American Uranium rights through a Hillary Clinton brokered agreement to
enhance the coffers of the ‘Clinton Foundation, and all for the sake of
bolstering his non-existent Legacy!
Then there was Open borders, taxpayers picking up the tab
for unvetted illegal refugees and immigrants, then establishing an open
communications line agreement with Cuba with nothing being honored by Cuba in
return, but the continuation of their civil rights violations of the people of
Cuba.
We have political correctness and implicit bias trying to
push their ‘that’s not who we are’ agenda, and we have progressives thinking
that none of the 13 plus million illegal immigrants, and 4 million dead
Americans who were still on the voter rolls, voted at all, and not even after
the urging of the sitting President, Barack Obama, go figure, and I still
believe you can’t make this stuff up!
American’s have been getting use to the fact that the letter
of the law, government responsibilities, and being a citizen are not a top
priority, but Political Correctness is! We have Hollywood elites and political
ideologues defending the obligation of the President of the United States to be
shut down in the defense of unvetted illegal immigrants and refugees under the
guise that America is a nation of immigrants and refugees!
America Citizens come first, and that might be a shocker to
the Progressive left, but it’s true!
Legal by visa, or illegal immigrants are not citizens, and it’s not
a right of a person who is not a citizen, to demand America citizenship rights. You can
feel sorry for their predicament, but believe it or not, and with what’s going
on in Europe with ISIS/ISIL, why and how could anybody possibly challenge the
President of the United States constitutional obligation, and oath of office, to keep America safe?
Talk about ‘Political Theatre,’ Political posturing, and
Political suicide, which is what the Distant Progressive Left is committing,
and the reason the American people voted for Trump and his campaign promises…
AMERICAN EMPATHY FOR ILLEGALS ARE SUCKING OUR COUNTRY'S FUTURE DRY!
Democrat Mayors in all those tiny little blue districts that
lost the 2016 elections are revolting after the election and not just against
the incoming administration or Donald Trump. They are revolting against the
U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law, in a manner which
amounts to sedition against all U.S. citizens. In a word, they are committing
acts of treason!
Treason is defined in U.S. Law as “Whoever, owing allegiance
to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies,
giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of
treason.”
In a column published in September of 2015, I explained the
constitutional underpinning for “federal supremacy,” where it is in the
Constitution, why it is there and what it does and does not mean.
In short, not everything the federal government says has the
force of law behind it, and much less supremacy over the states. But some things
absolutely do, immigration and naturalization being one of those things.
Treason, Sedition and Subversion
Under 18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 – TREASON, SEDITION, AND
SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES – federal laws prevent anyone from committing acts of
treason, sedition or subversive activities against the people of the United
States.
◾Sedition – “incitement of
discontent or rebellion against a government.”
◾Subversive activities – “seeking
or intended to subvert an established system or institution.”
◾Both of which are “acts of
treason” against the U.S. Constitutional form of government.
According Department of Homeland Security documents, the
list of sanctuary cities in America is much longer than most Americans know.
Hundreds of U.S. cities have proclaimed themselves sanctuary cities, or taken a
“don’t ask don’t tell” policy towards illegal migrants.
In the days following the 2016 elections, more than a dozen
mayors have gone on television to thumb their noses at Federal Immigration
Laws, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, all in protection of
non-citizens who broke and entered into our country illegally. Each of these
mayors was admitting their guilt by those statements, admitting that they had
no intention of upholding and enforcing the Rule of Law in their cities and
would instead, continue to commit acts of sedition, subversion and treason
regardless of the outcome of the 2016 elections.
Further, several law enforcement agencies, such as the LAPD,
have also stepped to a TV camera to go on record refusing to uphold or enforce
U.S. Immigration Laws. Last, every news agency that has refused to report the
truth on this subject by separating legal citizens from illegal migrants in
their reporting and backing leftist mayors in these sanctuary cities is guilty
of misprision of treason – “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and
having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and
does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President
or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or
justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be
fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.”
Leftist politicians, academics, lawyers and judges have for
years proclaimed that “state nullification” of federal laws is
“unconstitutional.” Yet in the case of these sanctuary cities, these mayors,
city councils and governors are in fact abusing and overstepping their legal
authority by unilaterally “nullifying” U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Laws
within their cities and states.
The incoming administration has much more to deal with than
just securing our borders. They will have to secure numerous U.S. cities as
well, allowed to become safe havens for illegal activities over the years,
mostly by Democrat politicians in those areas.
The first step must be to place all on notice of intent to
enforce our laws. Next, all federal funding to states that allow sanctuary
cities to exist must cease immediately and until such time that state and local
officials begin to respect the Rule of Constitutional Law again. Last, every
elected, appointed or hired official that refuses to uphold and enforce the
laws of this land are committing crimes and they can and must be charged,
arrested and held legally accountable.
If we won’t enforce our laws, then we don’t have any laws.
Without the Rule of Constitutional Law, we are not a secure sovereign nation.
Where lawlessness exists, anarchy reigns and nobody is safe or secure.
It’s accountability time for these people who act against

Well, well, well. Looks like the judge who blocked President
Trump’s immigration order restricting travel from 7 high risk terror countries
has some conflicts of interest related to this case.
According to a story in Lifezette:
Judge Who Blocked Trump Action Has Activist Past
Judge Robart made a point of saying ‘Black Lives Matter’ in
dispute with Seattle police, does pro bono work for refugees
U.S. District Court Judge James Robart, who Friday
temporarily curtailed President Donald Trump’s refugee executive order, has
something of an activist history on the bench.
When Robart ruled in favor of Washington state’s attorney
generals Friday, he claimed that Trump’s order temporarily banning U.S. entry
to citizens from seven terrorism-compromised nations was not “rationally based”
and has “harmed” the states and “inflicted” damage upon them. Writing that “the
court concludes that the circumstances brought before it today is such that it
must intervene to fulfill its constitutional role in our tripartite
government,” Robart issued a decision hailed by the mainstream media and
liberal activists.
Robart, who was nominated to his position by former
President George W. Bush in 2004, said the phrase “black lives matter” during a
court hearing for a case in August 2016 concerning the Seattle Police
Departments potential use of excessive force in a racially charged situation.
The Obama administration filed the lawsuit after an investigation concluded the
SPD “had engaged in a pattern or practice of excessive force” that “could have
a disparate impact on minority communities.”
During a court hearing, Robart became “deeply personal,” as
the Seattle Times noted, when he pointed to FBI statistics.
“The importance, to me, of this issue is best demonstrated
by the news, which was much reported again today,” Robart said with emotion.
“According to FBI statistics, police shootings resulting in deaths involve 41
percent black people despite being only 20 percent of the population living in
those cities. Forty-one percent of the casualties, 20 percent of the
population. Black lives matter.”
Refugee Order Halted, White House Promises Swift Action Federal
judge with activist past blocks officials from implementing executive order
Prior to Robart’s
“black lives matter” statement, Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) praised him for his
dedication to pro bono legal work representing refugees.
“[Robart] has been active in the representation of the
disadvantaged through his work with Evergreen Legal Services and the
independent representation of Southeast Asian refugees,” Hatch said during
Robart’s confirmation hearing, according to CNN.
In his own words during his confirmation hearing, Robart
described how he would approach the cases he considered.
“I was introduced to people who in many times felt that the
legal system was stacked against them or was unfair,” Robard said. “And one of
the things, I think, that my time there helped accomplish was to show them that
the legal system was set up for their benefit and that it could be, if properly
used, an opportunity for them to seek redress if they had been wronged.”
And now Robart appears to have taken his sympathy with
refugees to the next level by halting Trump’s migration executive order and
temporarily thwarting the president’s action designed to boost national
security and put the safety of American citizens first.

Trump is like that parent or teacher who is not liked
