HILLARY CLINTON: “WHAT DIFFERENCE AT THIS POINT DOES IT MAKE!”
When did our elected officials lose their internal compass and desert our founding fathers vision for America, and substitute our Constitutional Republic Ideology, intentionally, with Globalism by way of Socialism, and when do our over paid super athlete role models, as exposed in last night ESPY's, incorporate the left wing racist agenda into their acceptance speeches just like Obama did at the Memorial Service for the slain police officers in Dallas! These elite athletes read off the names of the dead victims of alleged police shootings of Blacks and Latinos, but not the names of the 5 Police officers who were shot down in Dallas! I guess they're just above the rim!!
The term “separation of powers” originates to Baron de Montesquieu, a French Enlightenment philosopher. He used the models of ancient Rome and the British Constitutional system to theorize the ideal distribution of governmental powers between executive, legislative and judicial branches. The purpose of this is to ensure that no one party or belief can have more control over the government than another. History shows that when one group with the same ideology is in power, tyranny and mass slaughter soon follow.
This concept is one of the most important parts of the American Republic. Under the American system, there is a legislature, and executive branch, and Supreme Court. Each branch of government keeps the other in check to ensure that no one branch becomes more powerful than another. With the events of recent months, Hillary’s emails, the FBI Report, and the Dept. of Justice’s Loretta Lynch turning her back on her responsibilities, the issue of the power of branches of government has become a central issue at hand, whether it is specifically stated or not.
Separation of powers, therefore, refers to the division of government responsibilities into distinct branches to limit any one branch from exercising the core functions of another. The intent is to prevent the concentration of power and provide for checks and balances.
* The legislative branch is responsible for enacting the laws of the state and appropriating the money necessary to operate the government.
* The executive branch is responsible for implementing and administering the public policy enacted and funded by the legislative branch.
* The judicial branch is responsible for interpreting the constitution and laws and applying their interpretations to controversies brought before it.
This system seems flawless, but the problem with this system, as any system of government, is human nature. History shows us that when opportunity for power shows itself to a person or group, it is seldom that any resist.
I bring this up because we as a country are at the crossroads in deciding the future of America, and the political ideological direction we will be taking! I think, unless we step up and stop taking America for granted, that we are in real trouble! Every time I bring these issues with my associates up I get the same canned rhetoric that claims “This can’t happen in America,” but it is right under our noses, and with the ‘Paid to Report’ Media not informing the American People of what’s going on you might as well kiss, the last truly free country in the world, good bye!!!

President Obama’s chief spokesman on Wednesday joked about controversial comments made by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
“She didn’t earn the nickname the 'Notorious RBG' for nothing,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters when asked whether her remarks about presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump were appropriate.
Imagine if Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas said in an interview, "I can't imagine a Hillary Clinton presidency. She's a faker, and if she wins I might move to New Zealand."
There would be outrage from the liberal progressives and unending calls for his immediate resignation.
Well that is almost word for word what Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg just said about Donald Trump, and it's outrageous. This is just another example of the Left distorting the role of the judiciary. They're not interested in protecting the Constitution. They're interested in ramming through their agenda, plain and simple!!
This is what we're up against. A few more justices like Ruth Bader Ginsburg and you can say goodbye to the 2nd Amendment, to religious liberty, and to anything else that doesn't fit the liberal progressive vision of a secular, government-dominated America.

The justice told the Associated Press she “[didn’t] want to think about” the possibility of a Trump presidency, then doubled down on those sentiments a day later to the New York Times, stating, “I can’t imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our president.”
“I think it’s highly inappropriate that a United States Supreme Court judge gets involved in a political campaign, frankly,” Mr. Trump told the Times. “I think it’s a disgrace to the court and I think she should apologize to the court. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it.”
“That she should be saying that?” Trump asked the Times. “It’s so beneath the court for her to be making statements like that. It only energizes my base even more. And I would hope that she would get off the court as soon as possible.” According to the principle of Separation of Powers, he may have a point. Can you remember ever hearing a Supreme Court justice speak this way about a candidate?
Ginsburg – Don’t look to U.S. for a Constitution
Is it too much for a United States Supreme Court Justice to have a little reverence for the Constitution of the United States? Apparently that’s the case for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who on a visit to the Middle East was asked if Egypt should model the United States Constitution when setting up theirs. Her response was a disturbing ‘no’ — who did she think Egypt should model and what does the Justice think about our Constitution? Prepare to be offended.

The Supreme Court midwinter break is often used by justices to fly off to sunny vacation spots or European capitals where they address an audience or two on someone else’s tab. But this year, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is on a different sort of visit to two North African countries where popular uprisings helped topple longtime leaders. And in one of those countries — Egypt — she raised eyebrows after saying, during a television interview, that she “would not look to the United States Constitution” as a blueprint for crafting the nation’s new constitution.
The Huffington Post adds:
Since World War II several other models have emerged that offer more specific and contemporary guarantees of rights and liberties, she said, pointing to South Africa’s constitution, which she called a “really great piece of work” for its embrace of basic human rights and guarantee of an independent judiciary. She also noted Canada’s charter of rights and freedoms and the European Convention of Human Rights. Why might Glenn take issue with this? Well, not only is a woman sworn to defend the Constitution calling it outdated, she is praising South Africa’s Constitution which calls for social justice and an open society.
The South African Constitution’s preamble says:
We therefore, through our freely elected representatives, adopt this Constitution as the supreme law of the Republic so as to — Heal the divisions of the past and establish a society based on democratic values, social justice and fundamental human rights; Lay the foundations for a democratic and open society in which government is based on the will of the people and every citizen is equally protected by law; Improve the quality of life of all citizens and free the potential of each person; and Build a united and democratic South Africa able to take its rightful place as a sovereign state in the family of nations.
I actually felt just a little sorry for Hillary Clinton, not really, but after hearing her speak this afternoon in Illinois, and with her monotone presentation, I discovered that she had a ‘Tell’, which is what poker player sees in their opponent’s demeanor that give away, (telegraph), their good or bad hands, or their attempt to bluff. I picked it up every time she tried to make Trump look bad. She now uses the term ‘Reportedly’ when trying to bash Trump with his own words and lack of Political experience. If you don’t know what that means, it’s a way to lie without taking responsibility for what someone else ‘Reportedly’ said, or might have said without having the actual facts or truth, Hey, ‘it is, what it is!’
‘Reportedly,’ Hillary said I don’t have any plans of overturning Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders or Presidential memorandums!
‘Reportedly,’ Hillary said that Obama was going to declare peacetime martial law once I get indicted right before the elections so that he has and excuse to do so!
‘Reportedly,’ Hillary said that Obama was the driving force behind the smuggling of arms to Libya and Syrian Rebels, which I recommended we do through private contractors, so that we can change the world!
‘Reportedly,’ Hillary said that George Soros, planned that it was Barack Obama’s time in 2012 to be President and I was going to be made Secretary of State to channel funds through my Clinton Foundation to be paid to give up top secret Secrets that could put American Operatives in danger around the world, and use those ill gotten gains to purchase weapons for our enemy's, political favors, and funding anti-American racist groups like BLM when I become President, and carry on the Globalist agenda that Barack and I believe in!!
‘Reportedly,’ Hillary said that her assistants took the 5th when discussing my unprotected illegal server that I intentionally used to keep my gun running, Sales of American Top Secrets, and my kickbacks to the Clinton Foundation to sell favors to countries who have no women rights, and continue to sell my country out when I am elected President of the Unite States!
‘Reportedly,’ Hillary said that together with Barack Obama we intended to take down America from within by using the Alinsky inspired Cloward and Piven Strategies that Barack Obama learned at Columbia University while getting his degree in Political Science, and that I would continue with when I become President and implement the Obama 3rd term!
‘Reportedly,’ Hillary said that she can’t lose in the 2016 Presidential because of no ‘Voter ID’ Law requirements, and the stuffing of the ballot box like Obama did in Ohio back in 2012 to beat Mitt Romney! They will use the bribed unvetted illegal immigrants that are seeded all over this country in pin pointed districts that will ensure a landslide, and a Hillary win!!

How outrageous is it that FBI agents had to sign NDA for matters involving Hillary’s emails.
Sources said they had never heard of the “Case Briefing Acknowledgment” form being used before, although all agents must initially sign nondisclosure agreements to obtain security clearance.
“This is very, very unusual. I’ve never signed one, never circulated one to others,” said one retired FBI chief.
An FBI agent currently on the job admitted, “I have never heard of such a form. Sounds strange.”
Meanwhile, FBI agents expressed their “disappointment” over FBI Director James Comey’s decision not to recommend charges against Clinton, sources close to the matter told The Post.
“FBI agents believe there was an inside deal put in place after the Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton tarmac meeting,” said one source.
In an interview, acclaimed Reagan biographer Craig Shirley described GOP frontrunner Donald Trump as “a breath of fresh air” and explained that in Trump’s candidacy “We might be witnessing a new form of American conservatism emerging.”
