ET TU, MITCH MCCONNELL? WHERE'S YOUR LOYALTY TO THE PEOPLES MANDATE?

By Jonathan E.P. Moore, and Friends of America!
ET TU, MITCH MCCONNELL? WHERE'S YOUR LOYALTY TO THE PEOPLES MANDATE?
I lost sleep last night just thinking about how we did it the Senate’s Majority leader Mitch ‘the Bitch’ McConnell and his unwillingness to split the proposed Republican Health Care legislation into two bills so that they could live up to their promise, free up the taxes and subsides issues needed to make tax reform work, and make it work quickly!
Republicans are bitching about President Trump's 'Tweeting' because he's not 'Tweeting' about the accomplishments that the GOP have made to help make America great again, like Kate's Law, and the defunding of Sanctuary Cities just the other day, and everything that came before it, but, and that's a big 'BUT,' when the left is beating up with everything Trump, why don't the Republicans, like President Trump, 'Tweet?' Sometimes I feel like, even though a Pro-Constitutional Independent, these gutless elected  Republican officials don't have the common sense to think outside the box and take back the message that apparently has become one sided, and delivered to the American people by the Progressive 'Paid to Report' Media, but these lazy Republicans don't really seem to care that the message that is being put out there, is not their message, but the Progressive message that supports open borders, Globalism, and Alinsky's '8' musts to create a Socialist existence!
If you have read any of my earlier criticisms about both Paul Ryan, and Mitch McConnell, and their questionable loyalty to then candidate Trump, then you would know that I see Ryan make the switch, but not so much the same acceptance by Mitch McConnell! Is Mitch ‘the Bitch’ McConnell going to take a page out of Harry Reid’s obstruction and resistance when he decided on his own, and his right to do so to table 367 House passed legislation so that Obama could claim the ‘do’ nothing Congress was at fault of his feckless leadership, and forced now to use his famous, ‘Pen and Phone’ to bypass the Constitution, the ‘rule of law,’ and the Congress!
Mitch McConnell knows, especially after the last 6 months of the republicans beating their heads against the wall to pass legislation that will encompass both the repeal and replacement in one comprehensive bill, while holding the voter’s tax reform mandate hostage, that nothing will ever get done, and the American people’s healthcare needs won’t get addressed, and the chance that tax reform will get done before the end of the fiscal year, is never going to happen!

Click here >   MITCH 'THE BITCH' MCCONNELL NOT HELPING AMERICA TO BE GREAT AGAIN!
What really should be standing out here in all voter’s minds is that Mitch McConnell, because the congress would never vote for term limits on their own, would be long gone if subconsciously the American voter gave every politician a 12-year self-mandated term of public service. Again, there are 227 members of Congress that are so entrenched in government, that they have basically being given a salary and bonuses from their high paying members of their constituency that need to get things done on
their personal agendas! I’m waiting to see the time when the members of Congress, like professional golfers and auto racing, start wearing sponsor patches on their everyday cloths, and like in the old days in golf, having a person walking behind them with those old-time placards giving the public the name of the special interest that is sponsoring the law or bill that is being legislated that particular day.
What the American people need to be conscious of is that all of a sudden the Dems, excuse me, the Progressive Dems, who are led by Chuck-e ‘Cheesy’ Schumer, and ‘pandering’ Pelosi’s ‘NO’ new message party, all of a sudden want to sit down through bipartisanship, and work out the Healthcare needs of the American people? How funny is it that once the talk of breaking the Bill into two separate Bills, one repealing, and one replacing, that they are now demanding a bipartisan resolve? Could it be that they know that $1 Trillion dollars will be freed up for tax reform for the American people and the businesses and Corporations that support job growth and achieving the American Dream, which was put on hold by the Obama Administration, and his unconstitutional and feckless domestic and foreign policies for 8 years, or is it that there will be $1 Trillion Dollars less that they can’t spend on their socialist agenda and supporting the unvetted illegal immigrants and refugees that need to be spoon fed so that the states voting rights can be changed to allow these self-proclaimed American citizens to stuff the ballot box?
It appears to me that ‘EX’ President Obama has built his own wall against the ‘rule of law,’ the Constitution, and any f**king body that gets in the way of his open border, globalist, and Socialist Agendas! ~~
THE LEFT’S FACTIONS INCREASSINGLY TURNING THEIR SIGHTS ON EACH OTHER, AND THEY SAY THERE’S NO HEAVEN!
As the left becomes more intolerant, its various factions are encountering more conflict with each other. Black Lives Matter and other minorities create “spaces” where white people aren’t allowed — which exclude sympathetic white liberals. Transgenders and feminists get into vicious fights over whether transwomen are really women. Radical immigration groups crash LGBT marches. Feminists on college campuses broadly paint male co-eds as rapists — even liberal men. Comedians who routinely
mock conservatives are finding themselves chased away from college campuses by snowflakes who don’t like their LGBT and race jokes. Bernie Sanders’ supporters are investigating the mysterious death of former DNC staffer Seth Rich, while Hillary Clinton supporters ridicule them as conspiracy theorists.
The left’s dominant factions are even more likely to run into conflicts with each other as a result of the left taking over much of society. Since conservatives are increasingly blocked out of areas like education, the left is free to run rampant. For example, there is no longer a debate over whether to teach children encouraging messages about being LGBT in school. Instead, the debate is whether to include transvestites, polygamists and more controversial aspects of gender and sexuality in the discussion.
White liberal professors are finding themselves under siege in upper academia. Michael Rectenwald, a professor at NYU, said in February that he was leaving the left after becoming fed up with the snowflakes, trigger warnings, safe spaces and other hostile behavior he was subjected to. He explained on Facebook, “today’s ‘Left’ is rife with the most obscene, abusive, nasty, spiritually ugly and utterly unethical, hypocritical and fanatically horrible people I’ve ever encountered in my 58 years on earth.”
The media is also dominated by the left, and faces similar feuds. Talking heads and journalists berate each other for using phrases like “illegal immigrant” instead of “migrant.” Phrases like “illegal alien,” which some conservatives still use, were purged earlier from mainstream publications.
Black Lives Matter pushes other left-wing factions out of the way in order to promote its agenda. In 2015, two of its activists interrupted Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders while he was giving a speech. Sanders gave up trying to resume the speech and left.
Attend a modern-day meeting of progressives and observe how everyone walks on eggshells. Use the wrong term, such as an incorrect pronoun to describe someone, and you will feel the wrath of one faction. If you’re a white male and speak up, you risk being silenced with the statement, “Check your privilege.”
Much of this sensitivity during meetings originated during the Occupy Wall Street encampments a few years ago. White males were often told to stop talking and cede the floor to minorities. The theme “step up, step back,” was adopted at Occupy Wall Street’s General Assembly, “encouraging white men to acknowledge the privilege they have lived in their entire lives and to step back from continually speaking.”
One of the biggest left-wing conferences each year is the Left Forum. Some of the names of the seminars presented reveal the current hostility between groups: “Rainbow Coalition Fascism,” “The New Thought Police — Social Justice Warriors” and “Even Bernie Wants to Bomb Syria: Challenges to Anti-Imperialist, Anti-War Organizing Today.”
As the infighting escalates, the left isn’t going to be able to hold all of its factions together. The Democratic Party is already feeling the fallout. Donald Trump won the presidential election in part due to feuding between the Bernie Sanders wing of the Democratic Party and the establishment wing. Sanders’ supporters became disillusioned by the Hillary Clinton campaign’s corruption and collusion with the Democrats, and failed to show up to vote for her in the general election. Unlike the Republican Party, there is no “religious right” wing of the Democratic Party that preaches turning the other cheek in order to get along. Most of the left’s factions take the opposite approach, calling for the hostile and violent confrontational tactics of Saul Alinsky. Infighting on the right pales in comparison to the nastiness of the feud (warning: offensive content) between transgenders and “TERF” feminists.
Increasingly shut out of society, conservatives may be forced to watch much of this play out on the sidelines. And some of that may be OK. Change is already happening. Fed up with what they see on the left, and what has happened to the older, entitled, left-leaning Millennials, Generation Z is turning to the right. They’ve grown up surrounded by “instant access to the world’s harsh realities on their smart phones” and “can only remember a news cycle ‘marred by economic stress, rising student debt … and war overseas.’” Consequently, they take a “‘more pragmatic’ and conservative outlook on the world.” Conservative author Eric Metaxas believes, “they may be, by certain measures, the most conservative generation since World War II.”
The left’s philosophy is predicated upon a “me first,” take-from-others philosophy based on ever-changing, arbitrary standards of what is considered the worthiest causes. These causes tend to be anything that undermines Christian values, since the left vehemently dislikes a moral code that gets under its skin for some reason. Even if that moral code is just a small part of an overarching set of principles they agree with. The left’s model is unsustainable. There is only so much hate and money from other people to go around. Eventually they will hate each other and run out of other people’s money. ~~By Rachel Alexander, a Friend of America!
I don’t know if you saw this the other day, but it seems that there are states that don’t want to give up access to their voter rolls to the Presidential Commission that’s investigating voter fraud. Hmmm, I always thought that if you have nothing to hide, why should you care, and I also believe that if you don’t believe in a federal voter ID law, that you have something to hide, and I call that just plain common sense! Now if we take this one step further, especially when it came to a 9-0 vote by the Supreme Court overruling the lower progressive courts block of President Trump’s travel ban, then you would have to conclude that anything President Trump, or his Administration does to enforce some kind of cause of action or legal remedies upon these states for not giving up the voter information, would also be blocked by the same Progressive Justices that Obama and Harry Reid appointed, via the ‘nuclear option,’ before and just before he left office!
MEDIA TALKING POINTS ON STATE VOTER DATA REQUEST DON’T HOLD WATER, SO, WHAT ELSE IS NEW WHEN IT COMES TO ANYTHING THE AGENDA JOURNALISTS BELIEVE?
A Presidential Commission formed to investigate voter fraud requested certain voter registration data from each state, among other things, in a letter sent June 28. Democrat politicians, supposed "experts," and the media claim the request is a massive violation of privacy and the secret ballot, a "gold mine" for hackers, an infringement on state's rights, and the first step in institutionalized voter suppression.
Once you read the actual letter sent by commission Vice Chair Kris Kobach and do some research on the data and the people who are pushing the talking points, the truth is radically different.
Politico's story claims that the commission is requesting a large number of data points, many of which aren't already publicly available, and make them public. (Emphasis added.)
"Their concerns stem from a letter the commission sent to every state this week, asking for full voter rolls and vowing to make the information “available to the public.” The requested information includes full names, addresses, birth dates, political party and, most notably, the last four digits of Social Security numbers. The commission is also seeking data such as voter history, felony convictions and military service records."
While Politico simply lets the reader decide for which nefarious purposes the data could be used, Mother Jones spells it out. They claim the commission would create this new public database available to anyone with an internet connection, and that:
"With all this data made public, for example, a person could look up nearby Democratic voters, track them down with their addresses, and harass them or intimidate them from voting."
Politico's story, which was later repeated by the usual suspects, claimed such a database would be a "gold mine" for hackers.
Digital security experts say the commission’s request would centralize and lay bare a valuable cache of information that cyber criminals could use for identity theft scams — or that foreign spies could leverage for disinformation schemes.
It is beyond stupid,” said Nicholas Weaver, a computer science professor at the University of California at Berkeley.
Then they cite Joe Hall, chief technologist at the "Center for Democracy and Technology, a digital advocacy group."
..."[T]his is such a high-profile and not-so-competent tech operation that we're likely to see the hacktivists and pranksters take shots at it.”
What is the Center for Democracy and Technology? The founder, Jerry Berman, is a Berkeley-educated attorney who was Chief Legislative Counsel for the ACLU from 1978-1988, and was also a director at the Electronic Frontier Foundation. One of its newest board members is Philippa Scarlett, an alum of Eric Holder's DOJ and President Obama's Deputy Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator. They sponsor the annual "Tech Prom" in DC and have come under fire for their silence on privacy issues relating to big donor Google.
The group also has strong ties to Berkeley, so it's not surprising that this Politico story quotes a computer science professor from that institution.
Let's see what the letter actually says. In this copy, sent to North Carolina Secretary of State Elaine Marshall, Kobach states that the commission will be:
"...Submitting a report to the President of the United States that identifies laws, rules, policies, activities, strategies, and practices that enhance or undermine the American people’s confidence in the integrity of federal elections processes."
If the above quote referenced a desire to investigate possible Russian interference in the election and talked about the people's confidence in the integrity of the process, I doubt any Democrats would be refusing to take part.
Kobach then asks for input from the state officials, asking seven specific questions. The request for data comes after that.
"In addition, in order for the Commission to fully analyze vulnerabilities and issues related to voter registration and voting, I am requesting that you provide to the Commission the publicly-available voter roll data for North Carolina, including, if publicly available under the laws of your state..."
... and then lists the data Politico referenced. He asks for the data by July 14, but doesn't state it as a deadline, and offers both an FTP transfer site for file upload and an email address for replies to be sent to. Presumably the data files would be sent by FTP since they'd be too large to attach to an email. (Some publications have characterized the commission as technically inept, claiming they asked for such sensitive data to be transmitted via email, which is ridiculous based on file size alone.)
As for that "vow" to make the data public? Here is the verbiage:
"Please be aware that any documents that are submitted to the full Commission will also be made available to the public."
Hmmm, sounds like a boilerplate "public records" warning to me, and is probably more of a caution for state officials to keep in mind when drafting documents responding to the request for input - especially since the only voter data requested is already available to the public.
That sentence does not in any way say they are creating a publicly-accessible database.
It is extremely clear that the commission is only asking for publicly-available voter roll data. Each state's voter roll data has some form of it available to the public, and each state has its own way of providing that. In my county, I would make a request to the Board of Elections then drive to their office to pick up a CD with data in an Excel file.
Every state's voter roll data is also commercially available through various vendors, who have put the data into a more easily manipulatable format. How do these people think door-to-door canvassers know where to go? How do they think they know whether someone is registered Republican or Democrat? Or, as with the brouhaha over a mailer during the Iowa caucus in 2016, how do they think people know if they voted in the last election?
So, here's the deal. All of the information requested is already publicly available, and already online - just not in one big database. There is one database with 20 states' data, the Electronic Registration Information Center. Is that not a "gold mine" for hackers? Or what about the IRS, Social Security Administration, or VA databases? They're sitting there with a trove of private information, waiting to be hacked. The hacking fear is completely baseless.
In many of the stories there's a sentence or two admitting that the commission is only seeking
publicly-available information, but the spin masters and pundits still sit on TV and feign outrage at attempted privacy violations and frame this as the first step toward massive voter suppression and a totalitarian Trump government. Just stop. ~~By Jennifer Van Laar, a Friend of America!
