The Clinton Media have gone from malfunctioning too mad, from “dishonest” to deranged. Their coverage of the 2016 election is no longer tinged by liberal bias, but is about moving viewers and readers into a parallel universe, an alternate reality of the media’s making.
The media monolith’s latest imbecility is to offer effusive plaudits for their candidate, Hillary, because this life-long politician whose ill-gotten gains have come via the political means, not the private productive means, has released her tax returns for 2015.
This is something Donald Trump has yet to do—for the candidate is under audit and has been advised to refrain from doing anything that’ll give the most corrupt and dangerous of government agencies a lien on his assets—or liberty, for that matter.
Befitting an arm of our technocratic managerial state—the Internal Revenue Service regularly criminalizes the actions of "non-compliant" victims, even when the alleged crime is, more often than not, unintentional. And it matters not that the "Rights of Englishmen," bequeathed to the American Founders by their philosophical forbears, stipulated that there is to be no crime without intent. Also unconstitutional is ex post facto (or retroactive) law. Yet the rogues at the IRS routinely change laws as they go, and criminalize "actions that were legal when committed."
Lest anyone forget, the IRS is famous for unleashing its corrupt kleptocrats—Lois Lerner is exhibit A—on innocent tea-party and 9/12 patriots in order to, very plainly, destroy them.
Lerner deployed this vast, oppressive apparatus to hound right-leaning non-profits, to threaten their mission and menace their donors. Just like Hillary Clinton does, Lerner knew she would remain untouched by the law. Post resignation, the lippy Lerner could afford to be unrepentant. "I am not sorry for anything I did," she declared to Politico.
Compared to Trump, tea-party patriots were adored by the establishment.
This Mr. Michael Cohen, General Counsel for the Trump Organization, knows. On no account, said Michael Cohen, Esq., would he allow his client, Mr. Trump, to reveal anything about his taxes while under audit. (Here’s hoping Cohen will replace Trump’s lightweight panelists, sitting pretty at CNN and elsewhere. The coda to every article written by the presstitutes exalting Hillary’s “heroic” tax disclosure asserts that, “By not releasing [his taxes] during the campaign, [Trump] is breaking with a 40-year bipartisan tradition of transparency expected of presidential nominees,” and that “there is nothing to prevent Trump from doing the same during an audit.”
Oh yes there is.
Clinton will never be perp walked for flouting state secrecy laws, much less audited, or, conversely, criminalized by the IRS in the course of an audit. Were he merely to be accused of tax violations; Mr. Trump is certain to be destroyed by both political factions.
"When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty," forewarned Thomas Jefferson. When it comes to the IRS, Jefferson's bar has been met. Trump needs to be very afraid.
From the glowing reports about Clinton’s tax releases we learn, too, that as charity, “The couple gave $1 million to their private Clinton Family Foundation,” which is, the media monolith asserts forcefully, entirely “different than the Clinton Foundation that has been the subject of scrutiny.”

Before the Trump tax onslaught came the unnerving specter of Trump Tower being scaled by a man seeking “a meeting with the candidate.” Sticking to its mandate to disregard or downplay the real dangers to Mr. Trump, the media collective saw nothing remotely ominous about a man with a kitbag, willing to risk death by climbing to the candidate’s abode. It was all quite droll really.
Conversely, the same sorts hollered “assassination” when Trump (who has a record of speaking incoherently) made an inarticulate, but straightforward, comment regarding the power of the gun lobby and its vast constituency (you and me) to stop the Clinton agenda.
Certainly every Ordinary Joe with a funny bone in America chuckled at Trump's Russia repartee—the call for Russia (or any hacker) to locate Hillary Clinton's missing emails. Trump’s tongue was obviously firmly in his cheek. But to media, this well-aimed barb about Hillary’s carelessness with classified email was a signal to develop a storyline about Trump as … a Russian sleeper, the inspiration for the FX spy series, “The Americans.”
Still on the topic of spies, Iran has executed an American asset in an act that appears linked as effect to cause to Hillary’s infamous emails. Poor Shahram Amiri had the misfortune of being discussed by the secretary of state’s staff on her insecure server. The correlation between Amiri’s demise might not be as strong as the Iran ransom-release cause-and-effect; but it deserves serious consideration.
Not according to Cable Clinton. Those who wondered whether the Iranian nuclear scientist executed by Iran for treason might have lived, if not for Hillary’s recklessness, were quickly dubbed conspiracy theorists.
Trump remained jovial and full-of-life at a rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where a baby with big lungs was disturbing the peace. But the deadpan zombies under discussion panned him for his alleged anti-baby comments. Trump, who really does have the most resilient of temperaments, simply shrugged and coined a funny term: Pavarotti Baby.
To borrow from a phrase Trump repeats a lot—even more so than the Second Amendment, reality is “under siege” by a colony of cretinous correspondents and commentators.

President Obama set out to fundamentally transform America (read: systematically destroy America as founded). Measured in terms of accomplishing this goal, Obama has been one of the most successful presidents in history. Measured in terms of doing what is best for America, Obama undeniably ranks among the worst.
Obama's progressive defenders whitewash his record, but it is objectively horrible -- unless you either are in a fantasy world or truly consider America's comeuppance and its economic, military and cultural decline glorious developments.
With just a little more time -- darn that 22nd Amendment -- Obama could hammer those last few nails in the nation's coffin, but not to worry; he is backing a successor who promises to double down on his mischief, and he will be covering her flank as a civilian community organizer writ large -- agitating in the private sector on the national stage. What a duo!
Liberals scoff at our supposed sensationalism in depicting
Obama's record, but they are the ones in fantasyland -- not us. Their judgment
is so skewed that they wouldn't recognize a disastrous, perennially sluggish
economy if it hit them in the face -- because it has. They wouldn't see it if
Islamists were waging war on the United States, because they are and they
don't. They wouldn't be alarmed if the Constitution and rule of law were under
ongoing assault, because they are and they aren't. They don't care that the
nuclear family is in peril, because they favor diluting traditional and gender
distinctions. And they wouldn't care if the federal government were
deliberately fostering dependency addiction among its citizenry and demonizing
work, the work ethic, productivity and business, because it is and they enable
it.
President Obama couldn't be more of a menace to this nation's interests if he were trying to be -- and thus, coupled with his stated intentions, it is reasonable to assume he is and irresponsible to downplay the suspicion.
I jam-packed two long, well-documented books chronicling Obama's reign of terror, and he was just getting started. There is easily enough material for two more equally comprehensive books.
In fact, Obama has done so much that I fear the electorate will tend to forget the extent of it. When I occasionally go back and review it, I realize that half of it has disappeared from my active memory. But revisiting it is enough to make your blood boil -- and more than enough to make you understand that Hillary Clinton, the personification of Obama's third term on steroids and independently terrible in her own right, must be defeated at all costs.
In every subcategory of domestic and foreign policy, Obama has damaged America. He has turned everything upside down. Wrong is right. Bad is good. Strength is weakness. Culturally sound is culturally taboo. Economic decline is economic growth. Deliberately exploding the national debt is reducing the deficit. Destroying health care, qualitatively and quantitatively -- and as a matter of cost and choice -- is progress. Demonizing victims of terrorism and excusing terrorists is enlightened. Opening our borders to those with hostile intent toward Americans and America is compassion. Releasing coldblooded terrorist killers helps show the world how wonderful we are. Facilitating the world's evilest regime's acquiring nuclear weapons and capital to fund terrorism is a triumph of diplomacy and world peace. Fostering a war on law enforcement is an achievement for justice.
Flouting the Constitution and the rule of law shows executive leadership. Implementing provisions of the DREAM Act that Congress not only didn't approve but explicitly rejected is humanitarianism. Intervening in Libya in defiance of Congress is laudable leadership. Repeatedly apologizing for America here and on foreign soil is commendable. Smothering the economy with taxes, spending, regulation and debt and punishing small business are prudent economic policies. Presiding over the worst recovery in 70 years is sagaciously steering America out of a dire economic crisis. Perpetual malaise is a strong economic record. Impeding entitlement reform -- and thereby guaranteeing the bankruptcy of Social Security, Medicare and the United States -- is saving Social Security.
Regarding climate change as a greater threat than terrorism is sane thinking. Selectively compromising the First Amendment and gratuitously attacking the Second Amendment for the good of the cause are admirably nuanced. Squandering billions of dollars on environmental boondoggles proves good intentions. Undermining our military readiness and managing our national decline atones for our alleged misdeeds. IRS targeting of political enemies is just business as usual. Politicizing the Justice Department is social justice. Dismissing proven charges against the New Black Panther Party is racial justice. Converting NASA for Muslim outreach beats getting a man on Mars. Waging war on religious liberty releases us from the clutches of those crazy Christians. Dividing Americans on the basis of race, gender, religion and income is uniting America.
As tired as I am of the left's Machiavellian euphemisms, I could go on for hours. But please understand: Everything Obama has done is fairly and necessarily imputable to Clinton because she participated in and ratified his policies and actions and promises to do worse. In a number of areas, she already has done worse.
On top of all this, Clinton is the most opportunistically ambitious, double-dealing, corrupt fraud in the modern era.
My fear is that some, by obsessing over Trump, are overlooking just how monumentally horrible Hillary Clinton would be as president. We can't let that happen.

Intervening in Libya in defiance of Congress is laudable leadership. Repeatedly apologizing for America here and on foreign soil is commendable. Smothering the economy with taxes, spending, regulation and debt and punishing small business are prudent economic policies. Presiding over the worst recovery in 70 years is sagaciously steering America out of a dire economic crisis. Perpetual malaise is a strong economic record. Impeding entitlement reform -- and thereby guaranteeing the bankruptcy of Social Security, Medicare and the United States -- is saving Social Security.
Regarding climate change as a greater threat than terrorism is sane thinking. Selectively compromising the First Amendment and gratuitously attacking the Second Amendment for the good of the cause are admirably nuanced. Squandering billions of dollars on environmental boondoggles proves good intentions. Undermining our military readiness and managing our national decline atones for our alleged misdeeds. IRS targeting of political enemies is just business as usual. Politicizing the Justice Department is social justice. Dismissing proven charges against the New Black Panther Party is racial justice. Converting NASA for Muslim outreach beats getting a man on Mars. Waging war on religious liberty releases us from the clutches of those crazy Christians. Dividing Americans on the basis of race, gender, religion and income is uniting America.
As tired as I am of the left's Machiavellian euphemisms, I could go on for hours. But please understand: Everything Obama has done is fairly and necessarily imputable to Clinton because she participated in and ratified his policies and actions and promises to do worse. In a number of areas, she already has done worse.
On top of all this, Clinton is the most opportunistically ambitious, double-dealing, corrupt fraud in the modern era.
My fear is that some, by obsessing over Trump, are overlooking just how monumentally horrible Hillary Clinton would be as president. We can't let that happen.
