There’s been growing speculation about the possibility of Trump starting his own media channel if he loses to Hillary Clinton in the looming election. He will stage off shore initially for a one day visit during which he will have meetings with TNC interlocutors and get a sense of the situation on the ground. The goal of this one day trip is for him to lay the groundwork for a stay of up to 30 days.”
•April 8, 2011: An email among State Department employees that was later forwarded to Clinton said, “Security situation in Benghazi remains quiet. Chris Stevens & team are in the hotel, moving only for meetings as required.”
•April 10, 2011: Another email among State Department employees later forwarded to Clinton marked said, “The situation in Ajdabiyah has worsened to the point where Stevens is considering departure from Benghazi. The envoy’s delegation is currently doing a phased checkout.
•April 24, 2011: A final email among State Department employees later forwarded to Clinton: “Stevens will be meeting with MFA in one hour and will make a written request for better security at the hotel and for better security-related coordination. He still feels comfortable in the hotel. They are considering the idea of moving into a villa, but that is some way off.”
Read the email closely. It begins at the bottom with Hillary (H) writing in the subject line “Chris Smith.” Yes, Chris Smith was one of the Americans that was also killed, but it shows that the wrong name remained in the email chain. No one corrected it. And no one can argue that they were focused on “the situation,” because if they truly were, they would never have revealed his location 5 separate times in unsecured emails. Clinton claims to have been deeply affected by the death of an American Ambassador, yet she can’t even remember what his name is?
Hillary allowed Benghazi to happen, she placed everyone at risk with her

The trouble with this sort of mass scale corruption is that
in an ideal society the media would report on such explosive issues and then
all of America could see who Hillary is when she steps out into the spotlight.
However, Hillary has extended her tentacles of corruption into
the mainstream media and made sure that they don't report on the true
issues that this country is facing, especially the issue of having such a
corrupt politician as the head of the country.
All we can do to fix this issue is keep reporting the facts and spreading the word across America to expose who Hillary Clinton truly is. This is especially true when we are seeing many polls showing Hillary holding a lead over Trump in a few swing states.
It's our job to do what we can to sway the American public to making the right choice this election season. If we don't who knows how long this treasonous list will be at the end of her four years in office.

In 2007 the Holy Land Foundation trial found the Holy Land Foundation Charity guilty of funneling millions of dollars back to the terrorist organization Hamas. CAIR was among the organizations named during the trial as unindicted co-conspirators. To put that into perspective, the 37th president of the United States, Richard Nixon, was named an unindicted co-conspirator during the Watergate Trial.
In 2011 and 2012, during an event that The Blaze covered extensively, Islamic institutes coordinated with the White House to target the counter terrorism training within the FBI. The event was called ‘The Purge,’ and the result was the removal of more than 700 documents and 300 presentations. Some of the presentations removed included information about Al Qaeda and the trainers within the FBI were allegedly not given the opportunity to appeal when their presentations were rejected. They were not even allowed to know who it was that was objecting to their work. CAIR was one of the institutes that pushed for this event.
In 2014, the United Arab Emirates placed CAIR, along with 81 other groups, on its list of terrorist organizations. Some believe the action was to done to show a stand against the Terrorist Organization, the Muslim Brotherhood, who seized power in Egypt during the Arab Spring. It should be noted that members of the Obama Administration openly endorsed the events in Egypt that led to the Muslim Brotherhood taking power, likening it to the Civil Rights Movement in America. It has been suspected that CAIR has had ties with the Muslim Brotherhood, and currently, the Obama administration is working to get CAIR removed from the list of terrorist groups.

When I started this blog it was because I was thrown off Facebook 2 times for two weeks each, and within a 5 week period! It was right before the New York primary and I was told later that it could have been because of the volume of posts, but I thought something else was going on, and then Facebook got accused of targeting Conservative points of view, and like Lois Lerner, abusing their power for political purposes. I was contacted by Richard Miller who asked me to join his group blog, 'FRIENDS OF LIBERTY' and I've been going at it for the last 7+ months. With the 'Paid to Report' Media not doing their 'due diligence' reporting the facts that should matter, and not the facts they get paid for is why, before November 8th, I, through common sense, report the facts as I truly believe they are! But Ryan, in a written response, said he would continue to seek to repeal and replace the law. "At this point, one thing is clear: this law can't be fixed." Republican nominee Donald Trump has pledged to repeal and replace the law, so when Obama says working with the ‘Next’ president on Obamacare, when the house speaker and Trump intend to repeal and replace, you should wonder what does he know, and does what he know have anything to do with the ‘fix’ being in?
SO HOW DID OBAMACARE BECOME A LAW? IT’S PRETTY INTERESTING, AND YOU SHOULD CARE BFORE THINKING ABOUT VOTING FOR THIS ALINSKYITE/SOCIALIST, HILLARY CLINTON!
If you recall, the Democrats in the House could pass their version of a Healthcare law. Because all revenue bills must originate in the House of Representatives, the Senate found a bill that met those qualifications: HR3590, a military housing bill. They took out essentially all the wording of it, and turned it into the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Obamacare. It gets better. The Senate at that time had 60 Democrats, just enough to pass Obamacare.
After the bill passed the Senate, the Democrat Senator Ted Kennedy died. In his place, Massachusetts elected Republican Scott Brown. That meant that, if the House made any changes to the bill, the Senate wouldn’t have the necessary number of votes to pass the corrected bill, since they knew no Republicans would vote for Obamacare. So, they made a deal with the Democrat‐controlled House of Representatives: The House would pass the Senate bill without any changes, IF the Senate agreed to pass a separate bill by the House that made changes to the Senate version of Obamacare. This second bill was called the Reconciliation Act of 2010.
It made a bunch of detail changes, and added some things. So, the House passed PPACA, the Senate bill, as well as their Reconciliation Act. So now PPACA was ready for the President to sign, but the Senate still needed to pass the Reconciliation Act from the House. Confused yet?
Now, remember that the Senate only had 59 votes to pass the Reconciliation Act since Republican Scott Brown replaced Democrat Ted Kennedy. To pass the Reconciliation Act, therefore, the Democrats in the Senate DECIDED TO CHANGE THE RULES!
They declared that they could use the “Reconciliation Rule”—this is a different “reconciliation” than the House bill now. This rule was only used for budget item approval, so that budget items could be passed with only 51 votes in the Senate, not the usual 60. This rule was never intended to be used for legislation of the magnitude of Obamacare.
Too bad… they used it anyway. So, then both “Acts” passed both houses of Congress and were then signed by President Obama.
EVERYTHING DONE BY DEMOCRATS WITHOUT A SINGLE REPUBLICAN VOTE IN FAVOR OF IT. TO QUOTE DEMOCRAT REP. ALCEE HASTINGS OF THE HOUSE RULES COMMITTEE DURING THE BILL PROCESS: “WE’RE MAKING UP THE RULES AS WE GO ALONG” THEY CERTAINLY COULDN’T HAVE MADE THIS LAW WITHOUT IT.

In short, it’s a total disaster, with premiums set to spike to outrageous levels, 75 percent in Arizona alone. Another punch to the gut regarding this miserable failure of a health care law; there are fewer Americans with private insurance now than there were in 2007 (via Weekly Standard):

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (see table 1.2b), 66.8 percent of those living in the United States had private health insurance in 2007. Now, as of 2015 (the most recent year for which figures are available), only 65.6 percent of those living in the United States have private health insurance.
It turns out that median incomes aren't the only thing that have dropped since 2007.
There are currently about 320 million people living in America. If the percentage who have private health insurance were as high now as it was in 2007, 3.8 million more people would now have private health insurance.

This means that for the months, weeks, and days leading up to the election, the Democratic presidential nominee and all of the party's Congressional candidates are going to have to contend with news of sky-rocking rates coming from Obamacare as insurers struggle to make the business profitable," he wrote. And that is exactly how things are playing out. USA Today is out with new reporting confirming that Obamacare rate spikes are being approved by regulators across the country -- some even green-lighting increases above and beyond what insurers requested:
State insurance regulators across the country have approved health care premium increases higher than those requested by insurers, despite a national effort to keep rates for policies sold on Affordable Care Act exchanges from skyrocketing, a USA TODAY analysis shows. In eight states, regulators approved premiums that were a percentage point or higher than carriers wanted, said Charles Gaba, a health data expert at ACASignups.net who analyzed the rates for USA TODAY. As of Tuesday, those states are Arizona, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota and Utah... “To consumers, this seems terrible like, ‘Oh, they’re price gouging us,’” Gaba said. “But part of regulators’ jobs is to keep insurance company’s solvent so they can continue to give people insurance.” In fact, this year many insurance carriers have requested premium rate increases that are closer to what regulators think are appropriate, says Gaba. “Ideally you want what’s requested to be what’s necessary,” he added. “And that was part of what happened.” Insurer withdrawals from some markets and rate hikes of more than 50% in some areas prompted fears that some insurance marketplaces were at risk of collapsing.
'They're just doing what's necessary to keep these companies afloat' is the whole problem.
The reason that so many major insurers are pulling out of Obamacare is that the disproportionately sicker risk pools are quite expensive to cover, resulting in huge financial losses to the providers. To offset those losses, enormous rate increases are being approved, making coverage even less affordable for the relatively realty consumers trying to keep their heads above water -- including millions who receive taxpayer subsidies through the law. As their costs skyrocket even further, more and more younger, healthier people will either walk away from the law, or continue to avoid signing up for it. After all, paying the individual mandate tax is much cheaper than shelling out big bucks every month, on top of out-of-pocket costs; plus, in the event of a health emergency, insurers are required under the law to accept all comers during open enrollment, regardless of pre-existing conditions. This is the unsustainable, spiraling trajectory that has industry experts warning of a potential full collapse. As you peruse this map, recall that the tent pole promise of Obamacare was that it would significantly reduce costs for virtually all American consumers. Based on that chart, only a small handful of states will have the supposed 'good fortune' of experiencing single-digit hikes. The vast majority will experience cost surges in the double-digits, with roughly half of all states getting slammed with increases of at least 20 percent. There's no question about that, but Arizona is not the only one with significant, more than 50 percent increases," insurance analyst Jim Hammond, publisher of the Hertel Report, said...In the rest of Arizona’s counties, except for Pima, Blue Cross and Blue Shield will be the only insurer. Those rates are going up 51 percent. Other insurers will be offering plans off the exchange this year, but most are also raising rates by about 70 percent. Open enrollment begins Nov. 1.
Arizona's Democratic Senate candidate calls her vote in favor of Obamacare one of her proudest moments. She's getting smoked. Republicans should press this issue down the home stretch of the campaign. Beyond the millions who saw their existing coverage snatched away because of Obamacare in 2013 -- in violation of a major Obama pledge -- market disruptions have led to more than one million additional cancellations this year. Those affected will have to wade back into marketplaces and contend with the bruising premium spikes laid bare on the map above. It's little wonder, therefore, that some projections predict that the law's already-downgraded enrollment figures may plateau or even decline moving forward. As of Tuesday, those states are Arizona, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota and Utah... “To consumers, this seems terrible like, ‘Oh, they’re price gouging us,’” Gaba said. “But part of regulators’ jobs is to keep insurance company’s solvent so they can continue to give people insurance.” In fact, this year many insurance carriers have requested premium rate increases that are closer to what regulators think are appropriate, says Gaba. “Ideally you want what’s requested to be what’s necessary,” he added. “And that was part of what happened.” Insurer withdrawals from some markets and rate hikes of more than 50% in some areas prompted fears that some insurance marketplaces were at risk of collapsing.
'They're just doing what's necessary to keep these companies afloat' is the whole problem.
The reason that so many major insurers are pulling out of Obamacare is that the disproportionately sicker risk pools are quite expensive to cover, resulting in huge financial losses to the providers. To offset those losses, enormous rate increases are being approved, making coverage even less affordable for the relatively realty consumers trying to keep their heads above water -- including millions who receive taxpayer subsidies through the law. As their costs skyrocket even further, more and more younger, healthier people will either walk away from the law, or continue to avoid signing up for it. After all, paying the individual mandate tax is much cheaper than shelling out big bucks every month, on top of out-of-pocket costs; plus, in the event of a health emergency, insurers are required under the law to accept all comers during open enrollment, regardless of pre-existing conditions. This is the unsustainable, spiraling trajectory that has industry experts warning of a potential full collapse. As you peruse this map, recall that the tent pole promise of Obamacare was that it would significantly reduce costs for virtually all American consumers. Based on that chart, only a small handful of states will have the supposed 'good fortune' of experiencing single-digit hikes. The vast majority will experience cost surges in the double-digits, with roughly half of all states getting slammed with increases of at least 20 percent. Time magazine reviews the eight states where consumes will suffer the most next year, where regulators have imposed rate jumps of at least 30 percent. The piece's opening sentence says it all:

Those rates are going up 51 percent. Other insurers will be offering plans off the exchange this year, but most are also raising rates by about 70 percent. Open enrollment begins Nov. 1.

It's little wonder, therefore, that some projections predict that the law's already-downgraded enrollment figures may plateau or even decline moving forward. •A $17 billion payment cut for hospice services.
•A $66 billion payment cut for home health services.
•A $33 billion payment cut for all other services.
•A $156 billion cut in payment rates in Medicare Advantage (MA); $156 billion is before considering interactions with other provisions. The House Ways and Means Committee could include interactions with other provisions, estimating the cuts to MA to be even higher, coming in at $308 billion.
•$56 billion in cuts for disproportionate share hospital (DSH) payments. * DSH payments go to hospitals that serve many low-income patients.
•$114 billion in other provisions pertaining to Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP* (does not include coverage-related provisions).

I’ve never been much of a conspiracy theorist, but I don't know how reasonable people can fail to recognize the overt collusion of the Obama administration, the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Party and the liberal media to shield Hillary Clinton from accountability for her many misdeeds and abundant corruption.
Perhaps I can be considered a bit of an alarmist, but if I am, so are millions of others when it comes to the dire state of this nation on a number of fronts. We have a staggering national debt, a dangerously declining military and a runaway regulatory state that is suppressing our liberties, insulating government from accountability and helping to smother economic growth. We have onerous taxes on people who are still working (notwithstanding the malicious lie that the wealthy don't pay their fair share), an exploding welfare state, a war on the Second Amendment and the rights of private gun owners, and a government-caused health insurance catastrophe -- with liberal promises of more of the same. We have unprotected borders (which threatens jobs, national sovereignty and the integrity of democratic processes), a war on Christian religious liberties by militant secularists who deny they're doing it and a sick, amoral culture supported by the openly valueless Democratic Party, which glorifies abortion as a quasi-religious right so important it must be subsidized by the federal government. We have politicized governmental entities -- e.g., the IRS, Department of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency and Federal Communications Commission -- and we are suffering ever-deteriorating race relations and a war on cops fomented and fueled by the president and his race-exploitive Democratic Party. We have proliferating Islamic terrorism accompanied by an administration that is in denial about it and sees more danger in generic extremism and conservative "bitter clingers" than it does in Islamic extremism.
These multitudinous existential threats to the United States are enough to cause anyone who cares about America, as founded, to lose sleep. I have confidence in the United States and the American people to rise to these challenges if they set their minds to it together. The problem is that the entire liberal establishment is determined to obstruct the resolution of these problems. Liberals are primarily responsible for every last one of them and don't even want to address them. To them, America is on the right course. They'll tell you they want more jobs, for example, but they do everything in their power to keep that from happening -- from minimum wage hikes to higher individual and corporate taxes to oppressive regulations to demonizing businesses, producers and entrepreneurs, who "didn't build that."
That's why many believe we must oust Democrats from control of the White House. But in the past few months, anyone not afflicted with blinding liberal bias has been able to see that these policy issues are just the beginning of our problems. In addition to this destructive agenda, there is a level of collusion among the above-mentioned institutions -- the Obama administration, the DNC, the Clinton machine and the liberal media -- that is unprecedented in this nation.

The site has been steadily posting caches of emails hacked from Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman John Podesta. It recently highlighted a series of messages Podesta sent to one bobama@ameritech.net.
One of those messages got a reply — signed Barack and sent from a Blackberry smartphone.
There's no particular bombshells in the emails: It's mostly staffing decisions and scheduling quirks. The messages were sent in 2008, so there's no guarantee the president still uses that address.

Following Wednesday’s presidential debate Pentagon officials found themselves completely dumbfounded as to why former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would feel it appropriate to announce U.S. Special Access Program intel on national television.
According to sources within the Department of Defense speaking under anonymity, Clinton likely violated at least two Dept. of Defense SAP protocols during the debate by announcing on live television the United States Government’s response time for a nuclear launch.

To the dismay of intelligence officials, the fact that this top secret information is now publicly known not only proves that Clinton is “unfit to be commander-in-chief,” but it also poses a direct threat to national security, AGAIN!!!
One high ranking intelligence official explained that any time frame calculated pertaining to a US nuclear launch “would have merely been an educated hypothesis, absent leaked documents and there have been no such breaches” prior to Clinton’s admission Wednesday.
A top-ranking DOD intelligence source said.“Secretary Clinton proved tonight she is unfit to be commander-in-chief, and what she did compromises our national security. She is cavalier and reckless and in my opinion should be detained and questioned so we can unravel why she did what she did.”
According to Pentagon sources, the information Clinton disseminated publicly is Top Secret intelligence governed under the U.S. Special Access Program (SAP) which dictates safeguards and protocols for accessing and discussing highly classified and Top Secret intelligence. The specific details of the country’s nuclear response time discussed by Clinton, sources said, are only known by a handful of individuals outside top military brass…
“Targeting options by ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missiles), air or sea, launch order, launch procedures and response are some of the most secretly guarded tenets of national security and nuclear war policy,” a Pentagon source said. “It’s truly incredible that (nuclear) response time as part of an ERO (Emergency Response Option) is now out there in the public domain to our adversaries.”
U.S. Defense sources said according to developed U.S. counterintelligence, military officials in China, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Iran and even actors like ISIS had no previous definitive intelligence to determine the U.S. nuclear response time, especially during an ERO, prior to Clinton’s admission Wednesday night. Sources reluctantly acknowledged her calculations were accurate.

Very specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
So here’s the one law you need to know that should terminate her presidential campaign:
For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says:”(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.” But……….!

A recent Fox News Sunday appearance where Hillary Clinton claimed: "I'm not looking to repeal the Second Amendment. I'm not looking to take people's guns away." The Washington Post noted a statement from her campaign website about how “gun ownership is part of the fabric of many law-abiding communities.”
In June, ABC’s George Stephanopoulos pushed Clinton twice on whether people have a right to own guns. “But that's not what I asked. I said do you believe that their conclusion that an individual's right to bear arms is a constitutional right?” Clinton could only say: “If it is a constitutional right.”
Similarly, in New York City in the fall, she told donors: “The Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment, and I am going to make that case every chance that I get.” In Maryland in April, Chelsea Clinton promised that her mom would appoint to the Supreme Court justices who would overturn past decisions that struck down gun-control measures. But the only laws that the Supreme Court evaluated were complete gun bans and a law that made it a crime to use a gun!
Washington, D.C., had a complete handgun ban in place until 2008. It was also a felony, punishable by five years in prison, to put a bullet in the chamber of a gun. This amounted to a complete gun ban on using guns for self-defense. The U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in District of Columbia v. Heller struck down that ban.
Clinton told Stephanopoulos her opinion of this ruling: “I think that for most of our history, there was a nuanced reading of the Second Amendment until the decision by the late Justice Scalia.” She continued, “There was no argument until then that localities and states and the federal government had a right, as we do with every amendment, to impose reasonable regulation.”
Clinton went on to talk about her push for expanded background checks, an issue that was irrelevant to Scalia’s decision in Heller. Instead, the question is why was D.C.’s local gun bans a “reasonable regulation.” Why should people be imprisoned for five years for defending their families?
