More and more we find Trump’s silent majority base keeps getting larger and larger and quieter and quieter, and that's because the PC police have forced these true Americans underground. The Progressives won’t find them, the ‘Paid to Report’ Media won’t find them, and the 'Agenda Journalists won't find them either, and that’s because their loyalty to the Republic is in their hearts, and not on their lips or in their words.

Trump aide Steve Bannon was on target when he called the Washington media “the opposition party,” and now, with the intentional grid lock against Trump’s cabinet nominees being sidestepped by common sense, gives Trump’s Executive Order about slowing down the rate of illegal refugees and immigrants coming to America a chance for Trump’s campaign promises to keep America Safe, alive, while living up to his ‘Oath of Office!’ Trump will learn from his mistakes, but with the enthusiasm to get the job done, and without his cabinet nominees being approved and stonewalled is not an excuse, but part of the learning curve when trying to make America great again!

We have anarchists committing acts of destruction to the level that is hard to believe of a college student, and when they show up on College campuses dressed in Black and masks to do physical damage to buildings by braking windows and defacing landmarks, what makes you think that college students have the extra money to make a fashion statement, number one, and with the cost of college these days along with the chance of being booted for participating in this highly organized and paid for show of force that the likes of George Soros is again behind the scenes and pulling the strings like he did during the primaries and demonstrating against Trump's Presidential campaign? I SAY NO FU*KING WAY!

It appears that Hillary’s proclamation during the primary of there being room in the 1^st and 2^nd amendments for regulation has come to fruition, and these men on America's campuses who are dressed in black are goons who are not only storming the campuses, robbing banks and looting stores, but stifling the 1^st amendment rights of the 'America first' rhetoric! Parents of college students should wake up because these liberal university leaders are telling campus police to stand down and maintain a ‘Do Nothing’ stance because in reality, its much easier to not take a stand for America and defend its rights, but know that insurance will probably pay for the damage, and campus leaders can move on without having to worry about job security! They live by the on the fence dam if you do, and dam if you don't! So, we all know now why these individuals in leadership roles on our colleges, don't give a dam at all!
8 years of Obama has weakened the ‘Will’ of the American people, the rule of Law, and the tolerant level of accepting our Constitution, our Constitutional Republic, and our self-proclaimed exceptionalism to the world! Obama has written more Executive Orders and Presidential Memoranda combined then any other President in History…. Obama has never met with the other side of the aisle, but found the time to bypassed our constitution, our rule of law, and America’s common sense. Obama drove all ‘Loyal to America’ old world Democrats to the sideline where they have remained for the last 8 years, and replaced them with George Soros backed BLM and other hate groups to interfere with our election process right here at home, and on American soil!  

All Americans are to blame for taking for granted that our constitutional status quo was a given and expecting to wake up in the same country, as all Americans have for the last 240 years, that they went to sleep on November 8^th! How did we get to this worst place in American history, and who decided to let this Obama wolf in our Constitutional hen house to wreak havoc! The answer, I hate to say, is our elected officials from both sides of the aisle who have been traitors to the ‘Will’ of the American people, and didn’t bother to watch our backs and protect Americans from the ‘over the hill’ gang who still are trying to stay relevant in a time when they should be retired, by law!

Trump is Obama’s legacy, and with the silent majority always being in the shadows to watch over our founding father’s vision, and protecting America, America will survive and flourish long after I’m gone, and with this valuable lesson learned about paying attention, and dodging that Socialist bullet this past election, the ‘State of the Union’ will be great again!

OBAMA RULED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER AND PRESIDENTIAL MEMORANDA, AND NOT BY FACE TO FACE ATTEMPTS TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN AMERICA’S DIFFERENCES CREATED THROUGH OUTSIDE FINANCIERS AND THE POLITICAL CORRECT IDEOLOGIES THAT THEY WERE PEDALING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!

I keep hearing about Obama and how the number of his ‘Executive Orders’ were the least amount issued by a President since Grover Cleveland, and when that’s mentioned around me I laugh, because Obama, like changing the formula for the unemployment rate by leaving out the number of people out of the market looking for work, has again issued another kind of Executive Order known as a ‘Presidential Memorandum!” Now if you add those with the Executive Orders, he’s issued more, when combined, than any other President since Jimmy Carter for sure, and maybe more than any other President in the history of America!

By issuing his directives as "memoranda" rather than executive orders, Obama has downplayed the extent of his executive actions.

President Obama has issued a form of executive action known as the presidential memorandum more often than any other president in history — using it to take unilateral action even as he has signed fewer executive orders.

When these two forms of directives are taken together, Obama is on track to take more high-level executive actions than any president since Harry Truman battled the "Do Nothing Congress" almost seven decades ago, according to a USA TODAY review of presidential documents.

Obama has issued executive orders to give federal employees the day after Christmas off, to impose economic sanctions and to determine how national secrets are classified. He's used presidential memoranda to make policy on gun control, immigration and labor regulations.

Like executive orders, presidential memoranda don't require action by Congress. They have the same force of law as executive orders and often have consequences just as far-reaching. And some of the most significant actions of the Obama presidency have come not by executive order but by presidential memoranda.

Obama has made prolific use of memoranda despite his own claims that he's used his executive power less than other presidents. "The truth is, even with all the actions I've taken this year, I'm issuing executive orders at the lowest rate in more than 100 years," Obama said in a speech in Austin last July. "So it's not clear how it is that Republicans didn't seem to mind when President Bush took more executive actions than I did." ....Another 'Huuuge' Obama lie!

How deliciously ironic that the unhinged Democrats are fueling, not paralyzing, President Donald Trump and energizing, not intimidating, his supporters -- whose numbers are growing.

The entire liberal establishment -- from the cultural crybabies to the lefty campus snowflakes to the mainstream media to the leading Democratic politicians -- is having a nervous breakdown, and it is ugly and self-defeating.

These bullies have been doing for years what they're now falsely accusing Trump and the Republicans of doing. They are the ones who try to suppress speech, who act lawlessly and tyrannically, who undermine the democratic process, who breach the peace and who disrupt our domestic tranquility.

I remember talking to some college students in liberal la-la land after the election who were swallowing the liberals' scaremongering narrative that America was on the verge of becoming a police state. They really thought Trump might impose martial law, that he would suppress women's rights, that he would discriminate against minorities, that he would cause the stock market to crash immediately and that he would start a nuclear war. They got it backwards and it was Hillary who would be tanking the country, and not Trump, but do you think the 'Paid to Report' Media would have given you the heads up?

I told them they had nothing to fear from Trump regarding any of that and that this was all manufactured madness from liberals who were merely projecting. If they wanted to be vigilant against any group, I said, they ought to watch the left, which was just getting warmed up for a four-year sustained temper tantrum.

It's just a beautifully simplistic plan. The left goes ballistic over Trump's election, warning of impending doom. No sooner has he been sworn in than they try to fulfill their own prophecy by staging phony protests about the horrors Trump is supposedly already visiting on the nation. They lied in their prophecy, and they are lying to create the false appearance that their warnings have been validated. They are behaving like petulant children, unwilling even to accept the legitimacy of the election, much less give Trump a chance to prove them wrong.

Their conduct -- across the board -- is inexcusable. Just consider their outrages so far -- and notice how they are guilty of precisely the behavior they are condemning:

--The Women's March on Washington was ostensibly to protest Trump's vulgarity and policy noxiousness, but it actually pitted women against men, celebrated and glorified the killing of innocent unborn children, and provided a forum for morally and mentally disturbed celebrities, such as Madonna, to utter their own vulgarities and thoughts of violent acts (e.g., blowing up the White House). Do these people ever consider the embarrassing hypocrisy of their promoting and committing violence in the name of protesting violence from the right, as paranoid and unwarranted as their fear of such violence is?

--There were violent protests over a planned speech by Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos at the University of California, Berkeley. The students' rationale? Yiannopoulos' message -- which ridicules and condemns leftist duplicity, especially on free speech -- incites violence. But the only violence it incites comes from them.

--Acting Attorney General Sally Yates showed audacity and impropriety in refusing to enforce a legal order of the presidents designed to protect American citizens. What would the left have done if a Republican holdover had dared to defy an Obama order? What would the liberal media's response have been?

--Militant loony Sarah Silverman, during the Berkeley riots, tweeted, in effect, that the military should overthrow President Trump. Not to be outdone, her fellow Hollywood liberal Judd Apatow tweeted in reference to the Berkeley riots, "This is just the beginning. When will all the fools who are still supporting Trump realize what is at stake?"

--A woman interrupted the confirmation vote of the Senate Judiciary Committee on the nominee for attorney general, Jeff Sessions, with this outburst: "You have furthered the nomination of a man who will not protect the vulnerable."

--House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi says Trump's Supreme Court justice nominee, Neil Gorsuch, has hostility toward children in school and children with autism. "It's a very hostile appointment," Pelosi told CNN's Jake Tapper. "Hail fellow well met, lovely family, I'm sure, but as far as your family is concerned -- and if you breathe air, drink water, eat food, take medicine or in any other way interact with the courts -- this is a very bad decision."

--Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren says Gorsuch is the reward to powerful interests who have tried "to turn the Supreme Court into one more rigged game that works only for the rich and the powerful." This is the thanks Gorsuch gets for his commitment to honoring the Constitution and the rule of law instead of imposing an ideological agenda.

These are but a few of the myriad examples of unhinged liberals who are living in -- and trying to spread -- their false reality. Law-abiding citizens, however, have nothing to fear from these people because their actions are backfiring. Their goal is to demonize, delegitimize and emasculate President Trump, Republicans and conservatives, but they are making them stronger and more popular.

The crazier these liberals become the more people will realize just who represents a threat in America -- and it's not Trump and the Republicans. Primarily because of Trump's refreshing and bold actions so far -- but also because of liberal irrationality and bad faith -- even formerly tentative and squishy Republicans are getting behind Trump to advance a long-overdue remedial agenda to restore America's greatness.

I hope liberals keep it up -- showing every day exactly who they are and how out of the mainstream they are -- because it will further marginalize them and facilitate the advance of pro-growth and pro-security conservative policies. ~~ By David Limbaugh, a Friend of America!

Obama mostly ran on pretty normal Democratic policies rather than a hard-left agenda. His platform included opposition to gay marriage, promises to balance the budget and a bipartisan foreign policy.

Instead, what followed was a veritable "hope and change" revolution not seen since the 1930s. Obama pursued a staunchly progressive agenda -- one that went well beyond the relatively centrist policies upon which he had campaigned. The media cheered and signed on.

Soon, the border effectively was left open. Pen-and-phone

executive orders offered immigrant amnesties. The Senate was bypassed on a treaty with Iran and an intervention in Libya.

Political correctness under the Obama administration led to euphemisms that no longer reflected reality.

Poorly conceived reset policy with Russia and a pivot to Asia both failed. The Middle East was aflame.

The Iran deal was sold through an echo chamber of deliberate misrepresentations.

The national debt nearly doubled during Obama's two terms. Overregulation, higher taxes, near-zero interest rates and the scapegoating of big businesses slowed economic recovery. Economic growth never reached 3 percent in any year of the Obama presidency -- the first time that had happened since Herbert Hoover's presidency.

A revolutionary federal absorption of health care failed to fulfill Obama's promises and soon proved unviable.

Culturally, the iconic symbols of the Obama revolution were the "you didn't build that" approach to businesses and an assumption that race/class/gender would forever drive American politics, favorably so for the Democrats.

Then, Hillary Clinton's unexpected defeat and the election of outsider Donald Trump sealed the fate of the Obama Revolution.

For all the hysteria over the bluntness of the mercurial Trump, his agenda marks a return to what used to be seen as fairly normal, as the U.S. goes from hard left back to the populist center.

Trump promises not just to reverse almost immediately all of Obama's policies, but to do so in a pragmatic fashion that does not seem to be guided by any orthodox or consistently conservative ideology.

Trade deals and jobs are Trump's obsessions -- mostly for the benefit of blue-collar America.

He calls for full-bore gas and oil development, a common culture in lieu of identity politics, secure borders, deregulation, tax reform, a Jacksonian foreign policy, nationalist trade deals in places of globalization, and traditionalist values.

In normal times, Trumpism -- again, the agenda as opposed to Trump the person -- might be old hat. But after the last eight years, his correction has enraged millions.

Yet securing national borders seems pretty orthodox. In an age of anti-Western terrorism, placing temporary holds on would-be immigrants from war-torn zones until they can be vetted is hardly radical. Expecting "sanctuary cities" to follow federal laws rather than embrace the nullification strategies of the secessionist Old Confederacy is a return to the laws of the Constitution.

Using the term "radical Islamic terror" in place of "workplace violence" or "man-caused disasters" is sensible, not subversive.

Insisting that NATO members meet their long-ignored defense-spending obligations is not provocative but overdue. Assuming that both the European Union and the United Nations are imploding is empirical, not unhinged.

Questioning the secret side agreements of the Iran deal or failed Russian reset is facing reality. Making the Environmental Protection Agency follow laws rather than make laws is the way it always was supposed to be.

Unapologetically siding with Israel, the only free and democratic country in the Middle East, used to be standard U.S. policy until Obama was elected.

Issuing executive orders has not been seen as revolutionary for the past few years -- until now.

Expecting the media to report the news rather than massage it to fit progressive agendas makes sense. In the past, proclaiming the Obama a "sort of god" or the smartest man ever to enter the presidency was not normal journalistic practice.

Freezing federal hiring, clamping down on lobbyists and auditing big bureaucracies -- after the Obama-era IRS, VA, GSA, EPA, State Department and Secret Service scandals -- are overdue.

Half the country is having a hard time adjusting to Trumpism, confusing Trump's often unorthodox and grating style with his otherwise practical and mostly centrist agenda.

CHUCK-E SCHUMER AND HARRY REID, THE ‘OBSTRUCTIONIST'S’ GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING!

As Bloomberg reports, the Senate Finance Committee - with only Republican members present because of Schumer’s Democrats have not shown up for work for the last 2 days, and not doing the job that the taxpayers pay them and elect them to do, which is to advanced Steven Mnuchin to head the Treasury Department, and Rep. Tom Price (R-Ga.) as secretary of Health and Human Services. They didn't even bother showing up and so Republican members of that committee after bending for 2 days in the wind, gathered in the hearing room and unanimously agreed to change the committee’s standing rules that would require at least one member of each party to be in attendance for committee work to proceed. Committee leader Orrin Hatch called for the rule change, then cleared the way for not making that rule continue guiding the findings of the committee, and forward President Trump's cabinet nominee to the Senate's final approval process.

“It’s just another way of roughing up the president’s nominees,” said committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah). “They have been treated fairly. We have not been treated fairly.”

Republicans got it right, and if you have an ounce of common sense Hatch's decision to bypass the Democrats rights, while ignoring the rights of the other committee members, and the ability of the President to initiate his campaign promises, was more than right. Especially after Schumer’s Democrats refused to attend a vote on two nominees for two days running, arguing the pair had made misleading statements to lawmakers that needed to be rectified. The nominees now head to the Senate floor, as partisan tensions over filling out Trump’s White House continued to intensify.

Our elected officials on the Democrat side of the aisle have not only abandoned their responsibility to the American people that voted for them, but abandoned their responsibility to the office to which they were elected to. You have to be aware of the fact that the number #1 priority is health care reform, and while the Democrats have held up the one cabinet nominee, Tom Price, who will be heading up the repeal and replace agenda of President Trump! They were holding up the Secretary of State confirmation of Rex Tillerson, but think when Orrin Hatch decided to change the committee rules in another committee hearing, and not making it mandatory to have a vote if an opposition democrat wasn’t present to pass a Trump nominee on to the Senate for the confirmation process, added just a little more extra pressure to get it done.  The Democrats, again, have violated the trust of the American people, and the American people’s health and international safety concerns by continuing on with his ‘Reidish’ obstructionist mantra! They’ve had more than enough time to do their job, but decided to enact revenge for the loss of the election over the ‘Will’ of the American people’ needs!

We didn’t have a Secretary of State with all of these trade deals coming up, we didn’t have an Attorney General, but instead a left-over Obama shill that wasn’t going to follow the President of the United States mandated executive order rules and regulations, that resulted in the firing of that temporary replacement's ‘treasonous behavior.’ You got to know that the past Obama AG’s, Holder and Lynch, support the behavior of her actions, and if that doesn’t scare the shit out of every Democrat the next time they vote, then nothing will!

We are witnessing the last days of the old feckless Democratic Party, and they brought it upon themselves! The Republican Party understand change, and have for the most part rallied around the outsider non-politician Donald Trump. The transition hasn’t been perfect or smooth, and still meets with some opposition, but for the most part, with work and a little effort, is now slowly on the mend. If democrats don’t do the same kind of self-analysis and discover what the American people want and need, then it’s time to close up shop and ride off into the sunset!

We had 68 Democratic representatives of the house who decided not to show for the celebration of the peaceful transformation of power ceremony, and now we have Democratic members of the Senate committees who are representing the people to vet Trump’s cabinet nominees boycotting the selection process by not even showing up to vote! Chairman Orrin Hatch squashed that attempt by changing the rule, and by putting the new rule that doesn't require a mandatory attending Democrat/Republican to pass a cabinet nominee to start doing the job the President has nominated them to do.

Harry Reid thought that the road to the future for the Democratic Party was a lock, and with the predicted victory and coronation of Hillary Clinton being inevitable, and every ‘Agenda Journalist’ on board with the ‘Paid to Report’ Media’s polling, it was going to be a slam dunk! Harry thought when he pulled that ‘nuclear option’ rabbit out of the hat back in the days passing Obamacare, he thought he would go back to that same well with the lower court judicial appointees! Harry wanted to stack the lower courts with liberal judges in the 2013 midterm elections, and thought the confirmation process of these liberal progressive appointees needed to be guaranteed! Harry thought with the Hillary guarantee coronation that it was all but certain that the Republican Party days were numbered, and the transformation of America to Socialism was a no brainer!

Harry gambled, and kept pulling that ‘nuclear option’ rabbit out of that same old bag of tricks,  and Harry thought it would never come back to bite him in the ass, and the opposition Republican Party would never be able to use it against Democrats because they would no longer exist.

Harry was counting his chickens before they hatched, and that road he thought was paved in gold wasn’t paying off because Hillary didn’t play her part, and by doing so, soured the ‘Will’ of the American people with her corrupt, and feckless history of service to America!

When George Soros decided to back Barack Obama in the 2008 election instead of Hillary, she lost it, but bowed out gracefully like a good soldier. Her payback for being a good girl was the Secretary of State position that came completely incomplete, and without an Inspector General whose job it would have been to watch over the taxpayer’s dollars and hold Hillary accountable for the funds she was about to receive. Mysteriously $6 billion dollars was either misplaced or lost, and then there was some $400 million in weaponry that got accidently left in the hands of the terrorist group ISIS, or if you prefer, the politically correct ISIL!

If we move on down the road from here we’ll find Hillary leaving the State Department after one term, and using the contacts she made on her ‘moonlighting job’ while at the State Department to cash in on her ‘pay to play’ funding of the Clinton Foundation through the contacts she made while serving the country under the guise of being the Secretary of State. Harry, Barack, and the corrupt DOJ did everything in their power to hide Hillary’s illegal actions while at the same time jailing random suckers for offences that were no way near the level of criminality and treasonous acts of Hillary’s crimes.

Harry had the ‘Paid to Report’ Media in his pocket, and they had the nasty job of covering up for Hillary’s political indiscretions! We had the unsecured server, the Clinton ‘5’ who took the 5th during senate hearings, the Bernie Sanders planned torpedoing, James Comey’s findings, and the ‘by accident’ of Bill Clinton running into Loretta Lynch on the tarmac before the James Comey announcement of Hillary’s political future! Then we had the ‘no way Jose’ election fix! If you remember during the Idaho Primary that the GOP election official said, after Cruz won, that it was fixed, and that the reason came from a new online voting system that came from a company in England that George Soros has his fingers in. Soros has been backing the transformation of America to Socialism, and funding both Obama and Hillary Clinton to do so for years, but the Progressives and 'Paid to Report' Media keep telling us that the Russians are coming, and responsible for the hacking when they won't do anything about the Progressive protected real election meddling in American politics, George Soros!

“TENS OF THOUSANDS” OF FRAUDULENT CLINTON VOTES FOUND IN OHIO WAREHOUSE!

Election officials in Franklin County, Ohio are reportedly stumped over what one maintenance worker found in a dilapidated downtown Columbus warehouse earlier this week.

According to sources, Randall Prince, a Columbus-area electrical worker, was doing a routine check of his companies wiring and electrical systems when he stumbled across approximately one dozen black, sealed ballot boxes filled with thousands of Franklin County votes for Hillary Clinton and other Democrat candidates.

“No one really goes in this building. It’s mainly used for short-term storage by a commercial plumber,” Prince said.

 So, when Prince, who is a Trump supporter, saw several black boxes in an otherwise empty room, he went to investigate. What he found could allegedly be evidence of a massive operation designed to deliver Clinton the crucial swing state.

Early voting did not begin in Ohio until October 12, so no votes have officially been cast in the Buckeye state. However, inside these boxes were, what one source described as, “potentially tens of thousands of votes” for Hillary Clinton.

The Progressives ‘sting’ was exposed, and now that every avenue of the Progressive deception was being watched, and after the debacle in the 2012 election cycle, where Obama won the state of Ohio to win the election, when Romney was predicted to win, they couldn’t take that chance again!

So, the only thing ‘left’ was to take the chance that the polls were right, and roll the dice without the ‘outside help’ that worked back in Obama’s reelection in 2012. They lost to outsider non-politician, Donald J. Trump, and the rest is history. The old Democratic/ Socialist Party has now sealed its fate, and because of their use of the nuclear option has backfired, they are being bit in the ass, and unless some ‘pity party’ is thrown in their honor, and they get any gifts, which they won’t, they have basically been minimalized in the book of history to a footnote! 

The old guard Republican Party accepted the challenge to stay relevant, and with a couple of fights and disagreements, along with some help from their friends (the voting public), have worked out the bumps and accepted the transformation facelift that was being offered by the outsider non-politician, Donald J. Trump. It looks like the new direction, known as the ‘American First’ wing of the Republican Party, and it’s the wave of change that was needed for the future of the Republican Party is working, and offering America that second chance to be great again!

I’m a registered Independent but smart enough to know, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it’s a duck, and that goes the same for the old Democratic Party and their Socialist agenda, it’s not a good look first of all, and proven fatal to any country who tries it on for size. ~~

I thought I would post the following because it actually gives you a little insight on Harry Reid and his pre-2014 midterms when the Democrats lost control the Senate! If you can use a little common sense after reading this, you might be able to see what he must have done in the background with this past 2016 election cycle…..scary!

HARRY REID’S REIGN OF PARALYSIS!

Senate Democrats have a number of arguments for keeping themselves in the majority: The war on women. (They believe there is one and are against it.) Impeachment. Republicans are racists. Republicans are obstructionist.

Aside from being entirely made up by Democratic consultants who think Americans are dolts, these “arguments” for the Democrats’ reelection share a common feature. They are all arguments against the Republicans. But what is the argument for the continued reign of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and a Democratic majority?

The Senate has not voted on jobs bills sent by the House, any “fix” for Obamacare or a domestic energy development bill. The Senate will not take up a real vote on the Keystone XL pipeline. It will not take up Iran sanctions. It did pass Veterans Affairs legislation and Iron Dome funding, not exactly difficult votes. Other than that, not much of consequence has gone on in the Senate, but not because of Republican objections. The GOP would love to take up many of these subjects, debate them and offer amendments; it is Reid who either won’t take up meaty issues or won’t allow any minority amendments, a practice he has taken further than any modern Senate leader. Speaking to the press on Tuesday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said succinctly: “Well, if you look at the last six years, the president and his people, I think, believed they got just about everything they wanted legislatively the first two years.”

In essence, the Senate has become an adjunct of the White House. Reid’s side comes up with no innovative (or even non-innovative) initiatives of its own and doesn’t allow any from the GOP. It changed the Senate rules to rubber-stamp Obama appointees and won’t allow votes on things that will make the White House uncomfortable. It is not that the Senate has been unproductive; that would be an improvement. Rather, it has been counterproductive time and again. It propagates nasty partisanship. “The Senate majority did not want the president to be challenged on anything, which of course leaves him free to pursue his agenda through the bureaucracy, all of whom work for him,” McConnell said. He pointed out, “And of course that serves the president’s purpose because it gives him a Congress to run against and it gives him the freedom of his bureaucrats to pursue his agenda, largely unimpeded by the kind of restrictions on the spending process that Congress would normally write in to appropriation bills if they ever passed them.”

When Democrats demand more problem-solving, they leave out an important step. On “Meet the Press” on Sunday, Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.) observed, “Wages are flat, unemployment’s high, everything from gas to food to health care costs more for the American people. But you can’t address that situation if you don’t vote.” This is not “business as usual” or “the way things work” in Washington. “[W]e went for an entire year where we cast less than one vote on a Republican amendment per month. And in the Harry Reid Senate, that’s become the norm,” said Thune. “It’s become a factory for show votes where votes are made that are more interested in winning votes that are for Democrats in November elections than they are for winning jobs for the American people. And that’s got to change. The Senate’s got to function again. It is dysfunctional.”

It has become somewhat comical. The president says he will have to “go it alone” on the border issues because Congress won’t act. Reid is forcing Obama to act unilaterally on the border crisis? He might as well complain that it’s Congress’s fault that there is no domestic energy bill. (Foiled again by Harry Reid!)

This is one big reason (the unpopular president is another) that Democrats are desperate to make the election about local issues. The more nationalized the election, the more voters will be inclined to sweep the do-nothing Democrats aside. But those local issues and the big major issues aren’t going to be solved so long as Reid thinks his job is to block and tackle for the White House. These very same Democratic senators who now plead for reelection voted him in and keep him there; they are therefore responsible for the current state of affairs. (Frankly, the one thing that might help Democrats would be for Reid to resign before November. We know that’s not going to happen.) And now that Harry Reid is gone, and Schumer carries the ‘Reid’ version of Hillary’s continuation of Obama baton, it’s time for the loyal to America Democrats left standing, who believe in their own version of making America great again, come up with an alternative plan that will take a different path that will challenge and change the status quo of a dying  political party.

SCHUMER FIGHTING SUPREME COURT NOMINEE NO MATTER WHO IT IS…..!

On Sunday, Schumer ripped Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as an "obstructionist" for vowing to block any Obama nominee to replace Scalia on the high court from receiving a Senate confirmation vote.

"When you go right off the bat and say, 'I don't care who he nominates, I am going to oppose him,' that's not going to fly," Schumer said on ABC's "This Week."

"They must prove by actions, not words, that they are in the mainstream rather than we, have to prove that they are not," Schumer said at the time.

Schumer along with his Democratic/Socialist buddies continue to betray the ‘Will’ of the American people and stall Trump’s ability to live up to the promises in a Trump like time frame that he made to the American people.

Democrats ‘boycotted’ a Senate committee scheduled to take two votes, one on Rep. Tom Price (R-Ga.), Trump’s nominee for secretary of health and human services, and the other on Steve Mnuchin, his choice to lead the treasury. Then, they blocked a vote on Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), Trump’s nominee for attorney general. I hope that all old-school Democrats are watching how their elected officials that they pay to do their bidding in congress, are not showing up for work and betraying the oath they took when you sent them to congress! There has never been a more qualified candidate for the Supreme Court in the history of modern times, and there has never been such disdain for the constitution and the rule of law by the politicians who are sworn to uphold the laws of the land, and come to work! If you forgot what that oath was; The current oath was enacted in 1884:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office ‘and go to work’ on which I am about to enter: So help me God. 

HOW SOON CHUCK-E FORGETS ABOUT 2007: ‘DON’T’ CONFIRM ANY BUSH SUPREME COURT NOMINEE!

Sen. Chuck Schumer said in July 2007 that no George W. Bush nominee to the Supreme Court should be approved, except in extraordinary circumstances, 19 months before a new president was set to be inaugurated.

"We should not confirm any Bush nominee to the Supreme Court, except in extraordinary circumstances," Schumer, a New York Democrat, said in prepared remarks to the American Constitution Society, a liberal legal organization.

Schumer cited  unconstitutional ideological reasons for the delay. ~~

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said Tuesday night he has "serious doubts" about whether President Trump's Supreme Court nominee will administer justice equally to the rich and poor alike, and joined other Democrats who were left asking if Gorsuch can show he's a mainstream nominee.

"Given his record, I have very serious doubts about Judge Gorsuch's ability to meet this standard," Schumer said of Trump's nominee, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Neil Gorsuch. "Judge Gorsuch has repeatedly sided with corporations over working people, demonstrated a hostility toward women's rights, and most troubling, hewed to an ideological approach to jurisprudence that makes me skeptical that he can be a strong, independent Justice on the court." I think you should know that the Supreme Court backed his argument, and upheld his findings, soooooo? 

Now that Trump announced his pick, Neil Gorsuch, Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) said in an interview on Monday morning that he will filibuster any pick that is not Merrick Garland, but like always, the left thinks everybody, but themselves, have no clue about what’s going on, and can be fooled to believe anything, even that Judge Garland is a true Centrist!

JUDGE GARLAND AND THE LEFT’S DISDAIN FOR TRUTH!

By their own accounts, the liberal media lied in describing Garland as a centrist.

And the more research one does, the bigger this lie appears!

The mainstream media — that is, the liberal media, that is the 'Paid to Report' Media — share all the views and characteristics of the left. Among these is the left’s view of truth. There are honest individuals with left-wing views, and dishonest individuals on the right. But truth is not a leftist value. Everything the left believes in is more important than truth: social justice, economic equality, reducing carbon emissions, expanding the power of the state, battling sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, racism, and above these, destroying its conservative opposition.

The media’s coverage of President Barack Obama’s nomination of Judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court should serve as one of the most blatant examples of both the left-wing orientation of the news media and their willingness to play with truth.

On March 16, the day after Garland’s nomination, every major mainstream news outlet, both print and electronic, depicted the judge as a centrist.

The first sentence of The New York Times front page read: “WASHINGTON — President Obama on Wednesday nominated Merrick B. Garland to be the nation’s 113th Supreme Court justice, choosing a centrist appellate judge.”

Similarly, the Los Angeles Times front-page headline said: “Obama’s choice of popular centrist Merrick Garland for Supreme Court puts GOP to the test.”

Another headline, seen in the Washington Post, read: “Merrick Garland’s instinct for the middle could put him in the court’s most influential spot.” That same day, the Post published a second article mentioning how “Garland’s deep resume and centrist reputation appear to have positioned him well to earn the president’s nod.”

Two days later, the Los Angeles Times featured a news analysis on its front page, in which a reporter wrote that: Garland may be “the most moderate Supreme Court nominee anyone could expect from a Democratic president.” The reporter also calls Garland “a superbly qualified judge with a cautious, centrist record.”

There is no truth to any of these reports — something easily proved by both Judge Garland’s decisions and, amazingly, by the newspapers’ reports themselves.

Take the Los Angeles Times’ front-page “news analysis,” for example. After describing the judge as a moderate and centrist, the LA Times reporter writes: “If the late Justice Antonin Scalia, a staunch conservative, is replaced by a moderate-to-liberal Justice Garland, the court would tip to the left on several key issues, like abortion, affirmative action, the death penalty, gun control, campaign spending, immigration and environmental protection.”

In other words, the very same author who describes Garland as a centrist believes that Garland votes left on essentially every major issue confronting the nation and the Supreme Court.

Additionally, that very same day The New York Times headlined that Garland is a centrist, it published an article on the nomination noting that: “If Judge Garland is confirmed, he could tip the ideological balance to create the most liberal Supreme Court in 50 years.”

In reviewing Garland’s decisions, this Times piece placed Judge Garland to the left of Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, way to the left of Justice Stephen Breyer and minimally to the right of Justices Sotomayor and Ginsburg.

And the more research one does, the bigger this lie appears!

In a column in The Wall Street Journal, Juanita Duggan, President and CEO of the National Federation of Independent Business wrote that: Garland is so anti-small business and so pro-big labor, that “This is the first time in the NFIB’s 73-year-history that we will weigh in on a Supreme Court nominee.”

What worries the NFIB, she explains, is that: “in 16 major labor decisions of Judge Garland’s that we examined, he ruled 16-0 in favor of the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board).”

Elsewhere in the Journal, the editorial board

wrote that they can’t think of a single issue on which Garland would vote differently from the four liberal Justices that already sit on the bench.

Tom Goldstein wrote in the SCOTUSblog that Garland favors deferring to the decision-makers in agencies: “In a dozen, close cases in which the court divided, he sided with the agency every time.”

Another source reads that: “Judge Garland would be a reliable fifth vote on these legal issues.”

Those are all the fundamental issues that divide the left from the right.

So, the entire left is lying about Judge Garland, who, for the record, seems like a truly decent man who possesses a first-class mind. They do so because getting a fifth left-wing vote and weakening the Republicans is far more important than truth.

And believe it or not, there is an even worse lesson here, namely the media’s effectiveness in saturating society with its mendacious version of reality. Unless an American makes the effort to study the issue — and most do not — they take the news media’s version as truth. The terrible lesson, which has been affirmed time and time again since the 1960s, is that a free society can experience brainwashing as effectively as a totalitarian state. ~~By Dennis Prager, a Friend of America!

I’m beginning to think what’s going on is a eyes wide open nightmare, and that if I just click my heals together three times I will wake up in a different America where all people got along and strived to making America great again, but then I turn on the TV to see what has to be the biggest Sci-Fi movie of all time, and with commercials to boot. I get that old feeling, and like in the words of Yogi Berra, 'It's Deja Vu All Over Again.' Back in the late 1960’s I watched American astronauts land on the moon, and then heard disbeliever's say that it had to have been filmed in a sound studio because it’s not possible to land on the moon! I feel the same disbelief that those naysayers said about landing on the moon, and believe what I’m seeing today in America is being filmed on a sound stage somewhere on a back lot in Hollywood where no one can see.

I feel like all Americans are sitting in the audience after paying for a ringside seat and watching a title fight between to fighters. No matter the outcome they both get paid handsomely for making the effort and just showing up and putting on a good show. What’s missing in this analogy is that these fighters could care less about the fans who paid big bucks to be there, but for their own egos and pot of gold at the end of the tunnel!

We as Americans are paying a very high price to sit ringside for the biggest title fight in the history of America, and the future of America will be the ‘belt’ that America will wear for years to come! Expect low-blows, expect a little head butting, and expect a little dirty play by the fighter’s corner who pick the fighter up between rounds.

With the afterglow barely lit since Obama’s left office, we all need to move on, but first extinguish what's left of Obama's embers, and come together as one to protect our sovereignty, our borders, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our respect and tolerance for all ‘legal’ Americans! All of our past generations worked hard to get here, fought hard to stay here, and earned a reputation in the world that has been threatened, and almost eliminated over the last 8 years under the Obama administration. It’s not about being against immigration or refugees, but about following the laws that have taken centuries to produce, and being established through the guidelines set forth in our Constitution by the trial and errors that our founding fathers worked on for over two centuries!

The World changes on a daily basis, but as long  as America is grounded by the original game plan that got us here, we will survive. There is, except for a tweak once in a while, no reason to not keep dancing with the one’s that brung us, our founding fathers! 

Within 30 seconds of Trump’s pick for the Supreme Court the battle began, and the rest, will be history!

This new cabinet appointee will prompt a massive partisan battle over Trump’s nominee and could lead to an unraveling of the Senate rules if Merkley is able to get 41 Democrats to join him in a filibuster. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) also reminded her Twitter followers on Sunday night that Supreme Court nominees can still be blocked by the Senate minority, unlike all other executive and judicial nominees.

Any senator can object to swift approval of a nominee and require a supermajority. Asked directly if he would do that, Merkley replied: “I will definitely object to a simple majority” vote.

Merkley's party leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York, has said he will fight "tooth and nail" any nominee that isn't "mainstream.

Trump wants Senate Republicans to nuke the filibuster rules for Supreme Court nominees should the Democrats try to block his nominee. Right now, the nuclear option only applies to presidential appointments that are not related to the Court. McConnell has vowed to confirm whomever Trump picks, despite the rancor from his Democratic colleagues. Unlike Republicans who had the Biden rule to fall back on, which explicitly stated that no judicial nominee should be confirmed during an election year, Democrats don’t have that option. They do have the eight-vote obstacle that Republicans have to overcome to reach the 60-vote threshold for cloture. This is where the Democrats could make their stand, despite, in Hardiman’s case, all of them voting for his confirmation (96-0). Gorsuch was confirmed through a voice vote.

So, it appears that Democrats think Gorsuch is not mainstream enough, despite his conservative judicial philosophy for the appellate courts, but not the Supreme Court? That’s odd. Then again, this is the Democratic Party, which has entered an evolutionary stage in which they go indiscriminately insane over anything President Trump does. If Trump said he likes drinking Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, I’m sure there would be a freak-out and boycotts for progressives.

Note to Senate Democrats: You don't get to dictate who gets nominated, and you need to come out of this fever dream that you won.
